Guys, so I'm getting my Note 5 finally
The problem is that I'm getting an SM-N920K model. It's from olleh.com and embedded with preinstalled stuff and a logo of the operator when I turn the phone on.
What can be done to get rid of this? I didn't find and stock rom that is suitable for sm-n920k version. Is it possible to change from n920k to n920C or n920i that have stock versions?
Thank you!

Dears,
I would appreciate your advice on whether I could safely flash n920i firmware on n920c variant.
Both are international versions, one is gulf (n920c), another is possibly europe?!? (n920i)
Anybody tried that?
Thank you and Best Regards.
Alain.
via odin not possible but a custom rom can work for you

Hello All,
I have recently purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note 5 (N920W8 Variant) running Android 5.1.1 from Rogers in Vancouver BC, but unlike other Samsung Phones I have bought in the past, German Language is not available. The selections are limited to English, French, Spanish, Chinese (Simplified/Traditional), and Korean. After rooting the phone and installing Language Enabler and force-setting the locale, only half of the menus and apps are in German. I am looking for a compatible ROM that I can flash onto my phone.
Can anyone with the same Note 5 Model / N920W8 model on a different provider i.e. Telus/Bell etc.. do a quick check to see whether German language is enabled on their firmware?
Does the Infinity Rom 6.0.1 have German Language option available?
Many Thanks!

I tried downloading and installing N920T_OH6_DrKetan_custom_ROM_L2.zip and flashed using TWRP and most features seems to be working except:
1) Finger Print Reader Error - tried restarting no avail.
2) WiFi-Calling Error ER05 - Invalid SIM (T-Mobile Customisation)
3) TMobile Logo on startup/shutdown - anyway to remove this?
Thanks
Figured it out, went with the I n f i n i t y F3 ROM based on Android v6.0.1 Instead & Posted detailed instructions there (Page 21) for any one else interested.
I have purchased a new Note 5 SM-N9208. Unfortunately i haven't realized that a part of the software is in a Asian language. Is there anything i can do to fox this?
Can i convert it to another device or is there a custom rom or anything else i can do?
Currently my phone is:
Baseband N9208ZTU3BPF1
Build MMB29K.N9208ZTS2BPF1
Android 6.0.1
Any help is appreciated

Can I change the firmware of my galaxy note 5 lg u+ (korean carrier) to a stock factory firmware one? Without the lg u+ bootscreen, lg u+ bloatwares (that cant be even disabled), lg u+ calendar and keyboard customizations. Just plain stock samsung UI. If so, can you teach me how (in the easiest way - without rooting my phone, if possible)... . Would also appreciate if you can suggest the right firmware to download. I currently live in the Philippines now. My phone model is SM-N920L with korean build no. N920LKLU2CPL5. Highly appreciate any help.
