Hello All:
I flashed the Carbon mod with Android 4.3 to my HD+ that I had previously been using CM 10.1. I was able to play NFS Most Wanted on the 10.1 but wasn't able to on carbon. Every time that I ran the game it would shut off right after checking for updates. I then thought maybe it was an issue with the Carbon mod so I flashed CM 10.2 right after I cleared /data. It is doing the exact same thing with 10.2. It looks like people with other modded devices are able to use it with Android 4.3 so I am wondering if anyone else is experiencing this with the 4.3 mods on the HD+ and hoping that someone may have a solution.
Thanks in advance
Hello, I installed the last CM11 nightly today. It's really stable and nice!
When I go to updates, I see the latest CM12 released tonight.
Is this update going to mess my phone up or is it totally safe?
Thank you,
Hello everyone,
I've always liked CM and the different features it offers, so I was planning to flash latest Snapshot since I would like to use it as my daily driver. What's your experience with it? Any major bugs? Is it stable enough? Or should I consider something else, such as Xposed + some modules (such as GravityBox)? I'm currently running latest stock build 5.1 (LPE23.32-14.2).
Thanks for your help.
The latest snapshot isn't bad, but I've had more success with the nightlies simply because they have patches that haven't made it into the snapshot builds yet. I'd say try out a couple nightlies and just stick with one that doesn't have any issues for you.

Could you recommend any nightly in particular to begin with?
I'm on the 10/25 nightly and haven't run into any major issues yet.
I rooted my unlocked the bootloader/rooted my phone back in April but I'm looking to try a ROM for the first time. I've been looking around but I wanted to see what people here are using.
Basically what I'm hoping for in the rom
Moto display (if possible)
xposed compatible
no major bugs
better battery life/stable
Stock KitKat it is.
I am currently using the Cyanogenmod 12.1 and it's running fine with no major bugs. It has moto display, I have successfully installed xposed but I have no use for it, also the battery life running the latest nightly is quite poor imo. Would recommend using it though.
here's the link to that : http://forum.xda-developers.com/moto-x/development/rom-cyanogenmod-12-moto-x-t2995381
Looking to upgrade my stock android for Xperia V since it is no longer supported by google, kindly recommend one that is stable and can be used as a daily driver. Also mention issues if there are any compared to stock ROM. Thank you.
I'm currently running @WhiteNeo 's CM12.1. I find it very stable. (I am having problems with celular reception, but suspect it is hardware related.) Requires an unlocked bootloader, though.

I must point out you can get more recent versions of CM on Xperia V, but I prefer tried and true roms
I'm using WhiteNeo's final CM12.1 build since January and haven't had any issue so far. Perfectly stable.
Adrian DC claims his latest CM13.0 to be stable. Can anyone say if it's worth the upgrade? To me stability is above all, but runtime is also important.

Yes, CM 13 works perfect. I've been used it for all time I have Tsubasa.
