A little info:
I have a 5.0.2 Stock ROM installed (Lexodus ROM). What kernel or .img do I need?
I've already looked up tutorials to no avail, and they don't teach it manually just how to use the app...
I basically have everything downloaded and I need to know what to flash.
I would like to flash the new Blisspop ROM (5.1.1, CM12.1) as a secondary. Can I have more than two?
I do NOT want to use fastboot because I am unexperienced in it. If you can please teach me how to flash everything solely from my phone (Flashify).
I'm very cautious about this because everyone on the thread seems to know what to do except for me, so I'd like to know how without messing up my phone please.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-g-2014/development/mod-multirom-v31-t3045290
Here you can find everything. First flash stelar kernel that is the only One that supporta kexec(multirom) on stock ROMs. then follow the multirom tutorial. There it explains a lot. U need an sd card formated ext4 or a partition formated ext4. And then u install inside your SD card. U can google videos step by step. U can flash 100 roms depending the size of your ext4 partition. Please read first post and good luck!
I'm also a bit inexperienced not I think fastboot its easy and safest to use and for install a recovery just make sure your flashing the right file in the right partition.
Install adb, fastboot and proper phone drivers
Unlock bootloader you can't skip this step
Put device in fastboot mode, turn off the. Press power on and vol down keys together for a couple second release and you'll see a menu that's fastboot.
In cmd
Fastboot devices (check if your device is recognized correctly if not install drivers again)
fastboot flash recovery recovery.img (this install the multimod compatible recovery download recovery from guide rename it to recovery.img)
Fastboot reboot (reboot phone)
Boot into recovery flash mulirom.zip and stellar kernel and you're done

Now I can't install any rom...
I can tell you what you should've done. Post your questions in the Q&A section. Also if you flashed this because you wanted the newest CM then you didn't follow the directions correctly and now you lost root congrats.
question and answer section is where this belongs....and i don't know what you were trying to do but you need to re read the instructions to do so......
You cannot install any rom because you have loose your root as when flashing HTC Recovery Image 1.6 only you will lose root. So you need to root again before installing any other rom
Before we can help you, we need to know what exactly you flashed, and how you flashed it. I am assuming that you downloaded the ADP1 images of 1.6 from HTC's site. Here are a few questions that will help others guide you to an answer:
Did you download the package to be used through the recovery tool (booting with HOME+POWER) or through the fastboot tool (booting into the SPL with CAMERA+POWER)?
If you used the fastboot method, did you follow HTC's directions and flash all of their images, or did you manually flash each partition?
If you manually flashed the partitions, did you also flash over the recovery image?
Because of the way that HTC limited their ROM, if you did not retain your recovery partition, you will most likely need to start from scratch. (If you flashed HTC's ROM using recovery mode by booting with HOME+POWER held down, or if you used the fastboot method, but did not manually flash the partitions preserving your existing recovery partition, then you need to start from scratch.) Thankfully, it is now easier than ever to do this. Here are the steps you need to perform:
Download RC29 image (DREAIMG.NBH). You can find links to this file on the forum.
Download cyanogen's recovery image (1.4).
Copy both the DREAIMG.NBH file and the cm-recovery-1.4.img file to the root of your SD card. You can do this easily by mounting the SD card, and just copying it over from your computer.
Boot into your phone's SPL by starting up while holding both CAMERA+POWER.
When the SPL finds the DREAIMG.NBH file on your SD card, it will automatically prompt you to install the image. Follow the prompts. This will leave your phone with the first shipped version of Android (1.0).
After the install has finished, reboot the phone by pressing CALL+MENU+POWER at the same time. This will boot you into an old version of Android.
In order to proceed any further, you must re-register your phone. Just enter you Google Account information once the phone is booted.
Change your phone's settings to allow you install non-Market applications. Do this by going to Settings > Applications > Unknown sources.
Open the Browser application, and navigate to http://code.google.com/p/flashrec/. From there, download the current version of flashrec.
Lauch flashrec. First you must backup your current recovery image. Then, tell it to flash "/sdcard/cm-recovery-1.4.img".
Now you have a recovery partition that will allow you to flash any image you want—problem solved.
However, please remember this is development forum, and not the Q&A. Please do post your questions in the Q&A forum. Also, please use the search function, as this type of question has been answer MANY times before.

Oh~ thank you very much.
I'm in this situation because I'm not using the CM recovery 1.4 and I flashed the HTC recovery image 1.6.
I've rerooted my phone.
My phone is almost bricked
I was trying to install sevenrov v3.2 while i was on v3.1 and i ****ed up everything while doing a fullwipe
Right now there is only fastboot&rescuemode available
twrp is not working, because it does no read the digitizer(i cannot press anything)
i can install cwm but should i ?
I believe that is best to flash images through fastboot.
But what images should i flash?
Where to find them?
How should i flash them?

Oh dear! You are in a mess. All I can suggest is that you flash the stock recovery and then install a stock ROM for your phone using the force update (dload) method that has been described in other threads. Then you can return to a custom ROM of your choice. As far as I know CWM for this phone is only in Chinese so it may be of little value unless you understand the language.

cwm has english also but it has no use for me
Only fastboot works
dload method does not complete, the blue progress bar goes up to to 85% and stays there forever...
I am looking for a mathod to create a flashable zip for fastboot
to use fastboot flash filename.zip command
or flash each partition seperatly , i tried the method with huawei extractor
extracted the images system,root,boot,cache,cust,userdata
flashed each one on their partitions
but without success

Why you do not flash twrp recovery in fastboot mode and then install a flashable ZIP?
Edit:
In this thread, are the same probs:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=56634210
Short: install recovery and try to flash a rom again.
I See your post in this thraed that this not work for you but i think you have to try it again. In fastboot mode you can flash recovery and cust. Its that working?
Can you explain step by step what are you doing?

First of all thank you,
Right now my phone is in a bootloop(not more than 6 sec duration, with short vibration)
3 buttons , power button tricks and combos don't seem to work
The only way to exit the bootloop is by sending the fastbbot reboot recovery command and wait for some loops while you are doing the vol+vol-power combo
Then the phone enters fastboot rescue mode
I get reply when sending the fastboot devices command,
And the phone has unlocked bootloader (OEM command)
I can flash images extracted from the official 135 ROM
I tried cust boot user data system cache recovey , and the are all flashed correctly
But I can't get into recovery mode aftethe reboot (yes I am doing the 3 buttons trick)
I tried different SD cards with different update.app each time, from b135 official and sevenrom3 (yes I put them in /dload folder)
I even tried flashing cwm and twrv recovery images in the recovery partition, but I got in a bootloop after the reboot again
So I am asking if there is anyway to flash the partitions correctly from fastboot or maybe send a kernel image with some offset and run it with the fastboot command
Of course adb does not work, not responding
Maybe reparation the storage?
I don't know
And I am desperare...

Okay...
your system is so messy. we must bring fully to factory condition first time.
Plesse try to flash stock recovery img. (In your post you write only that you have tryed twrp/cwm).
And then try update in recovery.
I not think your phone is broken. You can try my tool (http://forum.xda-developers.com/asc...eandadjust-t2941186/post56774286#post56774286). There is a stock recovery img in it. In your case you have to flash cust img to.

Thank you but I already did flash the official recovery image, both extracted from a factory update.app and your recovery.IMG also... None of them worked.... Iam still in the same bootloop.
I am starting to believe that the partitions have been ****ed up.
Any way to repartition?
Also is there a procedure to create a flashable zip with huawei software extractor? I edited the accompaning XML to add the p7 device on the list (copy data from p6 and changed the name) created the zip but fastboot doesn't flash the zip because its missing 2 XML files which I can't remember their name.
And at this point I would like to give my 2 cents of advice to everyone who might listen,
Before you flash anything from a microsd, first verify the card with h2testw, and always use high quality microsd and never ever stop a flashing procedure by any means. . i would like to make it more extreme and advise to use a software with copy verification (like richcopy) when you copy files that are going to be flashed.
I tend to believe that a faulty microsd is the cause of my problems... Even though I checked the microsd afterwards and didn't got any errors.
I would advise the ROM creators to append this on their posts!
Newbie to the 'Dark Side of the Android World' and just curious.
well, after rooting your phone you only need to flash custom recovery once then you can access it as many times as you want
Your question is a little bit weird. Can you link me to a place of reference? Or at least explain what you are actually wanting to do?
Flashing TWRP is a one-time action, once flashed it remain on your Xperia SP. However, FlashTool doesn't offer flashing TWRP to other partitions via fastboot other than the "boot" partition. So far, the only way to correctly flash TWRP is via a recovery.
If you indeed flashed TWRP image via FlashTool, then you are actually putting TWRP into your boot partition, and this makes your device to only boot into TWRP infinitely until you flash a ROM (which will of course again override the boot partition).
The reason why I asked is because this method of accessing recovery is posted in my custom ROM guide, so I want to know if you get this kind of idea from my guide.
Thanks
help me please. Phone RED MAGIC 3
I tried to install the custom ROM and my phone ended up corrupting the partition. I can't start in recovery mode, it is on that screen where you have the options: Restart, restart in recovery mode, restart in emergency recovery mode, Shut down. I downloaded the Chinese ROM, but in ZIP format. It has a lot of files, with boot.img and others in .img format, it also has the META-INF folder. How can I flash this ZIP to install the ROM? thanks
It looks like you did that without knowing enough about the procedure. The are a lot of guides explaining how to do it in the Red Magic 3 thread. Take a see about a solution.
Now, your problem is that you flashed the zip in the recovery without unlocking bootloader first. You must boot into the bootloader (the menu where you see that options to boot) and use the next fastboot commands (I won't explain about adb and fastboot. You have to download it and install them before use it. Look any guide on XDA):
Code:
fastboot oem nubia_unlock NUBIA_NX629J
At this step, you unlocked the bootloader temporally to flash any .IMG file
Code:
fastboot flashing unlock
You should see an advirtise screen that tells you about that your data is going to be fully wiped. Accept it and then you should be able to boot into the system and even into the recovery. To return to the global rom, simply flash the global rom (EU or NA) again. Don't lock the bootloader again or your phone will show you the same corruption screen. To flash the roms you don't have to uncompress the zip files you downloaded.
I hope that could be useful for you. Regards.

Good Morning!
Thank you very much for the answers. I did all of these procedures via FASTBOOT, but I forgot to unlock the OEM, for this reason it corrupted. After it's corrupted, I do the OEM unlock procedure, however, when the file is ZIP (where it contains the startup items, META-INF) an error appears: file does not exist android.info.txt. This ZIP is for flashing via the system's internal memory, not via FLASHBOOT. As I cannot recover the recovery mode, I cannot update this ROM.zip. Is there another way to flash this zip? Sorry for the typo, I'm using google translator.

There is no much more options. There is only a way to flash the chinese rom for the phone and it's flashing the zip you downloaded in the recovery. If the message of "corrupted device" stills appearing before enter the flashing unlock fastboot command I recommend you to use he recovery tool that you could find in various of the threads about the Red Magic 3, but you should be able to boot the rom before the flashing unlock, I told you this because it happened to me in the same way.
If you are trying to flash the files of the different partitions in .img format, I have to tell that it's a little complicated because the zip doesn't contains a system.img, so you will halve to loose your data once to recover the phone...
Easy fix. Use the red magic 3 unbrick too. https://forum.xda-developers.com/red-magic-3/how-to/tool-nubia-red-magic-3-unbirck-tool-t3965044
Just follow the instructions in the tool zip.
My phone keeps getting stuck on fastboot mode.
I'll flash the standard MIUI ROM using the MiFlash Tool, then I flash a custom recovery and a custom ROM(EvolutionX in this case), everything works and I can set up my phone, but as soon as I reboot I can no longer boot into android or recovery. i've tried flashing multiple recoveries using fastboot and straight up booting a recovery using "fastboot boot recovery.img" but it still always go to fastboot. The only solution is to start the process all over again, and obviously that's just not an option since I can never turn my phone off after that.
Any tips?
I think I got it solved, at least I got it to reboot into Android and TWRP.
I used this guide, but I'll write the steps I took here in case you're having the same issue. I wound up using xiaomi.eu MIUI rom, but it shouldn't matter what you use, I'll assume you're stuck in fastboot.
Do "fastboot flash vendor vendor.img", you get this vendor.img from the fastboot version of the official MIUI ROM, after you decompress the .tar.gz it should be in the "images" folder
Do "fastboot flash recovery twrp.img" then "fastboot boot twrp.img", this should flash twrp as your recovery and then boot into it, for some reason it only worked with the official twrp, not orange fox.
Assuming you got into TWRP you should now flash the latest firmware(I got mine from xiaomifirmwareupdater.com) make sure you download just the firmware not the entire rom, mine was named something like fw_raphael_miui... .zip
Format data (not wipe, format, it's a separate option in TWRP), it should ask you to type yes, so do that.
Flash whatever ROM you want
Hopefully this helps you, I hate finding forum posts marked "solved" but with no instructions. I also tried the "vbmeta_dv_shivsom.img" method some threads mentioned but it didn't work
Here's a pastebin of the guide I used in case the original link goes down
You can get all the files I mentioned from xiaomifirmwareupdater.com and the official TWRP site
Out of all that, the one instruction that solves it is the format data step. This is the magic step required. You always need to do this when flashing over MIUI.
Flashing vendor was totally irrelevant.
This will tell you what you need to do.

Thanks a lot man! I'm having this issue and it is beyond annoying. I've lost so much time with this BS.
Edit: Does not help actually
I just had the same problem with my Lamentablet.
I was trying stuff up and restarted it in fastboot mode and got stuck there.
So, ways to deal with it:
adb reboot recovery
rebooted the tablet in recovery mode. All I had then was to press the power button to activate Reboot. Solved! From now on it boots normally.
Meanwhile I had discovered that by typing
fasboot continue
the tablet would resume, but at the next reboot cycle, power down + up cycle or reboot after a crash, the tablet would reboot into fastboot mode...
And I found this out when it crashed (it's not called a Lamentablet for nothing!).
Luckily I had a PC with Linux around. It didn't have the software installed but drivers were already in the Kernel and installing adb and fastboot was a matter of mere seconds. If I didn't have an easily ready PC at hand, this tablet would have become a brick until plugged in and rebooted...
OMG Thanks dude.... I'm literally working to installing custom rom on redmi 7a from stock rom but I don't know what reason that make my phone always stuck on fastboot when format data, before this was fine.
