ok so im in Australia, and im really set on getting one of these mounts and combining it with a quick charge 2.0 in car charger.
http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00Q3G8LPQ/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A2FE6D62A4WM6Q
the problem is they don't ship to Australia from amazon and i don't want to pay over $60 for postage thru a redirect. ideally i want to get a clone that is basically the same, it needs to have the swivel part and a decent clip to attach to the vent.
i can't find anything else on amazon. anyone can help?

well nevermind me i found one already on ebay of all places, in case anyone else is after one.

way more expensive, but with current AU conversion rate and having to pay for postage will work out cheaper then from amazon anyway.

Here's a tip. Go to the Sprint store and say you have the HTC Touch. Say that you want an adapter for your headphones. They will give you a free adapter (dual usb + audio jack) which is compatible with the kaiser / tilt.
Now maybe you all can go jogging and burn off some of that fascist love of MS.
can anybody else confirm this? i may call our local store and ask about it before i waste my gas with a 20 minute drive but some more confirmation would be nice
doubt anybody will give anything without some confirmation and for free lol.
I give stuff away free all the time. Worthless advice.
....or you could just buy one on Amazon.com for 3 whole dollars and 28 cents......even with shipping, it comes to under $5.........that's probably cheaper than it would cost you to drive to your Sprint store anyway.

WELL SAID,
Why is it people are always trying to scam someone.
well the ATT wireless store does not have audio adapters or headphones for the tilt, nor does frys, and amazon wants $18 + shipping. its not official, just a tip on the DL, and if you want you can buy headphones at sprint to comp them (which i did btw) but the guy said i didn't have to.

Um....I'm on AT&T's site right now...and they DO have headphones for the tilt....and earlier in this very thread I posted a link to amazon that has adapters for less than $5 AFTER shipping (and that adapter works very well, I might add).......so what are you even talking about?
The point is, if you want them then why don't you just buy them instead of trying to figure out a way to scam someone so that you can save five whole dollars.
dude you have to ship from the website vs. going to the store. i don't care to wait 5+ days. Valt go jogging buddy, you need it

I had one of these adapters. It fit so tight in the mini-USB socket that it broke off when removal was attempted - I had to carefully extract pieces with fine needle-nose pliers.
Better off with Y-splitter type adapter, IMO - this will also work with some cases, where I have never seen a case that would possibly work with the above adapter. YMMV.

Perhaps you should take a little time and read you 9 posts thus far. As far as i can tell you've posted complaints about microsoft, a way to scam sprint for a free adapter that you could buy for $5 easily, and you have argued with people.
If you can't figure out why these "grumpy folks" don't think that your "tip" of going to a store and lying to get something for free cancels out your otherwise pissy attitude, then i suppose there isn't much value in explaining it.
I was thinking of getting the OEM dock from the US but I am pleased to see that Brodit are now producing a passive holder for the Tab. It is now on the DSL website for pre-order in the UK. They are hoping to have them before the end of the year but no certainty. Seems to be only available in the passive form but that's what I want. Search for item 511209 on either the Brodit website or the DSL website.
I've ordered a VERY similar mount on ebay, look it up!
Looking for the active one myself!
click and go, nothing beats that, no additional fuzz with cables....
Thanks for shareing info !!!
30 bucks is n cheap. But anyway ... have to buy it

Getting my 3rd Tab on Monday and really wanting one of these. Anybody use this company before ?
In the US, you can get that clip sold by Proclip USA.

New mount coming from RAM
http://www.ram-mount.com/NewProducts/ramadaptacradle/tabid/3616/Default.aspx
Appears to be coming on Feb 11, 2011. This is probably the one I'll be getting.
Multiple pictures and details at the link. If you "add to cart" the price shows $28.47. Unknown if that will be the actual retail price or not.

That RAM mount looks nice, and with the customizable cups, looks like it can hold my Tab while in the folio case. That price though is just to hold the Tab; you still need one of the mounting options which vary in price (none of which I would consider "cheap"). Maybe retail pricing will be much less..
I agree, some of the RAM mounting accessories you need to "make" a complete solution can be pricey. The good thing for my case, is that I'm already using a RAM solution for my Nexus One. Interchangeability rocks!
Hi everyone,
I am writing here today because I really need help from someone of the USA to get a specific case for my Nexus 10. I unfortunately can't get it myself since they do not ship to Canada. So I was wondering if someone could order it for me and then ship it to me, I would be able to make the payment through paypal and would pay the additional shipping fees at the time of shipping!
Tell me if you can do this. Oh and take a look at this beautifull case : [search for this on amazon.com, can't post link yet] "Poetic KeyBook Removable Bluetooth Keyboard Case for Google Nexus 10 Black (With Auto Sleep/Wake Function) (3 Year Warranty from Poetic)"
Tell me what you think about this and if you can order it for me send me a PM!
I'd watch out with that case, the price seems a bit too good to be true and reviews on the same type of case made for the iPad mini say that it has issues with smart sleep/wake, draining the battery.
I see, thank you for the advice!
This one with the removable keyboard via bluetooth? http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00AG0D61O/ref=ox_sc_act_title_1?ie=UTF8&smid=A29LLD0WGS56WE
It's currently on sale for $24.95 FSH from $69.95 (64% off). Is that what you mean by price too good to be true? How long has that price been there? If it cause problem, can't we just unplug the keyboard to avoid it until fix comes about?
I was looking at all the case, but just saw this in the extra scroll area below which is kinda interesting.
Found it in Canada's Amazon, not the same color (brown strap in Canada) but pic for pic the same design.

http://www.mobilefun.com/37623-samsung-galaxy-note-2-car-mount-cradle-charger-with-handsfree.htm
Its a power mount like iBolt
It has a built in speaker on the cigarette lighter
Comes with a charger
Activates car mode
Custom fit for note 2, not generic
Fits with or without a thin case
Small foot print
Only $33
I just ordered the same one from Mugen. I hope automatic car mode works as the MobileFun site says.
Please post back. Deciding between this and the iBolt.
This one is cheaper and offers the same benefits as the iBolt, but is a custom built cradle and not a generic clamp.
This is where I ordered it from: http://www.mugen-power-batteries.com/samsung-galaxy-note-2-car-mount-cradle-with-handsfree.html because it was a dollar or so cheaper after liking them on Facebook.
I didn't notice until afterwards that it will ship from overseas somewhere. They said it will take 4-5 weeks to get here. I don't know if MobileFun ships from the US or not, but I'm not happy about the wait I'll have to endure.

I can confirm this. I have bought several items from them over the years without a problem.
I just bought this thing off Ebay and didn't do my homework because some people have bought other wireless chargers that were cheap like this one. I'm going to go to Best Buy and will pick up the original one to compare to the one that is coming. The one off ebay is $39.99 while the one's on BB is $69.99. Sounds too good to be true. I already contacted the seller and told them that I WILL KNOW if it's fake. I'll post my findings here so no one gets screwed like probably I did. I'm going to return it (almost certain).
Sounds too good to be true, so.....
Keep us posted.

I saw a video on YouTube where someone waswas explaining tdifferences between a fake wireless charger and an original wireless charger. There were somesome subtle differences and you could only tell by having the original and fake one side by side. I think that someone mentioned that the fake one would only do a "wireless charging", while the original one would say "fast charging", when you would put the phone (S7 edge) on the charger. Also there are power bricks that are fake too. Honestly, I would only buy these charges from BB and maybe B&H. Not even AMZN, because there have been fake ones in there too. I'll pick up the original one probablyprobably today from BB. The one from Ebay is coming tomorrow, but I'm not holding my breath.
OK, so I just picked up the original wireless charger pad for $75 at the local BB. Now I have to wait for the one coming from eBay. I also bought a car charger that is supposed to be from Samsung too, but BB doesn't carry that one. I'm also weary about the car charger. It sucks to have to deal with this, but it is what it is.
Update: just tested the car charger bought from Ebay (hopefully original Samsung charger). My phone does say "fast charging", so I'm thinking that is a good sign.
I've just recently taken delivery of four of these (black) sold and shipped by Amazon.com LLC for $36.34 a piece.
They are quite genuine. Not sure why anyone would want to risk eBay when those are available.

Some of the stuff I buy from eBay ends up coming from Amazon. But anyways, after carefully looking at the one that came from BB and the one that came from Ebay, the Ebay one seems original, but it almost looks used (the BB one looks more glossy, if that makes sense). Also the chargers look slightly different. The Ebay one has a V in the back, while the BB one has a VI. Also, the packaging is different too, so I'll probably be returning both and buying one from AMZN like it was mentioned above. Even at AMZN you have to be careful because some sellers do slip fake chargers in there too. So bottom line, don't get this from Ebay.

Precisely why I referenced Amazon.com LLC as the seller. Maybe others have had an experience dissimilar to mine, but I've never received a fake product from them - and even if it were to happen, has anyone ever had them deny a legitimate return?
With Red Weasel Sales (TM) you take your chances. Maybe you'll win, maybe you'll get burned.
If you find out it's real, and there's more, please post up links. Nobody wants to pay full price lol.
