[Q] Album cover wallpapers issue

Hi, I was wondering if anyone else has this problem. Since I updated to 7740 the album wallpapers that come up in now playing, zune live tile and also show up on the lock screen when playing music don't come up anymore. Has anybody experienced this and what could I do to fix it? Thanks.

There is Album Art displayed? I tought, that is the Artist Picture in the Lockscreen, but only, if there is a Artist Picture in Marketplace available for the current played song.
but to have Album Art would be better.

Thanks for the correction bilbo_b, artist picture not album art. I used to have the artist pictures for all my media ever since the update no more. I've reset the phone twice and still no luck. Really irritating.

Best AOSP styled Lockscreen App?

I will be loading up Stock KK and I hate LG's stock lockscreen. I have gotten use to the AOSP lockscreen and really like it, especially the way KK shows album art over the entire screen during playback. I was wondering if there is a Lockscreen app out there that does this? I use to use Widgetlocker, but haven't touched it in a good while. Anyone know of any good apps to take a look at? Thanks

In 4.4 lg changed something that broke the aosp lock screen on stock. No one had found a way around it yet.

Check out widget locker. You should be able to make it look like aosp.

Loving dynamic notifications so far. Lockscreen notifications and replacement lock screen. Need to be rooted with xposed framework.

acdisplay puts art over the entire screen. It's a lot like dashclock, but with some added nifty features. very minimal too.

I second acdisplay. It's works like a charm (it mimics Moto's active display) and still allows for that ugly stock pin lock so we have that extra layer of security when unlocking.

[Q] How to add music widget to lock screen

I am using Locker Master and wated to add the music widget (using Walkman player) to the lock screen while music is playing. Unable to find a way to do that.
I also disabled Locker Master and tried to add the widget to the Xperia Lock screen, but it didn't show up in the list of widgets that could be added.
So, how do I add a simple music control to the lock screen? I remember being able to have this on my HTC Legend which was running GingerBread. Things should have gotten simpler with progress, but I seem to be struggling to do seemingly simple stuff with this version of Android (4.4.4).

I use widget locker then add power amp music player widget to the homescreen.

If all you want is the widget when music is actually playing, then just use the default Sony lockscreen - the widget appears automatically when playing media from Sony apps and others. Swipe right to get back to the clock. Swipe down to see a larger version (with lockscreen widgets enabled). Long press to see scrub control. That's about it.

Can I disable Spotify album art on the lockscreen?

So whenever I play music on Spotify on my 3T, it shows the album art of the song in fullscreen size on the lockscreen and it looks really crappy and unsharp, is there any way to disable this? I don't remember having this "feature" on my Galaxy S7 running marshmallow.

Lockscreen album art

I'd love a lock screen album cover art just like on AOSPs. Is there a mod, way, rooted/rootless, ROM that can make this happen. (I don't want to move away from OneUI since I like it a lot. But a modded OneUI ROM is OK.)
