I searched on it but found only for samsung roms
It's dependent on Samsung's closed source framework, so it will only work on Samsung devices.

Would it be possible to get the samsung galaxy s musicplayer.apk which can be found in the galaxy s forum, fitted on our magics?
hmm, why don't you try it? then you can share to all of us
I would be interested if this is possible, however I heard that it won't be easy because the Samsung Galaxy S' music player draws some of it's menu GUI from touchwiz. So without touchwiz I don't think it's possible to do that.

But TouchWiz has already been ported, isn't it? (Or at least, I have had the Launcher in my Evo)

I'm not sure if the touchwiz launcher is the same as the touchwiz on samsung galaxy s. Someone should try putting the samsung galaxy s music player apk on their phone along with the touchwiz launcher and see if it works. I have a feeling it might not.
The launcher contains only the elements needed by it, nothing more. When combined with a right ROM it'll give full Galaxy experience!
Bump.
Anyone knows if Galaxy's ROM could work when modified with Magic? The framework works well, but other parts..
I'm not sure if it can or not. You should put up a thread to request someone port the Samsung Galaxy S's ROM to the HTC Magic/Sapphire/etc.
I've been trying to find the htc music app for froyo for a while now. you can get it for donut and eclair if you search the forums for "htc music". I have it installed on CM 6 but it constantly force closes.
if anyone has any info on how to get it to run on froyo ROMs please let me know

TouchWiz 4 will be realeased for Samsung SGS II with Android 2.3.3. The only way to geht this TW 4 is to export the apk from the SGS II FW to your FW.
I do hope someone will port this when it becomes available.

In short No..u cant use..!
For any Galaxy S4 owners ....
I have an ATT galaxy S4, I am coming from a Nexus 5 and I have to say that touchwiz really slows down the S4 compared to stick android. Does anyone know of any rom for the galaxy S4 that would run faster than stock touchwiz and at the same time be compatible with the gear with notifications, weather app ect.. ?
Have you tried Nova launcher or Apex

What are you running presently? stock? If it's just the matter of touchwiz you can try another launcher but if you must flash another rom, from my experience goldeneye is pretty solid but I never got it to work with the weather. Echo was the best one for the watch I'd say.
Hi, guys, the other day was using an s7 and noticed built in samsung themes. You can apply different themes that will change mostly everything.
Many of them looks nice.
Anyone knows if there is a way to have theme support on note 4 6.0.1?
I did some google search and found some info, but always talking about 5.1.1
Thanks.
