Factory reset in recovery, and try reoding the stock t-mobile ROM. make sure you're during the flashing correctly, if that doesn't work.. probably something wrong internally, would have to call and get a warranty exchange/fix.

Hi, i have problem.
I am using the latest MIUI version and here is my problem:
I noticed that i have 4 desktop and i am usually using only 3 so i tried to delete the forth one the the launcher went to not responding, so after that i locked and unlocked the phone and tried again. Again the same thing. So i just rebooted, and it stays on the boot screen like 10 minutes. So i enter into recovery and delete the cache (not that it will chabge anything) and i thought i should format one by one the things till it get booted and flash MIUI again. So i wiped the boot screen and deleted the cache. After that when i turn on the phone i only have the samsung logo: GALAXY S under it GT-I9000 and samsung . This logo stays like 20 min now and nothing happens. I took out the battery and tried to enter recovery and nothing happend still the samsung logo. Tried to enter the download mode and it enters with no problem.
Anyone any ideas? Is there a way to fix my phone without losing my data like apps and settings?

situation: was playing on galaxy note when battery died,
after battery died i tried to charge my phone and the batterylogo displayed but nothing happened.
so i tried to start up the phone and it got stuck at the bootscreen and after 10-15 seconds the screen dies and shows the bootscreen again,
and it goes on like that.
well then i tried flashing other roms to it and didn't succeed so now when i start up phone i get the "phone-----(!)--------computer" screen.
i still can go into download mode but no recovery mode.
so i tried flashing stock GB roms/ ICS roms but odin always get stuck at "zImage"
so can anyone help me with this issue?
the strange thing is i was running on official ICS(4.0.3) when this happened and never flashed my phone before that
I think you are affected with emmc bug

Try all the sources you have and if nothing works, try this

Definitely works but you will be losing 3gb internal memory

Just flash gb rom in PC ODIN only and after automatically reboot if still stuck just go to recovery and wipe data and cache.
If you stuck in pc odin then it is a brick bug.
Try flashing notecore or speedmod kernel see if it wnet thru. If it does then try to see if you can access the recovery and wipe cache - dalvik or even data. If not try flashing again GB rom (preferred KJ11 by dr ketan) then update to ICS or you can try again ICS then root using safe kernel.
well first i tried to install stock GB rom open europe version, then tried stock ICS but nothing helped
So it might be emmc brick bug
Follow the guide i said in my previous post
You will surely get your phone back to work but it costs you 3gb of internal memory
But dont worry, after you get your phone working, clear your binary count
Then go to samsung service center and they will replace your motherboard under warrenty
I got the same problem in the past and got it solved in the same way
Hope it works for you too

Hi there,
I had similar problem.. later on i flashed stock ics 4.0.3 rom but with PIT file . In other words i repartitioned my galaxy note and that solved the problem.
Yesterday, i was using my s3 when i thought of installing a new rom, when i installed cwm using odin, i couldnt factory reset since it just stopped laoding and paused. then i tried backing up to see if that works but that didnt work either, so i installed philz touch as an alternate but same results. But then i just *yolo* and installed the rom without resetting and it got stuck the the 2nd booting screen where the samsung sign appears and glows with a blue light. I tried to do everything i can but nothing worked. Plz help Admins if u can, my warranty ran out so plzzzzzzzzz, i beg u:crying::crying:
Looking for some help if available. Rooted and flashed customer recovery per the instructions, but I'm stuck in a boot loop. It goes from the note 4 screen to the tmobile screen, then loops over and over again. I then flashed the TEKXodus ROM and kernel from my SD card. Still boot looping, but now has the dolby screen instead of the tmobile screen. Anybody know where I went wrong? I could use some help. Thanks!
There are multiple threads regarding random reboot and power off within last month Ive never seen so many reports of a device with same issue and its all from T-Mobile note 4 . It must be a Samsung problem which they wont fix cuz we broke warranty by rooting

Perhaps you tried installing a ROM for a different Baseband version. Do you know that your Baseband is it will end in DOK2, COD6 or DOG1 depending on what updates you have applied? Once you figure that out you can download the build files and flash your phone using ODIN. That will get you back to right out of the box.

Good afternoon folks, I'm having a very big problem. Yesterday I was using my phone listening to music, I then received a text message in a group text. I went to pull down the notification center but my touch screen wasn't responding. I thought it was a one off but tried to open my phone and nothing was responding to my touch. I then did a reset (vol dnw+power) which restarted the phone but still the touch screen was unresponsive. Reset phone again now here I am in the infinite boot loop. It starts to galaxy note 8 screen and stays for about 30 sec then goes to recovery mode but will lock up and restart this process over again. I've tried to manually boot into recovery mode but it doesn't work. I'm able to boot to download mode where I've tried flashing with stock firmware but after flashing is restart back to the boot loop. Note 8 hasn't been flashed with anything custom before so this thing is a big mystery for me. Any help would be greatful. Thanks in advance

Make sure you flash the correct firmware for your model. What is SM-950u1 anyway?? You should also use the latest Odin 3.13.1 or higher. Odin lower than that is giving problems with Oreo firmware. Good luck. LJ

Thanks for your input, sm-n950u1 is the model number according to sam mobile site for the firmware. But found out that phone was still under manu. warranty after registering it on samsungs website. So i shipped it off yesterday so they can get to the bottom of it
