not compatible with holo launcher, only themed icons show correctly, with others circle mask show in front of and icon hided!

This theme is a mixture of Black and Blue (hex code ~ ff2562be), although the theme is named Black.

Thanks to @sud.vastav helping me out in almost all the steps and to @VikramK123 for the wallpaper.
Might get FC here and there, especially on Contacts. This would happen after applyong the theme. Just open Settings and then open any of the sub settings and close Settings. FC should no longer prevail.

Dude..this is exactly or like 95% close to what i was searching for .... I do use some dark themes..but if i like the dark part the notification drawer was not good for me ..something was always annoying.this is very good !!!

Hi, really liked the theme only encountered problem with texts on buttons and stuff with dark blue on blue, would be great even more if it was fixed or there was an option to choose from.

Good looking theme! Quick bug report, see screenshot, there's a few more of the same bugs around in the sound settings.
Edit: another bug report, when deleting a email (gmail app) from the notification dropdown, its black on dark grey, almost unreadable, see screenshot 2.

* Themed Google/AOSP keyboard
