I'm dealing with the issue "Unlock all bands of your Qualcomm device! Use your phone globally! No bs!", but in pass 21 (Press on file -> read from phone) This asks (Enter Service Programming Code) 6 Digits, currently six zeros (000000) appears. when I press ok, he says there is an error in (Roaming list receive failed).

[Q] T Mobile SIM in Captivate

Hello all,
tl:dr version: how can I connect to TMobile data networks on my unlocked CM9 ROM captivate
I recently gave my captivate running CM9 ROM to my friend using a T-mobile SIM card.
We got the phone unlocked with the network using the code 26820526.
The phone works and everything is well except the data.
We can only connect to the Edge network
After doing a little research, I found out that TMobile runs on 900 MHz and 1700 MHz (Maybe 2100 MHz also??).
I got into the service menu and the 1700 band was not listed as an option, only
GSM 850
GSM 900
GSM 1800
GSM 1900
WCDMA 2100
WCDMA 1900
WCDMA 900
WCDMA 850
are listed.
So, my question boils down to:
How do I add some TMobile bands on here, do I need to flash a new modem? Or am i chasing something unattainable?
Just trying to get this man some faster internet than Edge network on Tmobile.
Sorry. Captivate + T-Mobile = Edge Only

lg g flex d858 in tmobile lte does not work

Hi,
I bought unlocked lg g flex d958 and now I'm using tmobile 4g network. The problem is my phone does not work with lte network. I only get EDGE. I live in Michigan, USA. I really appreciate is someone can help me. I've done a lot of research and readings about this.
First of all, some threads suggest to do the band selection. The code 5457#*958# does not work with this phone. The hidden menu code is 3845#*958# works with this phone. Unfortunately, when I try to select band selection, I can mark the band selection but there is now way to save it. I click "back" and return to band selection and it returns to normal.
Guy, did you buy the worse model to use with t-mobile
3G Frequency in T-Mobile 1900
HSDPA 900 / 2100 - D958
4G Frequency in T-Mobile 1700/2100
LTE 800 / 1800 / 2600 - D958
Then, to you, just 2G Edge conection
There is no solution, is a hardware restriction

RAZR I mhz

I have a supposedly "unlocked", RAZR i , however it won't work on any network other than T-Mobile. I've been told T-Mobile UK Motorola Razr I supports T-Mobile UK's network frequency of 1800 mHZ, but, Vodafone, O2 and 3 use an updated 4G network that runs on 1900 & 2100 mHZ. Is this correct and is there any way I can use the phone on the 3 network.
Thanks in advance....

Razr I should work on the following frequencies:
2G Network GSM 850 / 900 / 1800 / 1900
3G Network HSDPA 850 / 900 / 1900 / 2100
The device doesn't support 4G. So if the providers can give u 2G or 3G on those freq u can use them.

[Q] (SOLVED )HTC One M8 HK version - changing UMTS band

I am having HTC One M8 HK edition, S-OFF from Sprint. I have unlocked the SIM few days back and GSM is working fine and I am accessing 2G mobile internet (EDGE) without any issue.
Now my problem is, I am not able to get 3G signal and even I tried in the manual network search mode with no luck. I bought this phone after checking its band support in gsmarena which shows Sprint M8 supports HSDPA 850 / 1900 / 2100. I know in US all UMTS networks have 1900 band and I am in India and here we have only UMTS 2100 band.
Now my questions are:
1. Though the phone supports UMTS 2100 band, I am not able to use it. Is it because Sprint firmware does not have allowed it because its not usable in US?
2. By flashing a different firmware (by changing Model ID) will I be able to access 3G?
3. Is there any way to get 3G on my M8? fed up of 2G speed on high speed mobile
Please help!!!!

Unfortunately, I and others have not been able to connect to 3g even on sprints network. This is because of defective hardware. As much as I tried to get it working, the only fix that worked was a replacement.

Good luck, and I hope you can get a replacement without difficulty

No, actually I will be moving to US very soon. Hence, I will go for Sprint after that. But trying T-Mobile/AT&T is good option. I will try over the weekend and let you know. I know there are few who flashed AT&T firmwares for them 3G is working. But they reported few issues with the ROM. If you want to flash T-Mobile you need to flash T-Mobile firmware. For that you need to change the Model ID and of course your device should be S-OFF. Let you know once I try.
But its sad to miss official H/K tweaks as my mobile is HK edition

Thanks for the reply. I checked with other people who are using sprint phones in India and none of them support 3G and later came to know it is a band issue. I also checked with the HTC app which checks whether the phone is defective or not. Read somewhere if its defective HTC replaces with no cost. Here is the app if someone wants to check.

The problem with lg g flex 959 T-Mobile

Hello, tell someone how to make that lg g flex d959 worked in Russian 3g and 4g networks can install the firmware from the other versions of this smartphone? I want more fm radio and television to display if the technology is supported by Russia.
It all depends on which bands are Russia telecomms providers.

In the sense you mean it with another rosskiyskim operator can work ? I checked all operators.
Like for example LG G Flex tmo bands are
HSDPA 850 / 1700 / 1900 / 2100 - D959 (3G+)
LTE: /1900/2100/TD2600 MHz (Band 25, 26, 41)
These are the bands available in Tmos Modem
If these are compatible with your carreer you should check.
