Is my vibration broken? - One (M7) Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Over the weekend, I noticed my M7 no longer vibrating. I tried the HTC Guide App. (SUPPORT>PHONE HEALTH>HARDWARE DIAGNOSTICS>VIBRATION TEST) and there is no vibrate. Also, when you reboot the phone, it doesn't do that single vibrate before the white HTC splash screen.
Any thoughts? I can pay $150CAD to get a used replacement through an ESecuritel warranty. Thanks.

Sensation XL stuck on white screen

So i replaced my HTC sensation XL's screen and now when I try to start the phone it boots into a white screen (very bright).
The phone does play the startup tune and i have managed to ring my house phone from it while in white screen mode.
Could the display be damaged? Or maybe i have done something wrong while replacing the screen.
Thanks in advance for help

[Q] HTC One Black Screen

To keep it short: I have a VZW HTC One unlocked and rooted running a 4.4.2 Nexus 5 port. Everything is fine and dandy until today when the screen shuts off. Phone is still completely responsive in that I can adjust volume, unlock, computer recognizes it, etc. I have found a lot of threads about HTC One black screen and noticed that there were a wide variety of causes and such so I am trying to consolidate information about this particular problem here.
Prior to this issue I had not flashed anything since January, sideloaded any APK's in as long. No problems with the rom, no abnormalities, etc. Was sitting and playing Jetpack Joyride when the screen shut off. The hardware buttons were still on. Rebooting the phone multiple times made no difference. Audio still works (can hear notifications).
What I have tried:
Rebooting the phone while aiming a bright light at the ambient light sensor (assuming the sensor is on the top bezel, I could not find any concrete evidence of the location).
Forcing a reboot through Fastboot.
Reinstalling HTC One drivers and doing it again.
For whatever reason it seems that fastboot can recognize the device but not ADB...
Now if no other solution presents itself, do I need to backup, reroot, relock, and send back to HTC for a replacement?

HTC One Display/Software Problem!?

Hi,
Have not posted in here in a while but i'm having a huge problem with my HTC one M7.
Had the phone for a year now and suffered a problem with it once before. The problem before was something to do with the phone locking itself and required me sending it off to HTC to repair. It kept bootlooping and wouldn't allow me to do anything at all.
This problem hasn't occurred since repair however last week the phone was working fine until the next morning when i woke up. My girlfriend used my phone to send herself some photo's and then put the phone on charge as the battery was running low. When i woke up the screen stays black and wont allow me to do anything. If i hold the power button the bottom two lights flash and i can hear the phone booting itself back up. I have a feeling the phone works since everyday at 6:15pm my alarm goes off and i am able to deactivate the alarm by swiping up (i remember the location of the dismiss function) it would appear i'm also able to receive calls and texts since i can hear my message and ring tone going off however cannot see the screen.
I have tried a few things such as holding buttons to reboot, shining a light onto the sensor during a reboot and fully charging etc however nothing.
I should also add i have a slight hairline crack in the screen which occurred about 9 months ago but didn't appear to affect the LCD at all or the digitiser either. Any help would be highly appreciated or any tips on stuff to try.
more information available if needed.
Many Thanks
Kris

It looks like you tried all of the usual methods, sorry but it might just be the screen is shorted.

Black screen when unlocking phone and get an incoming call

Hi mates,
i have a really frustrating problem with my HTC M7.
Earlier i couldn't to get my phone to stock but I did it finally - main reason was that i couldn't to login in google accout.
But, when I finally did it I updated it to newest software (Lolipop).
Then i realized I can't sometimes unlock my phone when there is any lockscreen security turned on -just blockade, pattern, PIN, etc. The screen is just still black, the return and home buttons are working (i can see screen light which should to highlight the screen, but there is no image).
The same situation is with incoming call. When phone is locked i hear the ringtone, vibe is working but no screen image.
This situation also appears on ViperOne, InsertCoin ROMs (Lolipop versions) and I'am thinking that is a problem with working on Lolipop.
I don't have my phone now, thats is why there is no "fastboot getvar all" command result attached, but it will be.
Did anyone has the same problem? Is this coused by wrong kernel maybe?
PS: Screen when is black is still active - if i luckily tap on ANSWER or EMERGENCY CALL phone wake up's.

Software or Screen issue?

Hey gusy i need a little help. Recently my phone started studdering out of no where and then the screen went blank. Could this be a screen issue or a software issue? It vibrates and tries to register the finger unlock method but nothing comes up on screen. I contacted my seller and they will respect my warranty but the shipping is a little expensive. In case i cant fix it myself i have no other choice but to send it.
I have tested hard rebooting it. And nothing. I just vibrates and nothing comes up on screen.
It enters fastboot but the icon is green and appears for a fraction of a second and it dissapears.
It makes sounds when i plug in the charger and when i run low on battery. It vibrates when i put my finger where the fingerprint unlock mechanism is.
I have videos of the tests but since i'm new i can't link them in this post.
Any help will be appreciated.
