Is T-MOBILE's NOTE 4 4G/LTE, compatible with EUROPE's 1800MHZ frequency?

Hi Guys
I'm from Macedonia,Europe and I have a chance to buy tomorrow cheaper NOTE4 from T-MOBILE or VERIZON.Since VERIZON uses CDMA frequencies, can you help me by clearing things up:
Is T-Mobiles NOTE 4 compatible with my carriers frequencies here in Europe? I think that it is GSM and that the voice calls will not be problem, but is 4G/LTE compatible here?
My carrier is ONE and they told me that their 4G/ LTE uses 1800MHZ (bend 3 I think) and 800MHZ(bend 20).
-------------------------------------
Here is TMOBILE'S NOTE 4 specs from their website:
International
Quad Band GSM; LTE: 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 7, 8, 12, 17; UMTS: Band I (2100), Band II (1900), Band IV (1700/2100), Band V (850)
--------------------------------------------------
This is from VERIZONS NOTE 4:
Network: LTE Band 13/4 (700/1700 MHz), CDMA/1xEVDO Rev. A (800/1900 MHz); Global Network: EDGE/GSM (850/900/1800/1900), HSPA/UMTS(850/900/1900/2100)
-------------------------------------------------------
Please help me and tell me if any of the models is compatible with my carrier in Europe, because it is urgent!!!
Thank you in advance

LTE Carrier Aggregation / Bands Info

Similar to LTE in the UK I would seek info about the LTE Cat12 Modem in the Honor 10 Lite: which LTE Bands are supported and is there support for Carrier Aggregation?
The Bands of interest for me (possibly all supported in this order): B3 (1800+), B20, B7 (2600), B1 (2100), B32
According to gadgetsnow.com there is support only for: 4G Bands TD-LTE 2300 (band 40), FD-LTE 1800 (band 3)
Just got the Honor 10 Lite yesterday I'm using a "Three" sim.
Here's the Connectivity specs :
Frequency band: 4G LTE FDD: B1/B3/B5/B7/B8/B20 3G UMTS: B1/2/5/8 2G GSM: B2/3/5/8; Network rate: 4G LTE FDD: 150 Mbit/s(DL), 50 Mbit/s(UL) 3G WCDMA (HSDPA/ HSUPA): 42 Mbit/s(DL), 5.76Mbit/s(UL) 2G GPRS/EDGE:
296Kbit/s(DL), 236.8Kbit/s(UL); Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, 2.4GHz; Support Wi-Fi Hotspot; USB 2.0; Bluetooth 4.2+BLE

Ok, so just B32 is missing for my area. If you plan to root the phone I would be interested if Carrier Aggregation support could be tested. Not sure if in your area CA2 or CA3 (combining of 2 or 3 bands) is available? This would double or triple the speed.

Not sure If I'm going to root this phone. Got a few apps that don't play well with routed devices,
As for CA support. "Three" in the UK just started testing it in a few regions in the UK (as of 1st Nov 2018) I'm not in one of those regions (Closest CA test area for me is Glasgow) so can't test it at the moment.

S10+ G9750 (China/HK version) is missing band LTE 66?

So T-mobile uses bands 2,4,12,66 and 71 for LTE. The Exynos version supports all bands but 71. The non-US Snapdragon version from HK/China only supports bands 2,4 and 12. It lacks band 66 along with 71 per Samsung's site: https://www.samsung.com/hk_en/smartphones/galaxy-s10/specs/
Any of you on this model and using T-mobile, do you have slow LTE speed or coverage issues?

What did you end up doing? Im on Tmobile also and want to have a phone with an unlocked bootloader so want to go with a exynos version but am unsure if I will miss the band 71, it does seem like it will really matter to me except if I go to Maine looking at maps.
