Yeah, when I ordered the case when this deal first came out, there was no disclaimer. Now that I have it and have a leather G4 on the way I can't use it.

I'll try it, but it was only $3 so not really a big deal. I don't think I'd want to cover up that nice leather with a plastic/rubber case anyways haha
A lot of company's don't stat that the leather back is not compatible. Honestly though if you bough that type then it was cause you wanted to show it off and liked the look. Hopefully you can buy the stock backing for cheap.

GREAT source for pictures on how these Series S-line look on the Nexus 7. I ordered the X series, which I think covers the buttons.
Found another clear X series installed on a I/O unit;
Borrowed me some ebay pictures of a clear S-line installed on a retail unit;
I have the s-line case on my nexus 7 n its a nice fit. Cutouts are perfectly lined up with buttons, speaker hole, charging port, etc. Very thin not bulky at all but thick enough to protect the n7. I would recommend it.

I bought one of the X designs shows in the various colors on the previous page. I bought it from Amazon in black. Coupled with a SP this maybe all that I need.

This is not the TPU Nillkin case, is much more similar to the Poetic Portfolio...
My mistake, I assumed 'leather' as in vinyl the way most chinese sellers say it. The case is a standard type sold under many different names and can be seen in many posts on this forum but not in a real leather finish.

@Troute: I also noticed the similarities with the Poetic portfolio case (see post #3), but they are definitely not the same case.
Hmmm tempting!! I have had past hard cases from Nillkin and are nice quality. This is indeed similar but the only difference I see is the cross stitching on the back and the top and bottom of the bezel are bare, the common MO of Nillkin slim cases.
I'm gonna take the plunge on this one...my nexus has been naked for too long...I'll write a review when I get it

They're not the same at all. I know some cases are identical but just branded differently, but this one isn't one of those.

Its a shame CruizerLite has the absolute worst customer service anywhere ... Kinda like there one case. Last time I dealt with them, I used a "$10 discount code" they were giving away on Facebook, turned into an ordeal trying to use it. They didn't contact me back for weeks, then it was back and forth for a few weeks just to be blown off. The cases I got were ok (for my last phone), but in the end wasn't worth the hassle, not did it ever credit me for the discount code....

I like the Air Cushion one but some of their designs are a little off for me. I had a Verus wallet case for my G3 that I actually liked but my dog got to it grrr. It looks like they have a similar looking on there as well that I might have to check out.

Like many others, I pre-ordered a 128GB Gold S6 edge. I placed my order in-store around noon on 4/1 when pre-orders opened. I got a ship by date of 5/1, but on 5/1 I got the email saying it was pushed back to 5/17. Sucks, but hopefully I have it in my hands by next week.

Have you heard of Wetherby Premium Case? A company call Design Skin makes leather cases, which are wetherby collection, with high quality. One of my friend bought it from Amazon. It's quite expensive compared to other leather cases, but I think it worth the money. At first, I told my friend not to buy this case because it look so fake. Some vendors will start bringing out cases around the time of the international launch. If you look at Chinese reviews, you see that cases are included with the Chinese versions.
Mine come with case.
Gold phone + gold case (not nice color...)
Mate cases already available on Amazon,but these brands are not really famous.
There is one made by Huawei. Got it online here though.

Received today.
Perfect fit, good grip, but very slim, not very protective.
Anyway, I like and use it.
have the same, received it together with my phone i like it as well, actual phone color shines through, very tight fit and indeed has a good grip on it.

Looks simple but nice as well
I wonder if there is a chance to get some cases from some major producers out there ... At the moment it's a poor choice especially in that "armoured" ones.
For those of you who are trying to get the most protection out of a case, Love Mei has a case for this device.
I got a smart window case with the 128gb I bought, but only used it one day. Now am using an ultra thin tpu transparent case I bought from Aliexpress. I bought another from Amazon that was a little thicker, but prefer the one from Aliexpress. I am not big on using cases. A clear screen protector was already pre-installed, but looking for a full coverage tempered glass. I ordered one from Aliexpress, but still hasn't delivered.

The transparent clear case that a lot of sellers sell is not enough. It's too loose and the lip over the screen isn't enough. I dropped mine IN THE CASE and still put two dents in the bottom of the phone by the speaker. I would recommend something else. I bought this one as well and it seems to be good.

This is a very protective and perfect fitting cover, I bought it but I preferred a slimmer one (see post #8).

spigen hard cases are awesome, although i switched to a soft TPU case for my mate 8 now, since my last spigen hard case left some aberrations / scratches on the sides of my previous Nexus 5 after years of taking it off and putting it back on...
Guys there are allot of cases in China, you should check out AliExpress (Chinese Amazon). They ship worldwide and it's cheap.
