This ROM was created by none other than the great Martin Coulon (@martinusbe). This was created as a side project during his 'free' time while waiting for GZR's Validus & Tesla builds to update. Now if you are wondering why it is called Tipsy, you guessed it. He was actually somewhat drunk when he made it, and even now, most updates/fixes are done while happilyintoxicated, thus keeping the Tipsy motto. It was initially done for the OnePlus One as a joke, however, the love for this ROM was so huge, it found it's way out. We just couldn't keep it to ourselves. Within a few days, it had spread like wildfire to a plethora of different devices.
Tipsy has a slim base, and only the useful and necessary stuff was added, including a few extra features to keep up with the competition out there. Tipsy fully supports Layers (RRO) and has the Layers manager app built-in. CM is kept to the barest minimum here, and is only added/used ONLY as needed.
I will try to keep this updated as much as possible, but if you feel like getting the info as it comes out along with some nice graphics, check it out here:

why all these roms are coming .....what are the changes made in this rom when compared to cm 12.1 beta-3....all bugs are present in all roms(flexos, resurrection rom,pac rom, android ice cold project,GZR validus) same as in beta-3....only cm12.1 beta-3 is best when compared to all these roms...please try to prepare rom without any bug that will be very helpfull to android one users
Stop whining.. Instead thank the devs else shut up and make your own CM build that is flawless..
Flashed it and using it. Nice one. no major bugs, lo lags
Bt I think default activity close animation is little buggy. its not that smooth as it should be.

Is this ROM bugless? I'm asking because I saw somewhere that in the Beanstalk Marshmallow ROM, Miracast works and in the stock Marshmallow it doesn't. A reply would be appreciated!

About IncipientOS:
This ROM is based on LineageOS, and will always have upstream changes merged in.
Everyone pretty much abandoned nougat development, so at first I just compiled personal LineageOS builds with some added tweaks. Eventually the idea of IncipientOS was born! I hope you all enjoy!

The rom include root app super su or magisk or can we install it after install the rom ?
Excellent wallpaper in Google +!!!
I want me to make a TWRP theme for this rom if its easy can you tell me the name of the font from "IncipientOS" words?
(My themes https://plus.google.com/communities/118151252631894552764 )
Hey, i'm using it right now and i like it! Found one issue - maybe its my fault, but after reset - navbar doesn't appear, so i have to enable it manually from settings again. After install i did restore apps with data using MyBackup pro, ROM i was using before - AICP 12.1, so, maybe i have restored some settings from it that affect navbar behavior.
Also - how do i set custom ringtone? I cant find a button in sound settings
