I have port this work from Galaxy Y
Details
Appearance, graphic and utility:
- Experience New Launcher (full modded Zeam Launcher);
- ICS \ JB System Theme (in APK);
- New Jelly Bean Statusbar (CM 10.0) with power widget under jb carrier, clock, date, settings and clear button, clickable notifications and closon;
- ICS Themed in-JB-Style Blue default lockscreens 7.2 cm;
- ICS JB-style Patterns;
- Statusbar widget indicator color poer pressetted in ICS-JB Style (smali mod);
- Atypic feedback in statusbar fixed;
- New Transitions style Bean Jelly);
- Tablet Tweaks (softkey) enabled in the framework;
- Statusbar Clock Center (fixed black statusbar with active softkeys);
- Full Roboto Font;
- New Resized Cyanogenmod 10 (Jelly Bean) Settings.apk;
- New Wallpaper Cyanogenmod (New Experience Wallpaper) Mix (Jelly Bean 4.1 and 4.2, Ics, HoneyComb and other);
- Replaced 3D Gallery with QuickPic the user application;
- Camerasound on \ off by autoradio78 patch;

But you have mentioned in the performance section saying OC up to 832 MHz.....
Which isn't really OC.its stock frequency

Yup.. you are right.. the sdk version is not 17.. not jelly bean 4.2.2.. just themed.. with a build.prop edit.. :| unless some dev builds a stable kernel and rom for our y duos.. we aint seeing ics, let alone jellybean.. stuck on gingerbread till we have no choice but to throw this phone out the window.. :c

4.Again go to mounts and storage and mount all the partitions
5.Flash the rom and in mounts and storage mount system if it is unmounted.
6.Reboot!
7.After the system is on again goto cwm and flash the fix1.zip file to make all the things work properly
.8.And if u face any supersu problems like no su binary,not granting root permissions . just download and flash the chainfire's supersu zip file from below ..

From CWM i never have trouble like this...

Link work perfect

I had the same trouble with **ROM** PrimeMobile One.
On the other hand are 'One V.2.3.0' and Omars Rom working fine.

I just wanted to thank you big time!, I have flashed and installed your ROM onto a xt890 that someone gave me to fo fix cuz it was stuck at boot, I tried many things and after many hours of working on this phone, I found this thread, followed your instructions and now the phone is back up and running!, the ROM seems great, its all working on the phone I have found no issues!

your ROM works absolutely without problems on my razr.
performance is great, battery life very good!
