Now that Android M was announced, what should M indicate?
Possible names,
- mouth full of chocolate
- m&M's
- mom
- minerals
- mother ship
- moose chocolate
- mars
- mountain view
- mouse
Maltesars
Masterbate... my nephew's idea.
No idea on what it will be called, but anyways.....

Marshmallow.. Probable, but not to everyone liking.
Mango.. Love this one, but Microsoft used this for a Windows Phone release already.
Mint.. second best to Mango in my opinion.

I think it will be muffin or milkshake...
Android always give a name of some sweet things, like chocolate, cakes, ice creams, etc.
That M could be M&M

It will probably be Milkshake, as David Burke from Google had a smartwatch with a milkshake watchface at the Google IO..
It could be anything from Marshmellow to Mars Bar really. As there are allot of candy and deserts that start with a M

LoL if that is what ice cream sandwich looks like I will be using another launcher that is ugly and cheap looking like a developers first launcher IMO of course
ICS 2.4 Install

Once you download the ics.apk you have to use a file manager (which I prefer Astro but thats just me) to browse to the file in the download folder. Then you can install it from there
Edit: this may sound dumb but you get it in the market. Just want to be a lilttle more detailed so no confusion
So when installing new themes ect you will use Astro or another DL manager?
This is not the actual ICS launcher. Just some developers guess at what it might be like.

I actually would also lean toward 4.0. If it were meant just for phones I would lean toward 2.4. But Google has already stated that ICS is going to replace both gingerbread and honeycomb as one single system for both phones and tablets. With that mentality one would think that this new OS would get a whole new version number. Much like honeycomb did for Tablets. Going off memory I think the 2.4 mentality started when it was thought that ics was meant to integrate honeycomb with gingerbread for phones. But that's not the case. This is a vastly improved system over gingerbread with bits and pieces of honeycomb brought along meant for all devices. This is also actually a big enough leap for a new version, not like the small changes from 2.1 to 2.2 to 2.3.

Samsung apparently sold 3x more smartphones in China than Apple. Samsung gained 2x the market share during Q3 and Q4 of 2011. Apple is apparently going after China with the next release of the iPhone which will support the radio frequency for China Mobile.

Real time chat on how to team up for CL scams? Lol. J/k.
Maybe because Apple devices are too expensive + they restrict too much. Asians are more thirfty when it comes to buying stuff....we want the maximum value for our money ....
Not surprising. Galaxy S2 has lower price, better camera and display.

Also, that tablet looks kind of cool but I don't really trust Archos. I will probably throw down a few bucks extra and get the new Asus Transformer Infinity.

Actually, it's more like 5.3% of active Android devices are on KitKat.
I'm a fan of them bringing OSX and iOS together. But the constant Android and Windows bashing was unnecessary in my opinion.

I bet they have nothing better to do other than making fun of others after copykating them. Seriously :|
Also, I find JB to be more advanced than iOS 8 :|

So far the only thing I see worth upgrading to iOS 8 for would be widgets. Since Android has had that since about forever.., thanks but no thanks. Get back to me when there's an untethered jailbreak.

They said end of this month for S4. While i have no info on the Nexus 5 release, i expect it to be released at the same time as the S4 port.
A facebook post by Meizu kind of indicated this actually.

Cool. Hopefully not too far off for the N5 release. Not a fan on their FB page so wouldn't have known about it. Thanks for bringing it up - gonna like their page to hopefully stay up to date on it.

Exciting, been itching to try something new
Flyme OS for S4 (beta) is available - http://forum.meizu.com/viewthread.php?tid=17142&extra=page=1
Will Nexus 5 be next?
Well, this is going to be interesting. I hope the actual porting will continue.
Still nothing... I want to try this OS on my Nexus 5.. Looks beautiful
I wish they would have chose the Nexus 5 to port to first over the GS4
They announced Flyme OS 4.0, based on KitKat, so I supposed Nexus 5 will be getting the 4.0 port directly, kinda like they did with MIUI.
Is there any information more about this?
Sadly, no
Any news?
