S6 vibration feedback won't turn on - T-Mobile Samsung Galaxy S6

Battery went dead. Now vibration feedback setting for the capacitive buttons is greyed out and won't turn back on. Power saving is off.
Also, capacitive lights don't work anymore and keyboard vibration is greyed out. Wtf?
Any solution?
Update [fix].. I fixed all this nonsense by enabling power saving mode to immediate. Then turning off again. Everything is back to normal. It appears that power saving mode was stuck on when the battery went dead.

Happened to me once before also, I had to enable Ultra Power Saving & then turn it back off

Backlight Issue

When I make a phone call the backlight stays on and is nice and bright like i want it. But as soon as I press the end button, the backlight turns off and my screeen is REALLY dark. Pushing any button doesn't make the backlight come back on. I have to manually go into the backlight settings and toggle it to get it to turn back on. Any suggestions?
use kaisertweak/advanced config
disable fast sleep during call, and sleep during call

Tips-How to turn off Windows Phone keys backlight off

I have only tried this on my Lumia 920, but it should work for other devices also.
Go to batteries settings and force the phone to go into battery saving mode. This will turn the back lights on the keys off.
Having the back light off is good when you are reading something on the phone at night.

Click to collapse
It's like those android phones that lit the keys for a while then turn the lights off and you can't see where the buttons are you you tap like a tad around the phone just to go back.
