Facing network connectivity issue on nexus6 here in India some time network loss automatically.
Having similar issues running almost any ROM after doing a full data/dalvic/cache wipe. Currently running Slimrom 2.2 on att and I get no service. At first it was cutting in and out, but now I just get nothing.
This has been ongoing problem with the entire Nexus line that is being research by both XDA and Google

i have a nexus 4, nexus 5, and nexus 6, and they experience no such problems. chances are that people are just having local connectivity issues. it is not a nexus issue.
There's a thread about adding different bands and i believe one was for india, let me see if i can find it..

I dont think there is much development for 4G Touchpads since its more rare than the wifi only ones. Almost everyone has a wifi only device. You MIGHT be able to run android on it but may only be able to use the wifi feature. Havent heard much about it.

Found this thread for you:

Only thing I've found was from JCSullins located here: http://goo.im/devs/jcsullins/cmtouchpad/Touchpad4G
He has a couple of CM9 snapshots built for 4G - but they're not as new as the official nightlies.

Yes the 4g works. We just need to do some refactoring in order to have nightlies. I'm not sure what the status of the RIL on CM10 is yet.
Recently my phone randomly stopped being able to access my country's 3G network such that switching it to access GSM/WCDMA/LTE auto leads to the phone having no reception/signal at all. The only way to get any reception is to switch to 2G via GSM only and thus can only use EDGE data.
However if I call in GSM only or use the EDGE mobile network my phone starts overheating to the point where it will cross 65C when normally (before any of this started happening) it would not cross 34C.
My network provider has indicated several times that I am in fact supposed to be able to connect to the 3G network based on my account information and data settings. I've reflashed my ROM (Android Revoluation 41) but to no avail. Is there any other thing I can try to do? Would installing a completely different ROM or flashing a different radio help?
I would just run a RUU and see what happens.
If that doesn't fix it, it'll probably be hardware related. Although, I've never seen or heard of anything Ile this before.

How exactly do I run the RUU? (is there a guide for that?)
Do you have warranty?

I think my warranty already expired and in any event since I rooted, I would have voided it even if the time didn't pass correct?

If it needed up being hardware, they should honor it.

Yeah, there are guides around here. Just look for a "Returning back to stock."
There's a post in the dev forum with all of the RUU's.
Really all you do is relock and run the exe

I've already flashed a completely different ROM, radio and kernel in addition to using my sim in a different phone (the 3G works there). I might as well shell out the money to buy a new phone it seems as sending to HTC might be hit or miss.
EDIT: I've also noticed that using 2G or calling causes my phone battery's amperage to increase from aroung 800-900 mA (when nothing is being used) to over 2000 mA with just the 2G on (and doing nothing)/calling.
I've read that there are a number of fixes in 4.4.3, especially in the bluetooth area where I have some problems. Has anyone found any information when we might see it for moto-x phones?

Probably not too long after nexus gets it.

Which no one but Google knows when that will be.
Anyone that says otherwise is part of the rumor mill machine. Lol
It's not even put for Nexus device yet AFAIK. Why not wait until they get the updates before asking?

So I just bought a Droid 4, equipped with Jelly Bean 4.1.2 as stock. I thought it would be unlocked (as Verizon and Motorola have both told me that Droid does not come locked in the first place. This and its GSM lead me to believe it should work just fine with Cricket, but alas, it seems to not be the case; the Cricket test SIM wasn't recognized when I took it in.
As I've explored this, I've wandered across tons of sites and tutorials that are fore the most part outdated, since the device first came out in 2011, although it seems Motorola has been updating it along the way; this particular device is 4GLTE compatible.
Anyway. When I start into the Fastboot menu, it states that "the device is LOCKED." I don't know if that refers to the device's ability to be used cross-network, though.
Bottom line is can this device be flashed to be supported on the Cricket Wireless network? I'm not concerned about 3G data or anything; I don't care much for having the internet with me wherever I go. I basically only want talk, text, and wifi, when available. Is this possible at all?
Thanks to anyone who can help.
There are 2 different things that are referred to as locked.
Bootloader and radio band/sim
AP Fastboot is referring to the bootloader
What you need to know is about radio bands and GMS

I believe you need to do something like what is described in this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=25219819#post25219819
The Bionic, Razr, and Droid 4 are very similar devices
Should be a Droid 4 thread on this, but haven't seen it.

Thank you.
From what I can gather, it looks as if GSM unlock for LTE devices is simply not available in America.. Is that correct? The most recent forum post I could find was from December 2014, stating something to this effect. Have you any more updated information regarding this?

Master Thread for Radio/GSM Unlocking Discussion in America been awhile since I looked at that thread, guess no one ever got the droid 4 to work with US GMS networks.
Hey everyone, just was wondering if anyone else was having this issue where the phone won't connect on LTE mode on virgin mobile. Every so often I won't get any connection at all unless I set it to cdma only. I then need to go into dss and reset the connection.
I've tried multiplie roms, kernels, the universal apn fix etc.

It seems like you may have a weak signal to me. I don't think ROMs, kernels, or any fixes can help you in this matter. Does it happen everywhere you go or just in certain locations?
It happens everywhere, I was doing some digging online and it seems to be a fairly common issue. I tried multiple kernels etc because I noticed that it seemed to be better with different ones. Also sometimes, like now, my lte signal is great.
cant get LTE anywhere anytime
I have had this issue since I first flashed this phone back in December with CM11 I called virgin mobile back then and the told me that it wasn't my problem it was a issue they where having in my area so at the time I agreed with them and they even have me half off my bill $18 refund. Since then I have noticed that it wasn't them it was something caused by me flashing the phone. I've been on 5 different Roms and a few kernels nothing seems to change it but I'm not to concerned with it I still get great speed with it in 3g plus I'm on WiFi 18 hours a day so don't really effect me. BUT WHAT IS: I can't sent MMS messages or receive them right now I can't get the IP address etc for the network to work I tried flashing the VMU APN fix but when I did it caused WiFi not to be available (won't turn on) I'm currently on RaptorRomv2. Please if anyone could help with a solution that would be appreciated thanks.

Hello,
Are you on 1.48.652.2 or 1.47.652.1? I'm on Boost Mobile and I noticed the radio was updated on 1.48.652.2 from 1.46.40.1113_2 to 1.46.40.0721. I noticed I get better signal in my area with the new radio. LTE has never been a problem for me, but if you haven't upgraded, maybe this will help you.

That is the newest one, so I don't what to tell you. I have seen quite a bit of people on this forum with LTE/signal problems only with Virgin. I think it is on their side. It is weird, though, since they are a Sprint MVNO and no one on Boost is complaining of these problems.
So 1.46 is newer than 1.48 hows that make sense. I guess it does make Sense run huh lol

I think you misunderstand. 1.48.652.2 is the updated software/RUU that includes everything. 1.46.40.0721 is the updated radio for 1.48.652.2. The old software 1.47.652.1 had the old radio 1.46.40.1113_2. You can get the old software RUU and see if the radio works better for you. If it doesn't, Virgin has a problem that they have to fix.
Here's an update from me, I don't know what happened but I have not had the LTE/3G issue for a while now, pretty much sine the day after I posted this thread. On my end I am going to call this fixed. Only thing I can think is that the software did update from then till now so perhaps it fixed the issue.
