I have had the watch for a week so far I seen no strange battery drains.
Other watches have this problem on 5.1.1
Has anybody noticed the watch battery life dropping extremely fast with this device ?
So far I think the Urbane does not have a battery drain buy.

Hi,
I was really disappointed, like many, with the battery power of the TD1, with it's 900mah battery, which was not lasting a full day for me (2hours talk time, check email once a day and intermittent texting, bluetooth and wifi on continuous).
I then purchased the 1340mah battery which got me through the day, even to the next at times - nightly charge with similar usage.
I am really considering upgrading to the TD2, however, I'm concerned that I will be going down in battery capacity from 1350mah.
I've read that the battery performance on the TD2 seems to have really improved. Has anyone else used the 1340mah battery on the TD1 and how does the TD2 compare to it? And do you recommend the upgrade?
Thanks.
Anybody notice any changes as far as battery life. I just wanna know because im currently using a 1800 mAh battery (lost original battery) from ebay and they don't longer then stock. If you see any major changes i might just buy an OEM battery.
I did notice an increase in battery life when I upgraded to 2.3.5. I am a heavy user of my phone on a daily basis and it last about 5-6 hours longer from my experience.
Switching to V20p showed a very noticeable increase in battery life for myself.

The battery life has improved so much, I'm not getting the extended battery. Maybe a couple of regular batteries as the improvement easily takes my phone all day. Before update, it would only last 4-5 hours with usage.
I have to agree battery life has increased by quite a bit. My wife was getting severely pissed off at this phone because of battery life and other Froyo glitches and since updating she has yet to have any issues and stopped complaining about battery drain. Ahh the relief of not having to hear about how she hates the phone and wants it replaced Now lol. Hopefully we get to see ICS eventually, not that I am counting on it anytime in the near future and most likely not at all but still it's a nice thought lol.
better definitely. Not as good as the Rogers Samsung Galaxy S Captivate battery life though. Can't believe how much that one improved with the gingerbread update.
Had anyone else been seeing strange issues on the Rogers gingerbread update Ruth the battery stats? This morning after an hour off the charger battery was at 88% when viewing the battery usage it showed 15s on battery and that the only thing using it was the display and the percent was 165% I have a screen cap to upload later to show it.

Same here. My P925 have same problem. The stock ROM and ThiaiZO3D, which I am using, are same. It always show me less than 20s even after 24h.
Hi everybody,
I had a problem with my original battery. It dried every day in about 10h of usage. It was horrible, so I bought 3500 mAh battery from ebay and it was OK. I didn't had to charge my battery for about 2 days. Really impressed if I compare this battery and original, but problem was, battery from 3500 mAh was really big and made my phone look ugly, so I bought new battery. I've bough new Onyx battery with 1400 mAh and battery drains in less than 10h. I used my phone for about 2-3h and battery was on 4%. I haven't played games or downloading anything. Just chating. Does anyone know what's wrong? Is that normal for onyx battery or can I do something to improve battery life?

you can buy an original battery for your optimus 2x =)
Ok so I got my XZ yesterday and the battery life is worse than my SGS3. My S3 lasted 1.5 to 2 days with the same amount of usage. I have no idea how the battery life is on 4.3 or 4.2.2 as I upgraded it to .230, the moment i got the phone.
Anyways, my question is whether the battery life improves if i install custom roms (LB) or is the problem kernel sided.
Also is 7% of battery usage a lot? Google play services is taking 7% of battery.
With all the reviews and the people talking about battery life, I decided to do some testing of my own. I created a video on my channel showcasing the battery life of this phone using various testing methods. Check it out if you have battery life concerns.

I don't know what all the neg on the battery is for... I came from the s8 wich had worse battery than my new z2f.... I had to turn off AOD on the s8 because it would drain 20/25% of the battery before 5pm. I go all day on the z2f and I'm a moderate user. When I go to plug it in before bed I'm usually at 60%
Same here. This phone's standby time is incredible. I loose less than 1% an hour. I wrote up my experiences in the real review section. I can only imagine how good it would be with the full root/debloat/custom rom/kernal treatment.
