[Help]Sd-Card Problem in CM 12.1

Hello!
I use CM12.1 on my Symphony Roar A50(Android One).I found a problem of space here.In stock rom i had 8gb as system space but in CM12.1 it has become internal space.For this i am facing problem for gaming as i have to put it in internal storage.I want to make my external sd as default.I searched about it here but nothing works for me.If anyone can help me i will be really happy.

I am using sprout 8.As sprout 4 is not compatible for me.

Then wait for nightlies release or use other ROM like blisspop.

Try this
Sprout 8 is not buggy. I'm using cm 12.1 beta 4 sprout 8 with blackbox 8.5 on my a50 for a long time. No bugs found. You can try to fix you installation location problem by changing installation location in settings>app>action bar menu (3 dot menu on top right)>preferred installation location>external sd card. If still not working you may try to fix sd card write permission for apps.

this worked for me.
but still google now updates and facebook updates are installing in internal storage.
i use spice dream uno
any way to make the updates install to sd card the move to sd card button for this apps are disabled

I think it must be kitkat, as I saw no Marshmallow based MIUI 8 for MT6582, so I don't think that could be ported. Still let OP answer and clear or maybe we have to flash and find
Still according to bugs section, 3G doesn't work on SIM2, maybe Sim 2 works for calling and other stuff. May this rom get ultra smooth over time

All MIUI look same (atleast on my friend's Mi4 running kitkat or marshmallow MIUI) so no issues.
And I don't know what more features Marshmallow MIUI8 has over kitkat. Googling didn't helped. Maybe doze

@Addhyan Rom is not properly compressed. I extracted it and re-compressed to zip, but now it gives Error 20 in TWRP

Ya, when I recompiled the ROM and was compressing it my laptop shut down due to low battery and when I open it. The file was compressed then I give it to my friend for testing and he says the ROM is working & tell me bugs. But lemme check what happened

Tried with cwm as well as latest TWRP 3 but no help. Error code 20 is shown by both

Show error "could not find meta-inf/com/Google/android/update binary in the zip file

nougat will release soon then why kitkat it is pretty old please try with marshmallow or lollipop... anyway big thanks for your great work..

@Addhyan, According to you MIUI 8 booted on sprout4! OK! Very good. You said there are two bugs. That means you must have tested the zip! And if you have tested the zip than the zip must not be corrupted or the Meta folder must be working. If yes than why people getting error while flashing the ROM? I didn't see a single post of successful flash. OK! Let me consider for a minute that the zip you uploaded is corrupted or has a wrong Meta-inf & according to you the ROM is already tested (that's why you know the bugs), Than can you please show the screenshots of the ROM? If you will not provide me screenshot than I"ll make sure to tag a forum moderator here and they will close your thread and can ban you for fooling people.

Lemme ask my friend I have mentioned that I have given ROM to my friend for testing who have karbonn sparkle v. Now what he said to me I have just written on the page. If you can fix that error so do that cuz my ROM should work correctly on this mobile cuz theres no chance of failure. So check that plz. And I will ask my friend how he made ROM work.

And if you think that I'm fooling you ban me. But can't ban my work. Hope that you can understand my problem.

I switched to RR rom.

Bugs and not for daily use

This rom has reboot Freeze which makes it Reboot again and then it starts. So Reboot time is 5 minutes

Universal sprout4 to sprout8 and sprout8 to sprout4 converter(MM/ NOUGAT/OREO)

This is a universal sprout patcher to convert any sprout4 rom into sprout8 and vice versa, just on the fly.
ONLY FOR ANDROID ONE FIRST GEN DEVICES (SPROUT4/8)
GET THE APPROPRIATE ZIP FROM DOWNLOADS SECTION
ANDROID VERSIONS SUPPORTED: MARSHMALLOW, NOUGAT, OREO
Instructions:
1). Install any rom(which you want to convert)
2). Flash the appropriate patch(choose b/w two)
3). Reboot and see the magic.

More like, if there is a ROM available for Sprout4 users only, but But but... If a Sprout8 user wanna use the same rom then he could use this tool hahaha! Vice versa again!
Anyhow, you can still flash Sprout4 Roms on a Sprout8 and vice versa... But if you wanna retain yo internal storage on yo Sprout8 then you could use this tool!

INSTALLATION GUIDE:​
Download the following zips:
-BOOT_LINEAGE
-BOOT_FULMICS
-LineageOS ROM
Partition your SD-Card Following this:
-1st Partition(External Storage) as "FAT32" or "Ext4" @ Reasonable size as this will be detected as external SD-Card.
-2nd Partition(System) as "Ext4" @ 2048MB
-3rd Partition(Cache) as "Ext4" @ 1024MB
-4th Partition(Data) as "Ext4" @ Remainder of the space left.
Or Click HERE for a visual representation
Boot to TWRP.
Make a back-up of Fulmics System(Should already have this installed).
Install LIneageOS from the zip you just downloaded.
Back-up LineageOS system.
Restore Fulmics System and check that it still boots.
Then Flash BOOT_LINEAGE.zip
Reboot to TWRP.
Now you are using your External SD-Card as System and Data (Boot 1).
Restore your back-up of lineageOS that you made earlier.
When its done reboot and wait for lineage to boot.
Now every time you wish to use LineageOS reboot into TWRP and flash BOOT_LINEAGE.zip and when you wish to use Fulmics reboot into TWRP and flash BOOT_FULMICS.zip

This is for who wants to try unstable lineage OS but still want stock as dayly drives without reflash system, I think

LineageOS is faster on external SD. If you want to swap it around just edit fstab in the boot.img and recovery.img

Why do you think that?
Our UFS 2.0 memory is waaay faster than a SD card. Even my UHS-III SD card can get only up to ~90MiB/s on writing and our internal memory can get over 400MiB/s.
