I keep seeing in different articles that the Note is available with either 16 or 32gb internal storage, yet all I see for sale is 16gb internal...anyone know the deal?
I'm planning on getting the note next week but am wondering if I should wait as...
1) The FCC has just received another Note from Samsung designed to work with LTE and wonder if this will be available in an unlocked version and
2) Is the version mentioned above the one that will be coming with 32gb internal storage? The article I found talking about the LTE version the FCC just recieved stated it's specs as 32gb internal memory.
If so I'll wait until that version is available. If anyone knows or just wants to speculate I'd be glad to hear from ya.
It is also my understanding that the current exynos chip in the note does not support 4G/LTE so it would have to come with a Qualcomm Snapdragon chip which I believe is slower overall.
Me too I'm waiting for 32gb version
Now the 32GB Galaxy S II is out there so there will be Galaxy Note 32GB version too hopefully

You already can buy the 32gb version in Austria.

WTF! I chat with Samsung and said it won't be any 32GB version release here in EU. So I bought 16GB and now they release 32GB. Damn liars!

According to the manual it supports up to 32GB. You could go visit a shop to actually try a 64GB card..

Hi there,
This might be done to death but here goes - i currently have a single sim Three (unlocked) that has the exynos chipset, since i go over to the states alot, i want to get myself a dual sim Note 8 so i can use an American number with my UK number without having to annoyingly keep switching over or have 2 different phones.
Obviously dual sim means no microSD, so far i only seen Eqynos variant 64gb but elsewhere seen a Snapdragon variant 128gb which is tons more useful, in real life usage (especially coming from a S7 Edge) will i see much of a difference? Has Snapdragon caught up nowdays?
Also how easy isit without tripping anything that will disable Samsung/Android Pay to flash Carrier (Three) onto my unbranded Note 8? Mainly if i get rid of Three Note 8 phone, i lose access to 4G Super Voice which kinda sucks.
Thanks for the help
Obviously dual sim means no microSD,
Not obviously, you can DIY your SD card, just combine your SIM and SD to one, please do search, it's working well.
Thanks.
I was in the same dilema as uk samsung only sell the 64gb dual sim. Went and bought the 256gb sn9500.... no problems at all. Even using samsung pay without issue.
It is dumb that they won't allow more Ryan 64gb for uk market.
Also using the dual sim and sd card.... is probably a bit risky as the sim tray is so flimsy.
I used dual sim and sd on my axon 7 without issue... but the note 8 i think will be a bit risky.

I searched around and UK,USA, Australia and all locations are being delivered with Dual SIM (nano + eSIM)
I understand UAE and Hong Kong will receive Dual SIM (nano + nano + eSIM - thought you can only pick 2). Does anyone have more details on this ? Are they the only 2 countries
Thanks
In France we have dual SIM nano+nano or nano+eSIM, it's the same.

Thank you. Please keep us posted how it goes, maybe in a weeks time.
In Italy also we have the nano+nano+esim model. Dual could be nano+nano or nano+ esim. If you enable esim the nano slot n°2 will be disabled (obviously if you switch off the esim the nanosim slot 2 could be switched on again)

I'm using only from 3 days, but today (nanosim+esim), disconnected from charger at 8:30, I have 45% left at 0:21 with 3h of screen , various software installation (including about 8GB download), constant Garmin Fenix Bluetooth connection and some whatsapp, social and phone call.
Is a massive improvement from S21
Thank you for the update. I also will update from S21 Snapdragon dual Sim. In Australia we do not have dual nano so I will need to import. Any recommendations where to buy cheap in EU?

In Europe the price is the same, there are some good offer from regional carriers, but are related to contract (mine was a offer from my carrier, Vodafone Italia: 31,99 € /24 month, with also a 60 € cash back for S23 256GB). You need to remember Samsung has a Regional lock on their phones: you need to use first with a sim or esim from the correct selling region for some hours to unlock. Only after you can use a sim from different regional zone (such APAC )
