Sounds like a hardware issue since factory reset isn't fixing it.

Installation error

Hey guys,
I have serious problems with my Diamond. After installing HTC Home screen, my device can't startup. After I enter my pin, the system freezes completely, and resets. If I do nothing it just automatically resets after 30 secs. and again, and again.
Sometimes I manage to get into the system, but the graphics are all scewed and I can't do a hard reset, because I can't press the 1234 code (no input button). I tried to remove the programme, but it freezes up and restarts before the job is done..
Any suggestions?

[Q] Freezing Issue After HC Upgrade

After the official Honeycomb upgrade, my Streak 7 have been freezing around once a week. It doesn't start freezing right away, but the app that's running starts to run slow and if I try to switch apps or go to the home screen it would freeze completely. Before it completely freezes I can hold the power button and shut it down, that will fix it. But if I don't happen to do that in time, it would completely freeze. I've had it freeze with the screen on and the screen off, and the buttons do not respond. Holding the power button doesn't do anything at all, I have to use the pinhole reset.
Have anyone experience anything like this? Is there anyway to shut down the tablet on freezes without using the pinhole reset? The pinhole reset is useless when I'm out and about since it requires an actual pin.
Any help would be great, thanks!
Its most likely an app that you've installed. Use process of elimination to find out which one. I noticed that Evernote sometimes caused my ds7 to crash.
I found a post in the Dell Community about freezes after the HC upgrade that says to do a factory reset. I didn't do a factory reset after the upgrade because almost everything worked flawlessly.
I just did a user data reset yesterday, let's see if this solves the freezing problem.
I did a factory reset and data fixed everything

Phone Freezing Shortly After Startup

Starting this evening around 5ish my phone has suddenly started freezing, every app I open "stops responding" and eventually just goes to a black screen with the navigation buttons at the bottom, but the buttons won't respond when pressed. The whole process from startup to complete freeze is roughly five to ten minutes?
I've booted into Recovery mode and wiped the cache partition, I've uninstalled any new apps that I've added this week, I've cleared the caches for Google Play Store/services.
I can't even get into settings to do much of anything because it freezes too and won't respond.
The phone also seems to be running kind of hot?
Any ideas please? It's a stock Blu R1 HD, no root or anything.

Being that you are not rooted, the only option to try is factory reset from stock recovery. And if that does not help there is nothing you can do.

After Factory Reset, Touch is unresponsive

Hi, I met the weirdest thing I ever have. I have a galaxy camera gc100, It works very well without any problems. Since I decide to lend it to my friend, I did a factory reset. After the factory rest, everything looks fine and the initial setup screen "Select language" appears. BUT, I can not touch anything on the screen. It seems that the touch is simply unresponsive at all until the screen turns off by timeout. And then I tried hard reboot, go to Maintenance boot mode by pressing power and zoom out and did delete cache and factory reset again. But none of them works. This is just weird and I can not find anyone on the Internet having the same issue as me. Other people met unresponsive touch screen and then did hard reset to fix the issue. Mine is entirely opposite. I don't have any problems, but factory/hard reset causing the touch screen is unresponsive at initial setup screen. Do anyone have any clue how I can workaround this issue? Thanks a lot.
