OF2 Stock partitions - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S 5

I took the OTA updated to OF2 and something went wrong. The phone was stuck in a boot loop. So, I loaded the OC4 stock partitions via Odin (3.10). Now my phone is tuck on the black GS5 Custom screen (open padlock). I see that OF2 has a new boot loader. Could someone provide the OF2 stock partitions, or the full OF2 OTA update in a usable format for Odin?
EDIT: I already tried http://forum.xda-developers.com/att-galaxy-s5/help/softbricked-of2-ota-update-t3158086 with the same result.

OTA

I'm unlocked, rooted and running lean kernel, otherwise stock. I have a notification that 5.0.1 is downloaded and ready to install, will this affect root or otherwise mess things up?
My understanding is that this will not work because in lollipop, the update patches the system partition at the block level so it has so be a pristine image.
My question for the experts out there is this: can I just fastboot flash the system.img from the factory 5.0 image, then boot into twrp and flash the 5.0.1 update, then re-root? Or if I'm going to go to that trouble, should I just fastboot flash the system.img from the factory 5.0.1 image to accomplish the same thing?
While I'm at it, is there a new radio or anything else in the 5.0.1 factory image that I should flash?
What's the safe way to get to 5.0.1 from rooted stock 5.0 without losing the data partition?
Thanks

[Q] Republic Wireless stuck without firmware, unlocked bl

I have a moto x 2013 with an unlocked bootloader. I was on 4.4.2 and I decided to take the OTA. After flashing stock 4.4.2 and updating I flashed TWRP and my custom boot animation. It would no longer turn wifi on which I had solved in the past by reflashing stock. I stupidly tried to do this, and realize now that I have the 4.4.4 bootloader with 4.4.2 images. Is there anything I can do? Is there any way to flash 4.4.4?
Edit: I flashed TWRP and copied the ota to the sd card from a otg drive. I then flashed back the stock 4.4.2 recovery and used it to install the ota zip. I do not recommend others try this as I have no idea how safe it is. Avoid getting in this situation to begin with.
Now I need to know if I can try flashing TWRP again and what I did wrong with that last time? Or was it the boot logo/animation?

You're fine to flash TWRP. The issues was you re-flashed it before taking the update last time. To update to 4.4.4 you have to do a stock restore to 4.4.2 first then install the update.

I am almost certain that I flashed it after taking the update. The update won't flash with anything other than the stock recovery. It was probably user error of some sort when flashing.

Haven't been able to update since LMY48I. Trying to get on Marshmallow now.

Okay, I haven't been able to update since LMY48I. Back then I was on stock recovery. Re-locking bootloader and all but still was not able to take OTA (always came up with dead android guy with "Error"). I'll skip the (probably) irrelevant stuff since then and give you the current situation:
Currently unlocked, rooted, with custom recovery. Still on LMY48I. I can't take OTAs obviously, and have tried flashing OTA updates manually with no luck and have tried flashing the entire Marshmallow image and that will not work either (sideload or flashing from internal storage in recovery). Sideload comes up with Closed error (device DOES show up in device list and I can do other things). Flashing from within recovery just says "Failed".
Please help me get to Marshamallow!
Edit: On Project Fi by the way.
Edit 2: Also, I've tried the flash-all script.
Now it says the device is corrupted when I boot up. I can still access recovery. Any help walking me through getting all of the correct firmware and latest build on would be much appreciated.
Thank you.
Edit: Looks like i'm good. I flashed each .img individually. I'm super curious why flash-all, sideload, and flashing from device wouldn't work though.

Flashall.bat stops; only m-bootloader and m-radio are flash. Google's fault. You did the right thing by extracting the images and fasbiot flash them.
You cannot sideload the full factory image or flash from storage. Only fastboot
And just to clarify, you can't take an OTA (sideloading or otherwise) if your phone is rooted, have a custom recovery or a custom kernel (or any other modification to the system). The state of the bootloader (locked or unlocked) does not affect the ability to take an OTA update.

stock xt1045 lollipop bricked with the google update

stockUS retail xt1045 lollipop bricked with the google 10mb update. I'm all stock, I just turned on my phone which I had used in months, and there was a google update, so I applied it and it rebooted and now its stays at the powered by android screen.
I'm able to get into the stock recovery, I did a factory/data reset several times, but I stay stuck at the powered by android screen.
Can I download the untouched zip firmware and flash it from stock recovery? or is there an easier way to unbrick?
thanks
Unless you have twrp and a backup the only way is to flash fullstock, look here if you can find your fw http://www.filefactory.com/folder/c6cdedc45a775d27/?sort=created&order=DESC
Should be quick since you don't even need to unlock the bootloader for flashing fws for the same region

OTA fails - stock kernel/relock required?

I got an OTA update notification several months ago and wanted to update but realized it won't work as long as I have TWRP Recovery.
Now I decided to install the update. Therefore I flashed a stock recovery (M8_MINI_UL_Stock_Recovery_2.19.401.2.img).
When trying to update, the phone goes to the stock recovery and the update proceeds but after about one quarter of the progress bar, it stops and shows the red exclamation mark (!).
I have stock rom, stock recovery, unlocked bootloader, dt2w kernel.
Do I need to reflash the stock kernel and if so, where can I get it and how can I do it (fastboot flash boot.img?)?
Is it also really required to relock the bootloader in order to succeed in updating and if so, how can I do it?
Regards
So far I've tried flashing original kernel, original recovery and relocking but the update still fails.
I also took the firmware.zip included in the OTA and flashed it via h-boot. Seemed to update bootloader, recovery and radio.
Then I rebooted, again got the update notification and tried to install it.
But still the same error. Any ideas?
