[Q] EA Games not working for me

Anyone able to get EA games like Sims 3 and Need for Speed up and running on Vegan, or any other rom for that matter?

not in early january. Havent tries recently.

Same problem. Can't find games I have previously purchased.

Not on the market for me either, but when pulling the apk files from my Nexus One and installing it on the G-Tab, every single one of them force closes on me. I wonder if the Xoom can play them, if it force closes on that, then at least we may know it's a processor issue.

I've gotten worms working fine on my G Tab.
Side loaded both the app, and the additional 40 MB of data that it copies to \sdcard\Android.
Just side loading the app wasn't enough, whenever I tried running it errored out saying device not compatible. So downloaded it on my droid and copied over.
Works really great on the 10" screen, controls take a little getting used to.

Are the games that came pre loaded demos or full games?.
When I load them up, it comes up with buy the full version... thought they were full games?.

They're just demos...

Can someone please post the apk‘s from the “Pre Loaded App“ for both games?.
I bought both games from Gamelofts website, instead of upgrading in-game and having problems now with Spiderman installing where by it asks to download the additional data, I click Yes but says “A Error Has Occurred And The Download Could Not Be Competed Successfully. Do You Want To Restart The Download?“
When you click YES, It says the same thing again. Tried alsorts including formatting both SD Card and Handset.
Emailed Gameloft but haven't heard anything...
Anybody got any ideas or had a problem with another game?.

Have you enabled wifi? I have had no problems installing any games. These are the ones that work fine for me:
Samurai 2
HW Solitare
Shadow Guardian
NOVA 3.5.6 (earlier versions give me white screen)
PES 2011 ver 1.04
Modern combat 2
Gangster
Hero of sparta
hawx
Sandstorm

Asphalt 5

These I cannot get to work
The Settlers (give white screen but can see menu)
Dungeon Hunter 1 (goes back to home screen)
Dungeon Hunter 2 (loads movie then when loading menu - goes back to home screen)
Asphalt 6 (goes back to home screen, after playing movie)

Asphalt 6 works Ok for me...

I was at my home address with WiFi... Searched on google and people do have the same problem with other games/other handsets.

[App] adosbox fc's

Hello!
I just got a xoom yesterday and wanted to know if you could play old dos games on it. I found an app called adosbox and it runned great. But when i play the game Hocus Pocus (and any other) it force closes after a while. Does anyone have the right settings for ram use and so?

Problems with Gameloft games in Optimus Black

TDKR:
When I install, don't even the app goes on, it just closes and come back to app drawer, I've tried on and offline, with and without data and with and without tb files
TASP:
I tried with Spider Man now, this one installs and everything, just don't launch the game, and I tried to post some screens, but all that happens in this case is just this, the game installs, the android/obb/*obb files* and android/data/com.gameloft.blahblahblah*sd data uncompressed by the game* are there, then I press ok, then, doesn't matter with or without internet on, the screen turns black or shows that animation in screenshot2
Sometimes it says "checking license" and closes the game, sometimes it says "this games requires 1 mb to run on your device" I choose yes and then, again, "checking license and force close"

I didn't put Flight Mode in Spider Man nor Asphalt 7, but in TDKR yeah
the most strange is that games like Shrek Karting, Asphalt 6, Asphat 5, Eternal Legacy, Total Recall and Avatar (it force close during the game when doing a lot of movements at the same time, if you guys could also help..) runs perfectly, only those 'new games' that don't
I've tried -Amazing Spider Man, Asphalt 7 and Batman TDKR- really a lot of apks and datas, and also tried downloading by wi-fi
don't know what else to do
And no, I can't buy this game cuz in gameloft.com says that the game isn't compatible with my device, but how can't it be compatible with my OB?? This games runs untill in low-ends devices qvga like Galaxy 5 and Optimus Me
ps.: after I had installed the game I move it to sd card, is that a problem? I mean, is it wrong?
ps2.: In attachment, some screens about what happens in TASM installation, like, when I launch the game with the app*screen 1* and after this chinese message, stuck on this *screen 2*
ps3.: I'm running FOP's ICS CM9 Nightly 6

im running the same as you and the game works smoothly ,, clear the data from app manger and uninstall the app , reinstall it on phone and copy the data again and make sure the path is right cuz it works smoothly on mine

Gameloft games doesn't work on FOP ICS or any rom based on that.Install Zeus and it will work.I bought Asphalt 7 and Nova 3 and they don't work on ICS(on official ics it will work flawless)
That version that you show it's a cracked one , but you can buy asphalt 7 with 1$ form google market.Nova 3 was 1$ too today :

modern combat 2 force closes on zeus rom bro .........have u tried it?

Screen recording stopped when clash of clans is opened

Hi. So when I try to record my phone screen everything works fine, it records the screen. But only when clash of clans is opened the recordong immediately stops. I go to my gallery and the video can't be played even the stuff before clash of clans is opened. Please help its super annoying and I would like to record gameplay. It only happens on this one app. I've tried various screen recording apps but none work,and I don't want to use ADB because I want to do it straight from my phone

have you try to record any other game?
Games are memory heavy, wen open a game, or the game it self closes other app to free memory or, android will closed any app in the back ground.
That is what is happen, how not to solve maybe not possible because the device is hardware limited but , search about it. :good:

Yes it works on every other game like 8 ball pool, flappy bird, trivia crack they all work everything works just clash of clans. When i open it the recording stops.
