Is USB debugging enabled? You can turn it on in Settings -> All -> Developer options -> USB Debugging
If Developer options is not available, go to About phone and tap on Build number about 5 times. It will tell you if Developer options is unlocked.
Also, please specify OS version (which Windows or Linux) and ADB version (check with adb version command
I also debugging usb but not recognized by pc, the os is 4.4.2 firmware b619 help
I had the same problem and my phone was also not recognized b windows 7.
When I reÏnsalled the ADB drivers my problems were gone.
Maybe it works for you too.

Hello!
I'm from Puerto Rico, my carrier is Claro PR. I've been trying to root my device but so far I haven't even been able to unlock the Bootloader. I get the annoying and indefinite < waiting for device > message on the Fastboot CMD screen. I have installed ADB drivers from Google and it didn't help since the Motorola drivers did not even recognize my device in Fastboot. It seems that the only time my device is recognized in Fastboot mode is when there are no ADB or Fastboot drivers installed and Device Manager lists it as a Fasboot Titan device. Quite honestly this is very frustrating since I've been searching for days to no avail. I do not wish to update to Lollipop(Until it is available officially in my area), which is what most articles I found are for. I just want root access. I'm beginning to doubt if my device is even supported and its just an extremely well made clone.
I was trying this on Windows 8.1 Pro x64. Some people told me Fastboot drivers had some issues with 8.1 so I did my best to clean out old drivers and plug the phone into different USB ports. At first I was trying on my USB 3.0 ports, people also told me USB 3.0 has issues with FB, so I used my 2.0 ports on the front of my computer case. Again, people told me that I had to use ports directly on the motherboard, so I plugged the phone into my PC's back USB ports. I also tried a different micro USB cable, same result. At that time I figured it was probably Windows causing the problems so I pulled a hard drive from and old PC, hooked it up to my own and installed my old copy of Windows 7 Ultimate x64. I installed all the essentials, from ADB to Motorola Device Manager for the drivers. My phone is still not being recognized, although I did get to have it listed under ADB Devices by using USB Debugging, yet it appears offline, as shown in the image below. I figured it was my particular PC because its custom built with salvaged parts from another PC, so I tried the procedure from my family's Dell Optiplex (running win7 Home Premium x32) only to hit the same dead-end. At this point I'm tearing off hair from my head. I don't want to be bald yet! I'm only just turning 20 at the end of the month!
A few details:
Device: Moto G 2014 16GB XT1063. Android Kitkat 4.4.4 (5.0 has yet to be released for my area)
System Version: 21.11.14.titan_amxpr.amxpr.en.PR amxpr
Build number: KXB21.85-14

If you connect your device with usb-debugging enabled in the developer options, a dialog pops up, presenting a RSA fingerprint, asking to allow usb-debugging. If not, type "adb version" in your terminal. If version is below 1.0.31 you have to update adb.

Thank you! The RSA Fingerprint popup never appeared on my phone. I kept toggling USB Debugging on and off until it did. I managed to get the keys. Now I hit another wall... (image below)
I also tried it onto the Latin America page. This time no matter how I paste my code whether manually typing it or just copy/pasting, it always returns a popup with "Your input text was not recognized as a valid dataset. Please try again." This happens on Chrome, Firefox and even Internet Explorer and combined with the really slow loading of any official Motorola page I try to enter I'm guessing the forces of life itself are preventing me from unlocking this particular phone's Bootloader.

Thank you once again! My device IS unlockable, I was told to wait for some time before requesting my unique unlock key, since the page has been having a few hiccups. I will report back if I was successful or not.
Edit: I successfully unlocked bootloader, installed TWRP and rooted. Thank you for your assistance!
Running stock Vodafone EVA-L09C02B137
Developer mode enabled,
USB debugging enabled
"All HiSuite to use HDB" enabled
connect phone to PC - PC auto-detects phone, installs hisuite etc.
Run hisuite and get "Please authorise your computer to manage your device" with a picture of the phone which says "Allow connection in HDB mode" - which I don't get on the device.
I've been through the forum and uninstalled everything, restarted both PC and phone, installed the APK from the hisuite program files folder, enabled files and photos mode (both work correctly in explorer) but can't get through to hisuite.
Any help would be appreciated.

Enabled developer options
System->About Phone-> Scroll to bottom and TAP on BUILD 5x (I believe)
then go back once , Developer options , Enable USB DEBUGGING , Authorize your Device and you should be able to proceed onto the bootloader unlocking guide on Motorola's Website

Hello everyone, first of all thanks for your advice,
I have a Global RM3S, I updated to the Chinese version with android 11 with the debugging options activated and of course the active oem unlocking,
but I had errors in some applications for changing from global to Chinese so I did a factory reset and it worked excellent,
but for my work I needed a special application and with the Chinese version it didn't work, so I had to go back to the global version,
but when doing it from the recovery it gave me the error "DEVICE CORRUPT "I read in another thread that I had to unlock the OEM
before loading the rom in order to unlock the bootloader and thus repair my computer, I don't have much experience in this matter so I don't understand what to do, can you help me?
T_T my phone has been like this for two weeks and the local technicians say they can't repair it, I wanted to buy another logic card but I can't find anything,
I urgently need to repair my phone because I don't have another, and I need it to dial from my entry, sales, exits, etc. , from my work, greetings to all.
I tell you, I have the drivers well installed on my pc, fastboot detects my device without problem, also when trying the steps to copy the files from the Chinese or global rom, it does not give any error but it always returns to "DEVICE CORRUPT"
if I try to unlock via FASTBOOT with
fastboot oem nubia_unlock NUBIA_NX629J
no problem but with
fastboot flashing unlock
tell me error

Can you provide screenshot from drivers?
is it detected by adb driver or not?
sometimes what i am doin on windows is reinstalling adb driver (uninstall and reinstall)
if you cannot do anything, do fastboot and try brick tools that provide in forum to restore anything to global rom, and reflash again on CN ROM
أنا Unlock bootloader but my devices is corrput
Hello Developers!
I have found an easy way to unlock the bootloader of our Huawei Nova 2 Plus. No need to use Testpoint or pay for software to unlock. it is an Python Script which would brute force the code through the IMEI number you have entered
IMPORTANT: MAKE SURE THE PHONE IS CONNECTED TO ADB OR THIS TOOL WILL NOT WORK AS IT WILL RESTART INTO FASTBOOT AND TRY ALL THE CODES IT GENERATED!!!!!!!.
THIS TOOL WORKS FOR Linux and Windows. the guide is for windows but the script would work for linux completely fine.
REQUIREMENTS
Download The Tool from the thread
Install Python From Microsoft Store Or The Python Website
Run Powershell as Admin
Run the Command:- python unlock.py
Enter Your IMEI Number
MAKE SURE YOUR PHONE IS CONNECTED TO ADB!!!!!
Wait for the code to be found
If your phone reboot into EMUI reboot back into bootloader mode and the tool will start the bootloader unlocking process
The Phone May Reboot Several Times.
If you get an warning about unlocking the bootloader you have succeeded to unlock the bootloader
Special Thanks To KASHIFALIKHAN For the tool . the download will be down below
Hello does unlocking bootloader resets my data? As in will it factory reset?

Hello,
I have a chinese Honor 9x (bought from alieExpress). I currently have the HarmonyOS installed that doesn't allow me to run any google-apps, so I'm trying to unlock the bootloader. Out of desperation I tried to use this program to try bruteforce the unlock code. However as I start running it (USB debug enabled and all in options), after the first reboot it arrives in fastboot mode (as I believe should be expected), but then it gives the error that no devices have been found, and therefore remains hanging at 10% / first code tried.
I have a feeling that somehow after the reboot the usb debugging/OEM mode is not on anymore and therefore the python program doesn't identify the phone. I feel this has to do with the setting "enable OEM mode" not being available in any of the settings in my phone (probably a little chinese easter egg to make all this more difficult?). I don't really know how to tackle this issue tho, any advice is appreciated.

Have you installed Hisuite drivers? And check device manager when you boot into fastboot if it shows Android bootloader interface then you're good to go if not then try installing Hisuite drivers

Since you could enter the bootloader when you first trying, I'm guess it might be the Harmony OS. You can try use Hisuite to roll back your HarmonyOS to EMUI, then try to unlock the bootloader. Most of modified Android OS removed the OEM mode to make you have a hard time on unlock bootloader. These will be really easy if you use some phones like Google's Pixel.
I have an old Huawei Nova 3i and it's updated into the Harmony OS, which is not what I want, I'd like to have a more cleaner OS that not with so much preinstalled apps. Then I roll back to EMUI as the first step to install other ROM, and that script it's working now. It's still trying get the password so I can't say it worked or some thing else.
And alter is that, if you just want install some google-apps, you may just roll back to EMUI, it should worked fine. And I'm not really suggest you have any phone from Huawei now since they really push their Harmony OS as a thing (at least, in China) and not really friendly towards people not in China (since lots of popular apps' depended G-apps). I'm annoyed even I'm Chinese though.
