This ROM was created by none other than the great Martin Coulon (@martinusbe). This was created as a side project during his 'free' time while waiting for GZR's Validus & Tesla builds to update. Now if you are wondering why it is called Tipsy, you guessed it. He was actually somewhat drunk when he made it, and even now, most updates/fixes are done while happilyintoxicated, thus keeping the Tipsy motto. It was initially done for the OnePlus One as a joke, however, the love for this ROM was so huge, it found it's way out. We just couldn't keep it to ourselves. Within a few days, it had spread like wildfire to a plethora of different devices.
Tipsy has a slim base, and only the useful and necessary stuff was added, including a few extra features to keep up with the competition out there. Tipsy fully supports Layers (RRO) and has the Layers manager app built-in. CM is kept to the barest minimum here, and is only added/used ONLY as needed.

Edit: update
flashed it earlier today & had "sim not detected" on first sight :crying:
another thing, during every boot while bootlogo shows a strange sound like a buzz lasts for few seconds .. same thing when opening stock camera app which capture blurred images !

all camera apps dont work .. and still no luck fixing network !
Update:
managed to fix network but camera issue still persists and the boot buzz sound ! back to stock ..
this happened with all nougat roms so far

what version of TWRP is recommended to flash Marshmallow 6+ ? is it related to the error i had above ?
( coming from stock 4.4.2 with TWRP 3.0.2 )

Awesome ... switching from cosmic to atomic

It has hotspot problem.....
Settings has some problem while giving permission to other apps (through installed apps)

What I really miss here are features like dt2s on lockscreen and expanded desktop...

Many thanks for great rom @TheDarkStrix but i found a bug with notification light it doesnt work ( even after choose color and time on off ).. Led only blinking when charging but blinking its little annoying compare to light all charging time

First of all, thank you for this awesome rom, i've installed and i just have to say a few things, i do not know if could be possible to add a sms app, if also is possible add some music player (like Vinyl music or something like that) and a browser, to finish this comment i would like to report that when you change the option to the keys, the options just do not change and continue doing the same, the rest of the rom is great, i hope that you will continue with the hard work, regards.

Jiocall app problem:
Jiocall app has stopped working in the newer ROM's . Even after clearing data and deleting the .jiocall folder "Please use your phone dialer as this is a VoLte phone" message does not disapper and i am unable to use calling or messaging service.
