When I have AFWall+ enabled and WiFi disabled, and I enable WiFi. It does connect but I can see an exclamation mark on WiFi status.
I checked my external IP and the contection to the internet is via cellular network.

On the other hand, when I have AFWall+ disabled and WiFi disabled, and I enable WiFi. It does all work properly.
I can then enable AFWall+ and it keeps working fine.
I have enabled AFWall's logs but nothing shows up there that could be related.
I have Motorola Moto G LTE edition XT1039 running with stock Android Lollipop 5.1. It is rooted.

I have the exact same issue on my rooted Moto G (2.Gen) 4G (xt1072) with Cyanogenmod 12.1.
Even if all rules are enabled (all the Boxes checked) the exclamation mark stays.
Installing busybox https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=stericson.busybox&hl=de and setting it to System in AFWall didn't work either.
Have you already tried the beta?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1957231
Tried the new AfWall+ 2.1.1 - no issues so far
Another question: My AfWall doesn't make any logs at all even if logging is enabled.
Any ideas?
Running XT1068 with minimal os and latest version of AfWall.

[Q] Delete attwifi Hotspot?
Does anyone know how to remove the attwifi hotspot from the list of hotspots? With ICS I can no longer delete it with a long press and forget network. Also I no longer have access to the auto connect option. Where is the address stored and can it be reoved from the file?
Do you still have the ATTWIFI hotspot application installed ? I have uninstalled mine and the ATTWIFI hotspot doesn't show up.
i have removed all of teh bloatware and it is still there. Now I did find it mentioned in the /system/etc/wifi folder in the file wpa_supplicant. Anyone know if this will fix it if I delete or modify this file?
Go to settings/apps/ and you can disable any app with ICS Sent from my HTC PH39100 using XDA
It is not an app I am trying to disable just the access point ATTWIFI so that my phone will not automatically connecto to it every time I drive by a McDonalds or a Starbucks
did anyone figure this out yet? i'm on on rooted stock 2.3.5 and have the same problem. and there are more of these damn 'attwifi' hotspots popping up. super annoying.
A long press on my phone gives me a menu with "Forget Network" (I bumped the volume switch while capturing screen): { "lightbox_close": "Close", "lightbox_next": "Next", "lightbox_previous": "Previous", "lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Accelaration, orientation, gravity sensors problem / system reboots on navigation
On CM 12.1 and 13 I have problem with those. When I run navigatnion (Google Maps, Here) the app is freezing, and afer several seconds the system is rebooting. On stock KK are no red exclamation marks, and navigation works fine. { "lightbox_close": "Close", "lightbox_next": "Next", "lightbox_previous": "Previous", "lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Which L90 model do you have? Also, did you do a full wipe (caches, system and data, it will erase everything so backup first) before flashing ROM + Gaps? I have used CM13 and RR Mrshmalllow on a L90 D410hn and it was fine. Maps would force close if I was logged in, but probably it is a problem with my Google account, other apps were fine.
I have D405n, CM12.1+opengapps pico, CM13 and recommended gapps. I wiped all partitions (internal storage too). It's clean install (no Xposed, Greenify or something). Now I have stock V20a+kingroot+twrp 2.8.7.0 and no problems with sensors. Google navigation works fine. On CM Here maps causing system reboot too, GPS Status also some times. The system is reeboting when gps is on.
Weird. Mine is a D410hn, so I'd say it's either a problem with your device or model (but I don't remember seeing other complains about GPS)...
I flashed CM13 again few days ago. It look like sensors works fine.
Unlocked Galaxy Note 8 Volte Enable
Has somebody checked how to enable VoLTE on unlocked Galaxy Note 8??
Look in settings of the phone app...
Well, in my case, enabling volte involved 2 steps, I received a sms from my carrier telling me that for using volte I had to go to them, there they issued me a new sim card AND they activated the service in THEIR system, with these two steps , the volte switch in settings became functional(no longer grayed out)
Yeah there is no setting present. Earlier on Nougat we could get setting through Shortcut master app, but that failed on orea and even on pie. So is there any other method to get volte setting. I have US N950U1 model working in India.
The link is not working..

Yup. I did already enable the VOLTE Just head over the settings. Once you're in there then just choose " CONNECTION " then " MOBILE NETWORK ". The VoLTE option has to be there under the name of " VoLTE Calls " { "lightbox_close": "Close", "lightbox_next": "Next", "lightbox_previous": "Previous", "lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Sounds like you need to check with your Service Provider
I just got the august security patch and now I have wifi calling and VoLTE option, it wasnt there before, my phone is the unlocked US version N950U1, the compilation version is the N950U1UEUDSH3

[Pie/10/11] [System-as-root] Multidisabler: disables encryption, Vaultkeeper, auto-flash of stock recovery, proca, wsm, cass, etc. The multi-disabler started life on the Exynos S10 range, the first Samsung devices to launch with Android 9 (Pie). Since then, it has grown to support a great many Samsung devices running either Android 9, 10 or 11, and with either an Exynos or a... forum.xda-developers.com It's not an Android 11-only issue , it's an issue with all rooted A10 or A11 Samsung and Galaxy Devices pairing. You might have forgot to flash mutidisabler after update or you were unrooted on A10 and didn't realised that this is needed.
If after mutidisabler pairing still doesn't work you can try and Reset Network Settings (General Management -> Reset). This will delete all the paired BT devices and all the saved WiFi Networks and reinitialize the networking config files. I had to do that to get my miband to re-pair. Apparently there was something that didn't migrated properly with A11 update (bt mac changed?)
Question How do I disable WiFi Direct On my Samsung S21 Ultra?
Hi, I have an S21 Ultra which has much the same software as most Samsung's. I was wondering if I have made the correct changes to disable WiFi Direct? Basically this first screenshot shows what WiFi Direct reports (That my phone is visible to nearby devices, and shows an unknown printer as a device that can see my phone): { "lightbox_close": "Close", "lightbox_next": "Next", "lightbox_previous": "Previous", "lightbox_error": "The requested content cannot be loaded. Please try again later.", "lightbox_start_slideshow": "Start slideshow", "lightbox_stop_slideshow": "Stop slideshow", "lightbox_full_screen": "Full screen", "lightbox_thumbnails": "Thumbnails", "lightbox_download": "Download", "lightbox_share": "Share", "lightbox_zoom": "Zoom", "lightbox_new_window": "New window", "lightbox_toggle_sidebar": "Toggle sidebar" } This second screenshot shows how I turned off the switch for WiFi Direct in Wi-Fi control: However when I went back into WiFi Direct settings (as shown in the first picture) - it showed the same thing as in the first picture ie. that the phone is visible to nearby devices; so it looks like nothing's changed. It still shows this: Does anyone know how to disable this WiFi Direct setting? Please don't just say "turn off WiFi", because I need my phone to be connected to ordinary WiFi at all times. Btw, as can be seen in the first picture - I have not actually connected to any devices via WiFi Direct (and don't intend to), I just want to make my phone invisible to other nearby devices by disabling this WiFi Direct feature. A Google search did not find anything for me regarding this issue. Perhaps I have to go into the phone's system files somewhere and disable or delete something?? Please advise. Thanks.
