You can get the official Samsung Lollipop N910T firmware at http://sammoobile.com
Then all you need is odin, cf-autoroot, and twrp recovery.
Here is a direct download link for the zip file package containing odin,
cf-autoroot and twrp in case you need them:
https://www.dropbox.com/s/i25yjb1o97o96nb/CF-Autoroot & TWRP v2.8.6.0 and ODIN3 v3.10.0.zip?dl=0
Good luck!
Am rooted now to get the rest on here so can load OS'S ect just not sure which one to choose or which is made for this TWRP or what and we're to get it at?
These are the steps. How far did you get?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2903733
Do you want a rom in the end or just to have stock rooted lollipop?
I am rooted that's it have not figured out were to get custom recovery TWRP and or and install it.

Ok, got a note 3 with 4.3 again.
No lies, not fraud, no nothing except a faulty power port and honesty and I ended up with a 4.3 note 3 again
Pant, pant..WHAT DO I DO, I know Kingo root. Titanium backup first. The opporturnity to use my microsd card again! I am actually excited!
And after Kingo, how do I not AT&T upgrade?
I am hearing it forces you after a little while, what do I do? I really want to keep my root!
I am so sorry to my Note Brethren with KK without any way to use THEIR phones. My sympathies are sincere!
Any advice appreciated!

Ok, so if I am at 4.3, and want to keep my root, is there a path to kk that still has root? I would prefer the non ss route. BTW, the main thing that makes me root is I want to use my Microsd card and when unrooted backup and other apps seem unable to access it properly.

SS is the only way to go. There are no downsides to using SS to use a custom ROM.

Seems like kk isn't worth the effort, you can't access the Microsd, the wifi Hotspot is locked off unless you pay at&t and all issues have been fixed in 4.3, anything gained?

Not at all slow.
Your stock ROM runs on the same thing your storage does. The EMMC.

Got back root on 4.3, Sweet Archemedes this feels good, like my phone again!
Stock slot, would that be the one that is the original ROM?
Dynamic Kat looks intreguing. But it says I have to have KK first. Can I get DK working from JB rooted?
Indeed it is.
Use this guide. (replace the Urdroid KK ROM that he says to download with DynamicKat)
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2712039
Then head over to our development section and find the SS thread.
You will need both 3.71 and 3.72
3.71 will get you to KK with the guide. Once there, you will need to reinstall it and use it to uninstall the recovery.
Then uninstall the app.
After that, install 3.72 and use it to install your new recovery. That way you don't have to use odin every time you want to flash a mod or new kk rom

1. Don't hijack threads
2. Only TW based ROMs can be flashed.
3. Go read the SS development thread.
You need to make sure you are on 3.71 when trying to flash a 4.3 ROM and 3.72 to use KK.

In order to root the firmware version you are on (NH3), you have to use this method. Please make sure that you download the files for US (AT&T) Galaxy S4 Active (SGH-I537).

Install SuperSU from chainfire on the play store, open it once it's installed run it and follow the prompts, try to select the option to install the binaries or whatever while the phone is running and select the option that you are NOT on any sort of custom recovery. You can use SafeStrap to make nandroid backups which is what I believe you were asking, but as far as ClockWorkMod, I think it bears repeating:
You have a locked bootloader. There is no way around this, no ifs ands or buts. You simply cannot flash custom ROMs or recoveries. That's it, end of story as far as CM, CWM, AOSP and such things are concerned. That being said there is a sort of recovery called SafeStrap which you can use to make nandroid backups, flash mods and STOCK-BASED roms, but it's not a true custom recovery in the sense that we had been used to, because of this locked bootloader nightmare.
Was hesitant on several other methods I've read over the past day after Towelroot V3 didn't work initially. I followed this step by step and it worked flawless for me on my SGH-I537 KK 4.4.2 NH3. Took about 20 mins being carefull.

Use this method it's quite easy http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2862299
Sorry...I'm on the s5 active..and the reason I asked this method is because I was rooted with safe strap and wanted to unroot and take the OTA update. .well I tried all the methods mentioned in that post but Odin just stops at initializing and when I try going to the stock recovery and flashing the update there it's still NE4 not NG4. .so I'm kinda lost

One file is a big file and takes awhile to load
I have an unlocked tmobile note 4, tmobile is terrible in my area so I had them unlock it and went to at&t.
But now I cannot get lollipop.
I read online I can get a capture file put it on my SD and bam.
But I cannot find this file.. I can find it all day for at&t but not tmobile.
Before you start with the flashing and Roms and odin.. no.
No computer.
I have an inactive tmobile card, I put it in the phone but it says no updates so I assume it has to be active to pull the update.
Any help would be awesome.
Thanks

Does anyone know what's the latest and simplest method to unroot the device so OTA updates can be downloaded? If odining back to stock firmware can be avoided that'd be great. I'm trying to get rid of some annoying issues on my current build. Thanks.
