You best bet would be the S3 toolkit found in the android development section. Does it all for you

Grab your region's version, then flash via Odin.
I find it easier to not flash the latest version, but to an older version (4.1.1) just to make it feel "Stock-ier".

That looks like your baseband... Find the ART code on your box, the last three letters is your original CSC.

cant seem to see them on the box any where exactly should i be looking

The sticker with your IMEI.

Find your region/provider instead.

dont want to sound like a muppet where do i find region etc

just get the latest version, the region doesn't matter

Perhaps in the east that is more than alight. But here if it's not the original CSC and there is no record of a service centre changing it you are screwed.

I9305 has nu BTU since all 9305's in UK are sold through providers.

Sm n910s is for snapdragon. It's the Korean variant. So I assume the 910f is ready to go.

I think that this will be my last samsung phone, Apple gives software updates to their latest devices first and it works flawless...

Because apple have 1 os and no carrier bloat. Easy to push the newer os out.. think about it for a second

Snapdragon usually comes 2weeks after Exynos. Id say it will be released at the end of the month.

Its a tool which checks for firmware update of samsung and when i search the HUI region latest firmware i get the same build and baseband number which u can see in the log and i cant download it yet because authorization failed

Is there any version of the T-819 or the T-813 Samsung Galaxy Tab S2 that can't be rooted? I recently bought an H918q LG V20 before realizing that it can't be rooted, so I had to sell it. I'd like to not make the same mistake again. Thanks in advance.

Not unless it's Verizon or AT&T model. If you get an international model.I.E. not a carrier branded model you should be fine.
WiFi versions are never locked.

G9730 it's a Snapdragon variance as the G973F it's Exynos, so that's a hard not possible.
