S5 Very slow after downgrade - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S 5

Hi!
I have a big big problem!
I have updated my S5 AT&T from (G900A) Stock 4.4.2 to 5.0 through ODIN. after noticing that the phone battery was draining very fast, i decided to downgrade again to 4.4.2 Stock rom.
For example i been follow this instructions of muniz_ri user. (With both wipes after the downgrade)
.But... after the downgrade, the cellphone starts very very slow (some kind of lag for a couple of minutes after android starts).
.The battery drains no so fast like Lollipop but still draining more than Kitkat.
. And Antutu Benchmark, show a very low score: Around 22.000 (on kitkat was 37853 for example).
Someone can help me?
Thanks! and i sorry for my bad english...

One more question, you were on 5.0 rooted? And downgraded to 4.4.2?

I think u need to root your firmware when you still on .534, i don't know i don't think it's possible to root it, only the dev could do it, install a pre rooted firmware. hope it helps.
Why you do not try to search on XDA? Here are 1000 threads explain to you how to do it and one it's few thread above here on Q&A.

From ANJ to ANK on a rooted N4 safely

I'm CF rooted w/ X-posed on ANJ7 and I want to move to the new K firmware.
Also, I have a 128mb T-Mo update that I have postponed. Not sure what it is.
What is the best way to accept the update? Is that the K firmware?
How to move to ANK firmware without issues?
I see the Root thread has been updated but I'm not seeing (or understanding) how to go from J to K firmware on an already rooted phone.
The fingerprint scanner issue worries me too. Could use some advice.
How do I take the update without screwing up the phone?
TIA
Just flash ank. I'll show you

Thanks, that's the thread I was referring to. Just some stuff I don't understand.
I think they're gonna force feed this update anyway.
Can I unroot and accept the update as an OTA? Or is Odin flashing required?
Is the 128mb update the new K firmware?
What happens if I accept it as is?

Your signature says you are 'rooted' already, but maybe 'unlocked' is the better term? Since your phone appears to be unlocked and s-off, you are all set to use custom 'rooted' ROMs. There are several rooted Lollipop ROMs to choose from in the development section.

cf-auto root problem

Sm-n910t T-mobile
(Update)
I ended up having to do a factory reset so it's working nice and smooth now. So the question is should I go about flashing a custom rom in Odin then using TWRP and as my custom recovery? Or just try it again or wait it out until more people have more success?
(EDIT) MY PHONE ISNT STUCK IN A BOOTLOOP BUT NOW ITS EXTREMLY SLOW.
I used this guide to root my phone http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-4/help/sm-n910-cf-auto-root-t2897428/page160 did I miss anything ? should a flash twp onto my phone? im a complete noob to this and I made the mistake of rooting my main phone first please help.
well I woke this morning to my phone stuck in a bootloop it started to act funny right as I had to go to sleep. I cleared the cache didn't work so I had to factory reset and it worked but said my phone was no longer rooted so I repeated the process and rerooted my phone but now its in in the bootloop again what should I do to fix this?

You had SM-g935a (att phone) but flashed the unlocked firmware before you flashed this?

This little morsel of information should probably get added to the OP. I was in the same boat having flashed from 935A to 935U on Odin 3.12.7 (as was recommended for that process) and then tried to use the same version to go from 935U to 935A (Oreo). When that process failed, I went deeper into the thread and found this. Pulled a copy and it worked like a champ, but if we could add this info to the top post, it would be helpful.
