Hi all, I have a samsung galaxy ace s5830 and i can't enter download mode ( volume keys are not working anymore ), tried with a usb jig and entered in factory download mode, but my PC didn't recognized him. My phone is stuck at samsung logo, and then restarts and so on.

I need more informations to try to help you :
- do you see any message on your computer, about the tab being pluged-in ?
- same on the tab, do you have a message that tells you the tab is plug in USB PTP/MTP or debug mode ?
- what OS is your computer ?
Does the USB functions on this ROM is in debug mode by default ?
If not, you should try to put it in debug, and then use "adb" tool to try to connect to your tab.
This tool is intended for developpers, but you can use it to send files on you tab (in case you want to install a new rom...)

If you're in Windows, go to device manager and search how the device is detected. If it's detected as unknown device maybe you will have to install some drivers.
