Hi guys
Here is the stock OnePlus 2 bootanimation extracted from the system dump.
Just flash it in recovery and Profit.
Check the attachments for download.
I know this is the OnePlus 3t forum.but I have a OnePlus 3t and have seen how great the dev support is so that's why I'm asking here. I also have a Zenfone 3 ultra. We received a bootloader unlock but have no TWRP for it so we can flash root . Is there any devs out in this group to help us out ?

Or, is there a tools to modify the toggle on Xiaomi Mi Max 2?
2. How to modify Boot Logo (Splash Screen) in Mi Max 2?
Or, is there a "WORKING" tools to modify the toggle on Xiaomi Mi Max 2?

For devices with the latest Nougat firmware, the splash screen is no longer loaded from the splash.img..
Instead, it gets loaded from the logo.img ..
The latest logo.img from @greddy seems to have 6 pictures, each in RBG24 format.
For Mi 5, @Cynob has created a tool for Mi 5 Nougat firmware here (for 5pics): https://forum.xda-developers.com/mi-...-logo-t3604134..
You may try to extend it for 6 pictures for Mi Max2.. If you do so, pls tell me, so that I'll link this post to the post that you create..
(I'm a little busy these days, so I'm sorry, I'll do create the tool from scratch when I find time)

I have made the flashable zip of the oneplus 6t mclaren edition bootanimation for the oneplus one in the right resolution. Just using the original bootanimation pulled from the oneplus 6t mclaren edition will cut off the "powered by android" part of the bootanimation. I have resized it to work perfectly with our OnePlus One devices.
Just download the file from

I don't see why not. It should work, although I haven't tried it personally. So the short answer is,
Yes. You can. It will replace your current boot screen. That's all. Please make a back up througj twrp before you try. Let me know how it goes. Thanks for the interest.
Hey guys, since the kernel source for Asus Zenfone Max M2 is not yet released (Until last I heard of). There is no active development on custom ROMs right now. So please feel free to share links to GSI rom working on this device. Please, also share the Bugs you found in those roms.

Here are two roms that a friend shared.
Plz upload custom rom for asus zenphone max m2 and as I can see above roo havoc and arrow is while flashing gets error 7 but I delete assert code but then successfully flashed and it goes to fast boot bootloader plz help me
All developers are making ROMs for Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 but non of them made any ROM for Max M2. So Disappointed and Upset. ? Even Official Pixel Experience ROM is available for Max Pro M2.
Plz any developer plz make a Pie ROM for Zenfone Max M2.
I am also looking for custom rom for our max m2. But no development for this phone. Stock android is so boring. Need working gsi roms for this phone
