I got a GT-6500T Mini 2 Australia Vodafone locked.
I unlocked the phone & searched for firmware for this phone & found this one:
S6500TDULE1 / VAULE1 Australia Vodafone
Can I flash this phone with any firmware for 6500 or 6500D without any problem?

Do you think i can flash modem from branded french rom 14.2.A.0.290 to my actual 14.2.A.1.136 ?
'Cause I haven't got any DC,LTE or 4G.
But I've got H+ and 3G.

Hello, can you please if there is difference between rom regions ? as i am from north africa , and had my phone on orange rom , i installed Australia generic rom c5303 4.3 .207, is that okay ? or should i install other rom that has my region ??
also how to fix the poor wifi signal on sp ?

yes it is okay to install any generic rom for your model as long as it is for your C5303 model

I was in United Arab Emirates before and used customized AE version.

I dont think there is much difference between ftf roms except some pre-installed bloats and the baseband is also the same
You can flash any unbranded ftf
