Warning for blu life one x users: As I dont have blu life one x stock rom so please take backup of everything including nvram folder, Modem.img etc. The Sim unlock code is 12345678 and its same for other Blu devices as well apparently. The catch is you'll have to use it EVERY TIME you reboot the phone and you also lose 4G.

This is great stock Rom. You should try this. Before flashing this via SP Tool, take backup of IMEI by mobile uncle as it will ERASE IMEI. Restore by the same method. In WiFi It will show NVRam Error also; that can easily be fixed by the methods available on XDA Forum. (Or ask me in this thread)

15. Steps for flashing stock ROM via SP Tool:
a) You need to download Rom and SP Tool from above link.
b) Download AND Install MTK Drivers.
c) Reboot your PC.
d) Unrar S9311_MP_IN_MMX_15_flasher_user.rar and unzip SP_Flash_Tool_exe_v3.1312.0.139.zip using any Unrar tool like peazip, 7zip, winrar.
e) You will have two folder S9311_MP_IN_MMX_15_flasher_user and SP_Flash_Tool_exe_v3.1312.0.139.
f) Switch off Your Phone. Make sure you have sufficient battery charged or use laptop to do this. (Do NOT connect phone to PC)
g) Open Flash_tool.exe from folder SP_Flash_Tool_exe_v3.1312.0.139.
h) Click Scatter-Loading button, choose MT6589_Android_scatter.txt file from folder S9311_MP_IN_MMX_15_flasher_user.
i) Wait file to be added into Flash Tool.
j) Choose Option->USB Model, click USB Model.
k) Choose Option->DA DownLoad All->Speed->High Speed, click High Speed.
l) Click Firmware download.
m) Now connect phone.
n) Software start downloading.
o) After few minutes you will see big green circle.
p) Done. Boot your phone.

Hey, I encountered a problem in my gionee m2... Whenever I try to add widget on a 3rd party launcher such as go launcher or Nova launcher, the settings crashes...Plz help me solve this problem!!!

Exactly, you'll not be able to add Widgets because of Amigo UI. Solution is if your phone is rooted, install busybox and an application named "system app mover" or any application which can do that work. Once this is done, you can install Nova launcher and then open system app mover, granting root permission. Push Nova launcher into system and reboot. Now, Nova launcher will be into your system and you can add any Widgets onto you home screen..
Update:
I was checking out many launchers to see if the widget problem existed in all the Launchers..... But as I saw, the settings didn't crash in Launchers Like nemus launcher or MIUI home.
Okk make any launcher into system app and widgets will work..

Hi! Is there anyone who can port "Color OS" for our Gionee M2? System which comes inbuilt with "Oppo" phones.

The idea of bringing all customization info for Gionee m2 in one place is highly appreciable.
By the way its a great phone, I will just charge it every 3 days (with 3G on for 24/7 & WIFI for 2 hours. I do not play music that frequently. But I browse a lot. With 4 Gmail accounts + 7 LIVE accounts + 2 Exchange accounts + Weather widgets)
Just thinking about my old WP7 phone (HTC HD7) which I had to charge every day (mostly twice) & holding this phone now.....its heaven.
I was searching for days to find information for rooting, flashing.....finally came here.
1. I have rooted using framaroot (third option in exploit list worked for me)
2. Before that rooted it using VRoot tool from XIAOMI site
3. Installed Mobile uncle tools from Play store
4. Downloaded and kept the recovery.img in SD card (make sure you keep it in the root directory - meaning not in sub folders of SD card)
5. Installed the recovery using MTK Mobile uncle tools
6. Then installed ROM manager
7. Went into recovery mode
8. The Touch based recovery was good (compared to old button based where I had problems in my old device where the volume buttons were not working)
9. Remember that the touch recovery there will be no back button. (you have to swipe LEFt & RIGHT for drilling)
10. Downloaded & kept the pure AOSP rom in my SD card
11. Took a complete BACKUP of current ROM (prebuilt AMIGO UI based rom that comes with Gionee M2)
12. Copied the backup to my computer (safe side)
13. Went to ROM manager & installed the custom rom (that i downloaded in step 10). Using ROM manager is easier because you do not have to remember stuff like wipe/reset/dalvik......& what order to perform them
14. Finally had a fresh new OS.
15. Installed themer & my phone now rocks.

Stock AMIGO UI: When I bought it: Free RAM: 430
Stock AMIGO UI: After installing apps: Free RAM : 140
Custom AOSP: After installing apps: Free RAM : 500+

Yes, Shivam made this nice rom and we're really thankful to him but I think there's a minor bug in this rom with it's tethering. Check this out if you have not got this problem? Try connecting your phone's Wi-Fi 4-5 times and then start Wi-Fi tethering if it gets active? And if it's not then you won't be able to open your phone's Wi-Fi bro..

Hello guys, OTA of all the Android One devices has been captured. So, without talking much I'll just come to the main stream.
Update: This post will henceforth contain all the OTA updates which gets captured.

Instructions:
• Place the latest OTA zip on your Android One device.
• Boot into stock/any custom recovery.
• Select the zip placed on your sd card & flash it.
• Reboot, be patient, first boot will take some time.
• Enjoy! You'll be now on official latest stock rom...
FAQs: (Read this before commenting)
• Don't factory reset your device before flashing an OTA update, you can just flash it & get updated to latest Android version even without losing a single piece of your phone data!
• This will even work on rooted & unlocked bootloader devices.
• You can flash these updates on any build of stock &/or Indonesian rom.
• The build no. LMY47O is a better & newer build than LMY47I & is completely bugless as reported by the users.
• You'll also get official updates from Google in future as these is also an official OTA.
• All users can use any custom recovery to flash.
• Make sure while flashing that your device is charged at least up to 30%.
• Steps to boot into stock recovery:
1. Switch off phone
2. Press Power button+Volume Up simultaneously
3. Select Recovery mode in options (read
instructions at the top of screen to select recovery option)
4. Wait for OEM logo and then a Dead Android with exclaimation mark and "No Command" written below it.

• For unlisted Android One (devices who's OTA hasn't been captured yet) users change your oem.prop (located in /oem) values to look like this so that you can flash the zip without any problem:

• 7MB update is only for devices still running LMY47I build & will update you to LMY47O.
• The links saying "(Universal)" can only be flashed through any custom recovery as it doesn't work on stock recovery.
• {sprout4} files are strictly only for first-gen Android One phones.
• {sprout8} files are strictly only for second-gen Android One phones with 8gb internal memory.
• It's 100% confirmed that these OTAs are working on all the respective Android One devices.

Misc Stuff:

Renaming is left you, your choice & it's name is so long because it's official OTA & btw place the zip on root directory of your sd card...

I got the update this morning. And everyone is getting in batches & update is rolling out at a very slow rate, so it's just better to just flash this captured OTA , which is same as the OTA which you'll be getting in future, rather than waiting for your device to receive the update...

As promised i made an AROMA ROM based on the B06-slim² version. For me it was more an exercise to complete this AROMA ROM for the G version.
As for the little spare time that i had i tried to make a version that has some features to add and to debloat further to scratch. It’s nothing too fancy but the first AROMA for our G model i think. I’ve enjoyed making it and perhaps i’ll make a new one if there’s enough feedback to add some more features in a next release :cyclops: !
It’s fully functional and tested. Smooth, no bugs (report when there is)

When you're on another ROM, stock (or even on B05-slim or B06-slim²) and you want a clean install just follow this procedure :

Normal version. (i can add coloured version on a new version later on)

Ok I got it to work. however I kept getting "Erro:7" in TWRP. To fix I had to remove the first couple lines in the updater script file. Looks like the patcher wasn't recognizing my phone correctly.
All good though. Great ROM!

Yeah, forgot to mention that. The first lines of updater-script has to be removed for other models to work. They're a safety check for G model.
So for other models, open Rom zip in 7zip. Go into META-INF to update-script, open with note++ and remove the 2 first lines ( line1 "assert..." and 2. "abort..."). Save and you're good to go :good:

I made a mistake, i have wiped system, data, internal storage, dalvik and cache for a clean install but now this ROM doesn't boot. I flashed bootsatck and ROM but doesn't boot. Lineage boot without problem.

check if system is choosed from mount section from twrp. if not select it
It seems i don't have boot partition. Lineage can work without this partition?

Only issue is the clock on the status bar is in the middle and sometimes is covered by other icons. Any solutions to this?

hey buddy, i am installing it on 2017u, with lines removed but it isnt installing anything, just go into aroma and show installation but complete in just 2 seconds
and then say no os installed

Made an new AROMA ROM based on the A2017G-N-B10 stock version. Like the other slim roms it’s just based on stock with some additions and option to debloat further.
I added the JOJOC Battery Tweak in options that focuses on improved battery performance. I first used it in my MiFavor5.0 rom and gave me and other users some pretty amazing SOT. So therefore i implemented it here too and it gave me an average of +7h SOT.
It’s fully functional and tested. Smooth, no bugs. Magisk/SuperSU fully running without issues.

Can someone please test the Android personal dictionary with this rom? Slim4 is hands down my favorite rom for my A2017U. I'm wondering if it is worth the upgrade.
i installed, coming from darkrom 14.1 my phone will not connect to cell network. it keeps disabling and stating my phone is in airplane mode when i call. i have a a2017u
"Could not remount /system". reboot disemmcwp doesnt work.
I'm using magisk and try to convert apps to system apps with "/system/app mover"
Also strange problem: apps asking for root after a reboot.

I had the same problem.
It's only working with superSU.
If SuperSu is a sure thing, i think i will switch to SU and maybe switch back to magisk, if i cant find similar xposed modules or apps which i'm using with magisk.
In my case it's working without problems.
Xposed v89 is installed and the phone is encrypted.

Magisk 15.3 / 16.0 + Magisk Manager 5.6.x = settings dont survived a reboot
I'm not sure whats happening, If i update magisk manager now.
strange, but magisk 15.3/5.5.5 is fine for me.

EDIT: tried SU 2.82 but still "Could not remount /system". Sucks -.-
I can confirm troubles with downloads, 96% an each server on afh...
try some download manager I had the same problem and downloaded this file

Grüsse :highfive: - here too the case is the missing logd. magisk and magiskhide need this from version 15.4 on to work propper. Correct me if i'm wrong This issue is not based on @raystef66 's great work here (thanks a lot!) but a ZTE issue.
hi, i can't enter in recovery. After tux led blinks orange a couple of time then nothing happens. i'm using twrp nfound latest.

Ah okay. So i need to update step by step? 15.3 -> 15.4 -> 16.0?
I mean that problem still exists with 15.3 and Manager v5.6.3.
