I was able to flash this successfully. The only issue I had was absolutely no sound. I have not had this issue before. I was wondering if I missed something, and if anyone else had the same issue. Any ideas? Thanks.
I just posted up a new build, but I can't say I've had any issues with sound. I haven't changed anything from stock regarding that and am still using the defaults on my daily phone.
OK. Thanks.
When Im on the lock screen and I tap numbers for my pin, sometimes my phone doesn't recognise the touches even though the numbers glow with each tap of the screen. The only way to get in is the reboot the phone and then it works normally. This happens daily. Has anyone else experienced this? BTW this is not new and happens despite clean flashes and has happened for a while but now seems to happen more frequently.

Mine is 39A across the board. If you came from stock you should be able to flash this with a wipe.
If you want to use the most of the other ones, you have to flash 12B bootstack which I just linked to.

I have xdabbed's 39A bootstack (http://forum.xda-developers.com/verizon-g2/development/vs980-resources-bootstacks-unofficial-t3050777) and your latest unofficial RR build.
What are the exact steps to do to get on the latest official RR?
I am a little confused about your running 12B bootstack with 39A radio and the link you gave did not have the flashable zip for 12B.
Can I instead use xdabbed's 12B bootstack, xdabbed's 39A modem, and blastagator's TWRP 2.8.6.3 (http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g2/development/twrp-twrp-2-8-0-0-kernel-f2fs-tools-t2898705)?
Sorry for my noobish questions as this is my first time fiddling with the custom rom.
How is this running on the VS980 with DorimanX's kernel?

com.android.phone has stopped when turning on wi-fi
- Clean flash. Took OTA from 10b to 24a
- md5 match up for rom .zip and baseband .zip
- tried using stock 24a baseband as well as the linked baseband
- cannot navigate to settings to attempt clearing cache for phone or SIM toolkit
- tried once turning network to CDMA/LTE and still, the same error occured
Any suggestions?
have you tried flashing to 26B before jumping to Cloudy?
Some have also claimed success going from an older 1.x CloudyG3 and straight to 2.1.
I have not updated to 2.1 yet because of the several issues currently present. 2.0 has been working very well for me.

Also realized sbf.droid devs went down and most of the earlier FXZ firmware links are down. Currently the 4.4.4 and 4.4.2 ones are good.

I have a problem during initial setup, where it won't let me skip connecting to wifi. I don't have access to wifi at the moment, and would prefer to just continue without it. Do you have any solutions for this?

I'm running stock 47D, but am still encrypted. Will I lose everything if I dirty flash this? I'm not running any custom kernels. I just have rooted with twrp and SU. Any help is appreciated.

[Q&A] [ROM][STOCK][victara]Flashable ZIP stock ROM for XT1097 Brazilian- 5.1
Any guesses on whether this will work on Wind Mobile XT1097? Since it's a .zip that's flashable in TWRP, If it doesn't work, will this modify anything weird or should I be able to just restore a Nandroid to get back?

It should work just fine, since i removed devices related files, like modem firmware and RIL! So, if you make a nandroid backup first you will be able to restore it if anything goes wrong! The zip contains system folder and kernel, thats it!
So i think theres no problem flashing it at all!
If you flash, please report back the results to help sort other user's questions!
Thanks
Took the plunge and I'm here to report that everything is working perfectly.
I'll add that I was previously running an unlocked boot loader with TWRP and running Euphoria 5.1.

Wi-Fi calling does not work
I like this rom and am having fun playing around with it, but Wi-Fi Calling fails to start. This has occurred in all three versions. It works for me on stock roms and Infamous roms, as well as, Darthstalker, so I don't believe it's my device, but I do want to thank you for all your hard work and getting this rom and the updates out to us so fast. Thanks!:good:
Getting that too!
Seems that there is several seconds before the rest of the OS catches up after reboot as the screen tends to go black for me, then my wallpaper finally appears followed by a few more seconds and the rest of my icons appearing.
Ad blocker
i love this Rom but im missing "youtube adblocker" and yes i know exposed isnt working at the moment so does anybody know of another way to block ads on youtube?
COG 2
This rom can be flashed over COG 2, correct ?

Since the rom is based on the new 5.1.1 firmware you need to odin
flash the modem.bin and the hlos.bin files before flashing the rom.
You can find both of those files in the OP of the link below:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/note...obile-t3179619
Be sure to make a nandroid backup before doing anything else.
Be sure to do a full wipe including a factory reset in twrp before
flashing the zip file rom. (no need to wipe the internal sdcard)
Good luck,
Have a great day!
