By the way, if you are wondering why I ask this, this version was downloaded by Samsung service centre and we are able to access CWN from boot hence I am abit lost as I remember we are only able to access cwn once you root the device.
No one can help on this?
It says its rooted, but you need to download Superuser app so titanium can get root permissions.
Don't forget this is a world forum and sometimes we are in different time zones.
Thanks alot. Yeah, I understand, but it is due to this that we are able to share our experiences and expertise across the globe
Will I lose root?

Your picture isn't showing up. Upload the small version. Also is it an att update? They just send it to phones in mass.
I wouldn't do it. All the updates are repackaged by the devs.
You can download but don't update. You would need to go to stock gingerbread and also you have to relock bootloader. If you want to keep root you can reroot after you update. There is a guide in development under stickies that tells you the process.

After Ota update to 15.11.19 I'm facing problem with root access. Such as Tb can't restore app, root Explorer etc. Please help, any any advice appreciated. Thanks in advance.
Edit. The root is fix by reflashing Ota update. Still can't restore backed up app.
Hello, root permission was disabled by Xiaomi in this version. To re-enable it, follow this thread: en.miui.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=185414
Thanks for quick reply, I've already enabled it. But now titanium backup and root explorer can't restore backed up app. It seems that miui not allowing installing from unknown sources. But I can't find the option to allow unknown sources in the latest update ?

The unknown sources option is located under "Device administration" tab on my Mi3.
No go. Are you on 15.11.19?

That's just MagiskHide detecting the apps you have added to the Hide list. Nothing suspicious about it.
The button on the bottom right of the screen(shot) is the Magisk SU log, which is what you're looking for.
My question is would installing arrowOS version 11 cause this app to work again? Or should I install something else. If you click on more information the bank app tells me that it does not support android 8 anymore because of a lack of security updates.
And the followup question. what is the most noob friendly tutorial for installing another operating system on my phone. As I have no idea what half of you guys are saying.
I feel like switching bank is the easiest and cheapest option at the moment lol

Welcome to XDA.
The easiest way to remedy this is to ditch the app and simply login to that site using Brave browser. Social media, sales, banking apps shouldn't be installed especially on older OS's without scoped storage to sandbox them.
