Im looking for a hard case for my ace. But most of them are vertical-open style. Im looking for something like Ipad case. Feels like opening a small 'book'. IPhone has it..envy!

best case : capdase case it already has a screen protector when you bought it
best earphones : i think the earphones in the box when you bought the phone
was really good and rocks but beats earphones are much better
you can find these items on ebay or the malls near your place buy the original one not the fake

Hi Friends
Can anyone suggest a good bumper for Xperia Z. I could not any good one anywhere. Have seen my mate with the official Roxfit one which is very bulky and reduces the look of the beautiful phone.

Go either for X-Doria or MetalSlim I prefer X-Doria though,MetalSlim is bulky(more protective though)

I have that one and it's beautiful compared to non aluminum bumpers but less comfortable due to being bulky and very hard

Won't it scratch the phone? Especially the plastics on the phone?

It took something like 5-6 working days, after the payment was accepted. (to Switzerland)

There's some kind of rubber on the inside, which holds the phone tight and prevents it from scratching. Until now everything looks still fine. (for the rubber, refer to the pictures on the post from kist32, quoted above.

Why would it? It's supposed to fit like a glove, so it wouldn't be able to achieve any kind of friction.

Well my friend, metal n plastic doesnt go to well especially when u take it out n in all the time. But i didnt realise that the bumper had rubber so its all good

I chose this one as with the screen protector front and back both antishatter sheets are protected, however the back generally gets abused from general use. This one has a semi flexible acrylic back panel which is clear

Help lost the flap that covers usb charge port

Hello I live in philadelphia USA I bought a z1 from Craigslist brand new unfortunately it's my own fault but I had my phone on charge it fell and was hanging from the wire and it manages to rip off the flap now it's lost I need a new flap is it possible to get one they don't have the phone here Sony said they can't fix it due to not being released here any ideas?

Try amazon, or any UK based phone websites.
But it should be released in US soon and then you can get parts

I did quite alot of looking the only thing I found that might work is the dummy phones it was 10 dollars I emailed them on ebay to see if the flap was able to come off

I called sony parts and after being ****ed around to a third phone number that I had to call they quoted me $80 to replace one stupid freaking flap. I think it's worth just being careful with you phone for the time being. That was not including the postage to get it there qld -> nsw. And they mentioned they would do a pressure test to make sure it's water resistant again. Does anyone know if you can just get a life case similar to the iphones case?

You're right though I'm probably the only one who would buy it. I am notoriously terrible with phones.

I have tortured my Xperia S for over a year and my flaps are still great...
It's very hard to broke that
But, please, when you fix flaps, could you post a little tutorial so if we broke ours we should know where to buy it and how to replace them

I tried to get the part inside the phone out, but it seems that it got really deep. How did you got yours part out of this hole?

These flaps are way too weak, my phone is Three weeks old and the USB flap already feels loose and opens up a little after a while of being closed

Just push it inside and fit new one - should do no harm

Good thing you have posted this or else I'd still try to get it out since I'll be waiting about 20 days for the replacement to arrive. Duh, I paid 4$ for international shipping to Poland which is one of the countries that are somewhere in the middle of the earth ^^.

yeh I had my Z1 dismantled a couple of days ago fitting a new screen so pushing it inside shouldn't present any problems at all

It just arrived (from the same seller) and i think it's perfect. ^^ rubber on the bottom, small blue power led, phone fits in nicely.. for that money, really great product..

No. I was using a case from Head Case Designs, which is the same, I guess, and it unfortunately won't fit in..

Xperia Z c6603 LCD Spare Parts Where to buy best?

Hello,
my Xperia Z C6603 has a broken Touch unit.
Where can i buy a Original ore at least as good as Original LCD Touch Unit ?
The Ebay units are all not original ones... ore i didn't find them.
I just don't want to buy a bad display.
I would be happy if someone could reccomend me a seller with good Quality LCDS.
Im living in Germany so shipping to germany would be neccesary if it is pre glued to a new housing thats also fine but not essential.

Ordered two from him. Both came different lol... one was decent for this price, i might add some photos later. And another one i don't even know with washed out colors i guess. It looks like sh*t.
