Hey All,
I have an HTC One M7 which is unlocked. It's an AT&T phone running on T-Mobile. Current OS is Android 4.1.2. I am unable to upgrade it to Lollipop 5.1.1. I got the ROM from HTC but it won't install. Does any body have any thoughts how to upgrade it to Lollipop 5.1.1
Thanks...

AT&T phones must unfortunately be connected to the at&t network to receive ota update. Since you are not on the at&t network, I would recommend to convert your phone to another version that doesn't requires any specific carrier to receive update like the Developer edition.
To convert your phone to another version, you'll need to achieve S-OFF so you can change your CID number so you can flash another version RUU.

Hello I Purchased A HTC One AT&T Unlocked Online, But I Don't Live In The US I Don't Use AT&T Sim I Try To Update My Firmware From Android 4.1.2 to Android 4.3 I Am In Need OF This Update Can Someone Please Help Me.
It Isn't Bootloaded
It Isn't Rooted
I Have Never Received A Update (From Either HTC or AT&T)
Please Help.
How did you try to update it?
Not being on AT&T won't prevent the update, you just need internet access. Maybe you can download the OTA and stick it in the right place , if there's a link somewhere. Is AT&T even up to 4.3 yet? 4.2.2 was skipped.
Issues Updating

For The Past 3 Days I Have Tried Several Ways, No Help When i Try It Says No Update Available.
An When I Use The AT&T Update The Box Dissapears.
What's the AT&T update? Anyway, have you confirmed there even is an update? I understand HTC wanted US carriers on 4.3 by some date, but don't recall which or whether it happened.

Its The Software That Comes With AT&T Phones That Allows Them To Update Android Firmware, I Was Wondering If There Was A Way To Remove At&t An Run Stock HTC Sense On The Phone.
One month ago I purchased HTC one (Factory Unlocked Version) from Amazon. I am still using Android 4.1.2 and Sense 5.0.
I have not yet received OTA. I have not yet rooted my phone yet.
Recently I have found that "International HTC One Now Receiving Android 4.3 Via OTA Update To Software Version 3.62.401.1"
I have also found a download link for download over the air download file.
How to use this file to upgrade my phone? Please tell me the steps.
Software number - 1.36.599.1
HTC SDK API Level - 5.12

Hi guys. As you know the OTA for the KitKat version of the One is starting to roll out. Problem is, i bought this Sprint One in the Philippines and currently running a local sim card which works for me. Now i only get GSM when i enable mobile data. I've read several threads about it and its just the way it is i guess. Is this sim unlocked already?
This is rooted and the software version says 'benny's 4.3'. Baseband version is 1.00.20.0913_3. Will i be able to update this OTA or should i wait for someone to make a modded version of KitKat specifically on the Sprint One to be able to use my GSM SIM? Most likely the OTA will be a CDMA version though. Thanks.
hello everyone, I have sprint htc m7 and what am I trying is to sim unlock for gsm as well as flash 5.0.2 viperone rom(or any 5.x rom). ok I now how to do both but want to do it together. problem is that in order to flash 5.x rom you need to have 5.x firmware, but in order to sim unlock you need to have 4.3 or lower android version, so 4.3 firmware. when I am trying to flash 4.3 bad boyz rom on stock 5.0.2 it doesn't flashs
if someone did it and has sprint htc m7 sim unlocked for international gsm carriers and is running on 5.x rom please tell me how did you do that. thank you
I have an HTC M7, Running Android 4.1.2, (on AT&T Network). I bought it "unlocked" (used), and have been trying to update it to 4.3 or higher. The Update function inside the settings supposedly downloaded an update (271MB) and informed me the phone was up to date after a lengthy download and install. But I didn't notice a change in anything. It still says 4.1.2 (#1.26.504.12). Someone help me please. The HTC website says this phone is supposed to be updated to lollipop.

at&t phones must be connected to the at&t network to update. The best solution imo, is to S-OFF the phone and convert it to another version.
This phone is connected to AT&T Network... It updated once.
