Use the flow chart from post #2 in this thread to identify the correct framework for your device (links to the corresponding threads are given below the flow chart). Download the framework from its corresponding thread, download the xposed_installer_alphaX.apk (where X is the current version number) from here and put both files on your SD card. The installation process is described in the first post of each thread.
i will do this process than it show signature verification failed

What custom recovery do you use? TWRP is the recommended one, as other recoveries have the "signature verification" issue you are facing. Use TWRP instead.
we use CWM recovery mode
I use CWM recovery mode and How to install TWRP recovery mode please give me the solution

It's quite easy: open Google (or any search engine you like) and type in:
your-device-name TWRP
If there is no TWRP available for your device, there is no way for you to get Xposed working at the moment.
My recommendation for you: don't flash Xposed, as you are clearly not able to research/solve the easiest things by your own. Xposed is for advanced users.

Really? I just gave you some advices so you can search for a solution by yourself. If you can't do so, I am of no further help for you (and neither will anyone else here on XDA).

Your behaviour is so disrespectful for everyone who is trying to help you. We do not owe you something, we do this for free. You think you can come to XDA and demand free help from everyone without contributing the smallest amount of willingness to do it by yourself like the majority here? If you aren't willing to learn (at least something about respect), then delete your account and never come back here. This is no place where you come to and demand things by others. This is a place for developers, not for some little kids who want cool stuff or cool phones. Don't like it? Well, too bad, that's none of my business.
You have no solution
But you are developers so developers have all solution..

Developers are not Gods.
The developers are not your slaves. You aren't paying them anything. They are not obliged to pander to you.
If you can't even have the smallest amount of humility in asking for help, then go away and don't come back.

I am not saying that developers are Gods. But developers have solution so that is why it is called developers
You have no solution
On you have no solution you are not a developer
Your attitude isn't leading anywhere. Thread closed.

Hi,
Does anyone know if there is possible to "multiboot" or the HTC one? If so, is there any guide or howto on the topic?

Hi, actually i had found those threads, but the "Multiboot" thread didn't work for some reason, just getting an error on step 1 when trying to flash the multiboot zip in recovery.
And the Rom Switcher to be honest looked like "more could go wrong".
So was hoping it existing something easier, used to use "Boot Manager" to multiboot a Razr, but guess something like that dosn't exist for the One at this point

Hi guys
Enough of the bootanimations now I have done way too may and now I want to learn about building ROM. I want to design my own custom ROM, want to create it's own Kernel (just for information how to be advanced ) create own custom recovery, setting up GApps support editing updater script, build.prop everything.
I am a BIG TIME NOOB in programming so I want that I should be told every step of how to program even commands (kidding)
But I really have no idea with programming that much. All I know is to use dsixda's kitchen and few other NORMAL tweaks.
I know that there are all sorts of guides out there by great people like doomlord, mjraider etc( sorry know these two names only)
I want a full compact and complete package of links if anyone can provide me pretty please! I have searched s lot and all I found i was a big ZERO.If you are gonna say that it requires patience the test me I have a lot and dedication towards my work I'm a quick learner (proof you know as my bootanimations) so please bear with me ONCE! Provide a compelete set of BEST GUIDES OUT ON XDA FORUM and youtube video links if any that can teach how to to build a custom rom in which I can carry out themeing and other tweaks such as modding the status bar and battery icons etc. How to set my signature on ROM. EVERYTHING! I don't know much but you guys know what to cover in everything! SO PLEASE MY HUMBLEST REQUEST TO ALL JUST BEAR WITH ME ONCE I WILL BE HIGHLY OBLIGED!
Special Request to Mjraider : Sir I know you occasionally visit these threads and answer the questions, you are one of the biggest names here so please consider my request and help me once, I will be highly obliged:victory::angel:

First of all thanks for the reply.
Secondly that is what I mentioned in the thread that I searched XDA but couldn't find a single worthy guide that can actually define andything for eg updater script, tried googling things go way over my head :silly: You guys keep posting guides tweaks and tricks. That is why I requested that you must be knowing the best guides out that have all the information, I just ask that I want a complete bunch of links of guides here in reply so that I can go out in a flow.

I know that's the actual way, I also know that it isn't easy all I ask is for that someone just guide me the path like This is the way and I'll walk on it.
Just a guidance and that can be done by giving out the links here so that I can start and get going.

I only need an cape i think??
Haha. Thanks...
As a reply:
Just try. Keep a backup safe, follow the instructions and not much can go wrong
Edit: After I reread your question:
I cannt help you much but I can see what I can do. First you need to start. I have some update.script and adb knowledge so I can help you with that. But I am not a developer (I am a nurse actually )

That's what I am talking about!
Is there some guide or something that explains update.script and it's editing not in detail if then informative enough for me to begin with.
As far as adb is concerned then for that too a guide (I asks for too many guides sorry )

Some nice guides here. Can go through them to see whether there's anything that might help you.
A guide about flashable zips/updater-script from there. See this also.
Thanks a lot man!
You really helped me!
Cheers mate!

1) Download alpha version for 5.0 from this forum.
2) Carefully read all post about your device. Use thread search. Make sure that it should work on your device/firmware combo.
3) Make a nandroid backup.
4) ???
5) Profit!
Many thanks. I'm on it!
So a few days ago I was on Orange Fox Recovery. I flashed Havoc OS ROM and I flashed Gapps. I rebooted back to system and my device was fine until I couldn't press the Home button and Tab button on the navigation bar. I also couldn't download apps on the Google Play Store (as in when I pressed the install button, it carried on saying "waiting for download"). I wonder if this is something to do with the Gapps I flashed it was the pico version. I'm back on MIUI but I'm just wondering what could've been the problem?

You seem new to the xda community, but that's not a problem, everyone has to start somewhere ! A few suggestions :
1- You have posted in the wrong section of this device as per xda rules; you should post in the Q&A section for people to reply to your queries, since this is the development section.
2- Provide helpful info about your device and which software version (base vendor, Miui version, Gapp log from SD card, lastrecoverylog.log, etc.) is installed. If you don't know how, ask there too.
3- Deleteing the post will help keep the section clean, Do your part ! Ask there and I will try to help you, although I am no expert. :highfive:

Two ways:
1. Pm a moderator about it. Or
2. Report your own post and write that you want to delete it. Simple really, just not doable on the xda app as far as I know. So use a browser to do that.
I used to be able to do this with my old Pixel XL - with TWRP. I now have a Magisk rooted Pixel 5 sans TWRP.
Q: How do I install ElementalX and Magisk in that environment?
FIrst off, wrong section, second there are threads in the guide section, a little search goes a long way.

You don't have to be such a **** about it. This is a Question & Answer forum. OP asked a question. You can either point them to the right direction or if you're not going to be helpful, just move along.
To answer OP's question, TWRP for Pixel 5 isn't fully functioning yet. Instead, we patch the boot.img to install magisk and kernels in them. You're already rooted with magisk so to install Elemental X kernel, install EX Kernal Manager and there will be an option to flash the kernel.
