I put mine in on 5/28, was approved on 6/4, I believe it was, still shows 'approved'.
I put in for mine on 5/6/15 got approval still nothing.

The 128 GB card promo is just through TMO, not LG. LG was doing their own separate promo of a 32GB card and a battery.

I'm very aware of both promos, but both promos have the exact same info in the confirmation emails. They are both using lg's srs rebate site. They both have the same contact info. They are both through Lg, but one is exclusively for Tmo customers.
I went through the same exact thing. I bought my LG G4 the very first day it was officially released. The same exact day, I put in both promos and received the 32GB Micro SD and Battery. Shortly after, my 128GB Micro SD card was approved. While I am a very patient man, we're in July now and something that was approved weeks ago should be in my hand. In any case, about two weeks ago I called LG using the number provided in the "check your submission status:" page. Much to my surprise, they literally passed the buck to T-Mobile even though it's an LG phone and a joint venture with T-Mobile, backed by LG. So after getting nowhere, I used the email provided and this was the message I received:
Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry regarding the LG G4 Promotion. According to our approval email it can take anywhere from 4-6 weeks to ship the items out, but we are actually starting this Friday in hopes of getting them to you earlier. Keep an eye out for an email with tracking information!

I spoke to a tmobile employee and he said tmobile cancelled that promo... Now they use the new one that they give you a back leather cover.... Probably why no one has gotten it.
That is kind is dumb the 128gb. mem stick end of promotion was 6/30 and the leather back just started 7/1. So whoever you talked to a T-Mobile doesn't seem to know what he is talking about. The ones who put in for the 128Gb. bought theres in June not July so only the ones who buy in July will get the leather back. Someone at T-Mobile way out in left field.

different promo in the US, LG provided the charger w/battery and 32GB and TMOUS provided the 128GB SD card. LG has now changed up the first promo to the charger w/battery and a leather back. TMO is obligated to deliver the 128GB SD card to those that were approved for it.

because they both expired as of June 30th. Now there is a new promo with the charger / battery and leather back. This just goes to show that a lot of support reps have half a clue regarding the details of their job!
These promos are serviced through a third party provider . . . and they move slow because they geared for cost control.
Expect a month + response times for fulfillment.
Took 6 weeks to get my battery, cradle and microSD on the first offer.
Update. Submitted on 27th. Just changed to Pending Shipment. We r in business boys!

Nice... all 3 of my 128gb submissions are pending shipping... now to sell them on ebay like I sold my 3 extra batteries and cradle.

I don't know why but I have 2 nexus 7 tablets showing on my order page. One of them is showing the delivery date and the other is showing the same thing as your picture. I have only been charged once though. I ordered on the 29th

Bit miffed they took the money from my account so early, and obviously might have the hassle of having to return a bogus order..

I have 3 orders showing and to be honest I have no idea how their system works. 1 showing 'delivery soon as stock etc..' and the other two states '3-5 working days 19/07'. I called them a day after I found out. Chap on the phone said it should only show 1, asked him to cancel the two dormant ones. He said he did, but they were still there. However I was assured only one payment was taken.
The whole thing just seems like a shambles, we shall see.

Pre-ordered from newegg earlier today (don't know if im going to keep it over my note 2).. and now my order status says awaiting inventory... don't know if thats normal or they're low on stock.. guess I'll wait and see if it updates as it gets closer to release
So these are supposed to ship on the 19'th, correct? If that's the case, the 'next day' delivery service isn't going to mean much, as the 19'th is a Friday and the next business day is the 22'nd.

They have actually since changed their policy to read "ships when available" instead.
If they do ship on 4/19 though, next day service means you would receive your phone on Monday, while their standard 2-3 (business) day shipping would mean you could receive your phone as late as Wednesday. So it's still technically an improvement!
I ordered the 32GB black and it's since changed from "Ships When Available" to "When Pigs Fly". /s
Anyone else notice the black version isn't even listed any more? I'll be glad if I get it by the end of the month if not by the end of summer. Meanwhile, I will keep checking this thread and lurking in the main HTC One forum.
Edit: Just got an email right after I posted this from whereismyorder.com that the Black is delayed. They will switch me to Silver if I reply. Not sure what I am going to do.
This cache can be cleared, but you must do it manually. This bug can only be fixed with an update from HTC, will they release one?

I ran into the same thing. I wanted a black 128gb and they were backordered for a month. I found one listed on eBay and was nervous about buying it until I realized that he was local to me.
I ended up meeting the seller in person and getting it for a little more than what I would have paid AT&T plus I was able to ensure that it didn't have the scratches issue.

i work at a ATT authorized retailer and ordered the black 128gb edge myself and the system was saying 2-3 weeks but i have a feeling it might just be a couple days. Their estimation is not always true.
I know this doesn't help, but I too ordered a black 128gb from an AT&T store on Tuesday of this week. Estimated ship date still reads 05-04-2015 to 05-08-2015.
Here's hoping that the system is padding the ship date.
I hope you guys get it sooner. If not, I assure you it's worth the wait! I milled over getting a smaller capacity and I'm glad I didn't.
The day I picked up my 128 and started transferring files from my Note 4 reaffirmed this. While I'm no where near full, I'm just over half way there, which means I would have already tapped out a 64GB and had to have messed with deleting files. Not to mention, you know how devices get when you start running them near max capacity.
Like I said, worth the wait.

It will be worth the wait... I too heavily considered a 64GB model. Then I added what I use on my internal and SD together, estimated what I seen online as the BASE OS space and figured it'd be making sacrifices on what to keep and what not too. So I am happy to wait but damn haha... I tell my self not to check the status everyday but it never works lol.

So...... I had to warranty out my phone yesterday with ATT, they didn't have any 128GB in stock in any store, said I would have to order them. Instead of doing that, since I was still within my 14 day return policy, I returned the whole thing, went to BBY, bought it all back over, and I'll have a new one tomorrow, free expedited shipping for Elite Plus members.
Why is it you didn't go that route? BBY customer service told me over the phone they have over 200 of them in stock ready to ship! Also comes with free Samsung wireless charger too

I didn't use Jump but I did order the phone online.... I called customer service before hand to ask such question and was told that after I receive the phone I use a number off the box or receipt to claim gift.... At that time I can choose what I want...
But during the process of ordering there was no option for it....:good:

I can't answer that.... I clicked the upgrade part so that's all I know.... Like I said I called Customer service before hand and it seems as though if you do it by phone you can say what gift you want but... they now implement a $20.00 "assistance fee" for doing it by phone....
I politely told the lady I don't want to pay the $20.00 and proceeded to do the transaction online... She was very helpful though and answered everything I asked so I do appreciate that...
You have to go to the Samsung promotions site when you have phone and receipt in hand to place your order.
SD card and Fit 2 will take up to 12 weeks for delivery.
Netflix is a digital code.

I also used JUMP via Web to place my preorder. There was no option for me to choose either, Hopefully there still Gear fit 2 available for me to redeem my gift.
I guess this must be the first time you guys have gotten any perks like this. ITs been this way for quite some time that you basically upload a copy of your invoice and use your IMEI number to process your order for samsung promotions. Also dont get too crazy thinking it may come right away generally it takes 4-6 weeks to receive promotional gifts
So far I have gotten netflix, wireless chargers, gift cards and gear vr. They will send it so dont get too nervous if you feel like you been waiting a while.
I just ordered the phone on jump on demand and the guy told me i wasnt gonna be eligible to receive the sd card or gear or netflix promotion with it. It was only available if i got it as a eip or bought full price. Sucks but still got it anyways.lol

I triple checked with the Care team on Twitter DM and they assured me I was eligible for the freebie. I got the freebies with my LG V10 on JoD, not sure why this would be any different.

Awesome. I have also received the freebies from other phones on jod and never had an issue. But the guy as soon as i told them it was a jod upgrade said i wasnt gonna be eligible. I hope you are right though.

With jump on demand you can only do it over the phone or in store upgrade. No online upgrade. For pre order just call tmobile and when it asks you to say what you are calling for just say representative. Tell them you want a jump on demand upgrade and to preorder a phone. And whenever you get the new phone just go to a tmobile store and return the old one. Really quick. Make sure you keeo the charger, they wont ask for it.
If the phone is already out then just go to any store and they will trade it for you. Also pretty fast. The cool thing is that you dont have to put any money down for any phone with jump on demand.
The only reason I didn't order it was because they had a 70 down plus tax on jump on demand. I kept asking if that was right because it didn't sound right. Guess they did have a money down thing for jod on the note 7 but got rid of it because people were complaining. Sucks because I would've ordered it last week. But it's cool I guess. I'll just order it today

I went ahead and paid the $70, then got a text two days later from T-Mobile stating that I could do it for no money down, all I had to do was call back in and they would change it for me and my monthly amount would go from $33.50 to $37.50. I went ahead and just left it alone as I didn't want to risk losing my place in the shipping line.

I ordered mine last night for no money down at $37.50 per month. They checked my account and told me I didn't need any cash.
Any word on when the 128GB model will be in stock and ready for purchase? OnePlus is having inventory issues and trouble meeting with the demand, and when it will be in stock I'm afraid it will be in such a limited quantity that I won't even be able to get my hands on one as it will sell out quick. I just want it so bad, should I settle for the 64GB?
If 64gb is sufficient for you then yes, if not then no. Pretty simple.

64GB is definitely sufficient enough for me, but the thought and picture of having a 128GB phone is enticing. Lots of storage, and more opportunities.

Oh for sure. I was able to make 64gb work on my previous phones but I got the 128gb and not having to ever worry about storage is a real nice luxury. I had to wait close to a month to get mine after ordering.

Yep. OP said three weeks but it got stuck in customs for over a week because of Christmas.

It came in stock today in Belgium's site for about 4 hours. Managed to get mine and filed a request for return of my 64GB version which suffers from random reboots.
its in stock now!
Got on the OP site today and the 128 was listed as being available....................ordered and got confirmation + said it would ship today..........see how long it take to get to me un the USA.
Just ordered mine also! 128gb ive been waiting and checking one plus website for 3 days. Till this mornin i was suprised! They said it ships immediately! Maybe it already has.

Canceled my 64gb version, and picked up the 128gb here in the US today as well.
Very happy camper, ordered 128 GB on 1/13, got a text message from DHL about delivery on 1/17......but they never showed. Got another text message from DHL about delivery on 1/18 and it was delivered(while our city was flooding). That was delivery in 4 working days from China..............Kool!

Same experience here on the 13th. I happened to check order website even though I didn't get an email that they were available and it happened to be available. Got immediate confirmation although my account on their website never showed an order. Super fast shipping through DHL from China. Awesome.
