Yeah, they're now team nyx. Apparently I can just like flash a from without clearing cache or formatting system or anything. Will this method clear everything on my phone? I'm really curious and don't want to lose anything. Thanks.
Just do a wipe cache and wipe dalvik and then install the rom, you won't lose anything.
Also, on safer side to nadroid backup first.

Pay attention because many people have bootloops. I think we'd have to wait for a new update..

Follow the THREAD there you will find all your answers from people who are flashing the ROM.
FYI every flash of a new ROM has a risk of loosing all data. That is why the DEV's say BACKUP before flashing
On their site, it says if flashing from ANY ROM, then you can just flash without cleaning or formatting anything. Have a look on their site. Team Nyx.

try wiping cache partition and dalvic cache....
If that doesn't work... Reflash your ROM
If my post helped, don't mind hitting THANKS ;-)
Dont know if serious or just trolling
Joke thread nonetheless
This may be an issue with one of the apps you installed after flashing 5.5.
If you need to stay on DK 5.5, reflash again after full wipe (factory reset, cache partition, Dalvik cache) and do NOT install all your apps at once, install one by one and watch for some time.
Once you identify the culprit, try to install this app right after another clean re-flash, watch again. If you cannot live without that app, move away to another ROM.

I love it when people are as relieved as you are to get back up and running! I'm a slim fan so that's my suggestion, go to the slim thread and follow link to website, all instructions are there....where it says flash a nightly or an ics kernel I advise the nightly, it's a more trouble free method, just make sure you follow the instructions, it's very simple, but please read properly and thoroughly

I can suggest you F4k v.4...i use it in the last 6 days and its moving as a charm.
I run SlimICS 4.1.
When installed according to instructions, there are no glitches. This ROM saves both memory (low-footprint launcher) and battery (all unnecessary services were removed). Especially the extra free RAM makes application switching a charm.
Launcher may take a day to get used to, but the benefits are well worth.
Just released.

What about GAPPS is it 64bit version?
Are we downloading for LEO?
Jeez to many questions, just think someone might mess up.

So I downloaded the EU rom, make sure you download for Leo, installed via TWRP with full wipe as per instructions. To be honest if your from uk no point its still english US not UK, For everyone else yea go for it no problems and Playstore included.
Is there no improvements from 6.5.1.0 version?
Also how do I flash twrp on my phone? Do I need root?
Thanks

http://en.miui.com/thread-118114-1-1.html
I just flashed this rom and i can confirm that it works well here in the uk on the ee 4g network no problems for me and very happy with this phone
Are there any instructions on how to install it?
I found TWRP, but need root to install it which i don't have.
Just boot to TWRP first via fasboot by using fastboot boot twrp.img command,
Then flash supersu,
After u got root access, install flashify and flash twrp
Is French included in this ROM? Probably not...
Will my apps be in French anyway or will it go like the UI?
Hi - I tried installing the most recent stable version for the Note Pro (xiaomi.eu_multi_leo_V6.6.3.0.LXHCNCF_v6-5.0) and it was completely unusable. Lots of system processes failing etc. Has everyone else had this experience or am I doing something wrong? I installed initially through TWRP, then also tried through MiRecovery.
Just got the phone and really liking it, but very keen to get it working more like a UK phone! Great to see there's people working on this!!!

It works fine for me in UK, full wipe in TWRP? You said first with TWRP and then Mi, did you reflash original recovery. I always find that after flashing a new rom I have to reflash GAPPS or I get the problems you describe.
I had been unsure if the 'Wipe All' would also scrub the ROM zip file, so did not do this first time.
This time I did wipe everything, which also resulted in the ROM zip file being deleted.
Managed to sideload it and everything is now working! Many thanks for the suggestion. And for future, should I be wiping everything, or is there a way to avoid the sideload?
Thanks

Like I said just reflash google apps no need for full wipe, use TWRP, keep a copy of GAPPS on your phone along with the rom so wiping won't be a problem should you need too.
Please if someone can take the time to help me save a lot of time.
So I had to restore my Nexus 6 back to stock from CM12 to unlock the phone so I could start using Project Fi. So I went back set it up and was ready to restore back to cm12. Well every time I try to go back to one of my updates it runs for maybe a min and then the phone restarts and then just stays on start up screen without starting up.
this has nothing to do with the unlocking of the phone because 2 months ago when I needed to restore from cm12 it did the same thing!
So why cant I restore using twarp on my device and what do I have to do to get back my restore.
also when I try to just reload cm12 it fails .
PLEASE HELP ME SOMEONE! LOL
CM is your first problem. LOL All that aside. Usually when it stops on startup screen the kernel is borked. Try fastbooting/flashing a compatible kernel.
Try wipe cache and dalvik from recovery. If it still doesn't boot, wipe data, then restore apps using titanium

To start I would actually wipe. Dalvik and cache is not a wipe. This only affects apps saved in ram.. Wipe system. Your flashing over old system and data. It is different flashing images than it is flashing restores. Can have files that are not overwritten. Basically a full dirty flash. Can't go stock and then dirty flash rom over the top. Especially CM. Too much doesn't match. Your flashing different bases over the top of each other. This is why people need permission fixes. The UID's don't match between the different bases. Have never used fix permissions unless testing and then shows us need to fully wipe.

Yes. Also make sure boot is checked when make a backup. If restore doesn't contain kernel CM won't boot with stock kernel.

Backup may be bad. Wipe everything and flash a full image/rom. Stopping on the splash usually means corrupted kernel. Rom not booting. If get to boot animation it is rom related. Need to start fresh. Google saves your apps so it no big deal. Rather have clean working rom than worry about apps and resetup.

Just saying after years as a tester and thousands of builds. Was a big thing when they were porting roms to a different device. UIDs were broke all over the place. See the same thing if dirty flash different bases like Lolli over KitKat or a complete base change as an example ( L to M). Don't see mismatched UID's on updates made on same base.
