I know that I posted it but made ROM of miui from stock ROM of spice mi 504
and ported ROM of micromax a 76 miui ROM because it has same specification
and made ROM through android kitchen .....hahahaha....

It is a simple MT6572 mobile: wouldn't be a drama working on it.

i have rooted spice mi-504 , but i want to know how to back up my stock rom and install cwm recovery.
i posted it here because you have same mobile and i hope u know about it that how to create and install cwm recovery in it..

No Problem,
Just follow my steps Okay?
Also i will upload the necessary files,
How to root:
1:Install framaroot apk.(If you cannot install go under Settings>security and check Unknown sources.)
2: Open the app after installation and just select any of exploit.(Note only one exploit installs successfully)
3:Reboot your phone
Install CWM recovery
1:Make sure you have installed drivers for MTP,and have USB debugging under developement option enabled.
2:Connect you phone to computer and Open The CTR v2.2.
3:Unzip it,and launch CTRv2.2.exe(Unzip to desktop)
4ress Ok and yes untill the last one.
5:Accept the Super user authintication after Pressing Auto port.
6:Thus Your Touch recovery is installed now...
Download CTRv2.2 here..

but is there any risk of bricked by CTRv 2.2 . i have rooted spice mi 504 and what i have to do if my phone get bricked means how to back up before installing recovery..

It is a ported rom by me #shaizada for spice mi 504
1. u have rooted device .,,, if not root through kingo root,iroot software.
2.you have cwm/twrp/philz recovery installed if u dont have any of these recovery ,,,then i gave u my developed recovery through mtk droid tool.... see attachments for recovery.
3.fisrt root your devise then instal mobile uncle tool from playstore then backup your imei and then copy recovery image and pure l.zip file in ur devise then open mobile uncle tool and click on recovery update and choose your recovery.img file.
4.Download patch.zip from from attachments and place in ur sd card
5.then go to ur recovery menu (switch off ur phone then press home+volume up button)
6. Delete wipe data factory reset/wipe cache/wipe davlik cache.
7.open mount and storage format system/data/cache.
8.then go to instal zip from sd card and instal rom then instal patch file.
ALL DONE NOW REBOOT UR PHONE AND ENJOY
keep enjoying its totally bug free

It is stock based. I can't screenshot because I'm not the one who tested it, someone on Skype did. But it has N5 wallpapers, sounds, apps, etc. just picture a PERFECT 480x854 nexus 5 lol
no bloatware at all on any device, oem partition wiped
except google dialer

I tried some of the nexus 5 L developer preview dump system apps and even changed the build.prop release name from REL to L but it just bootlooped

What does OTA UPDATES mean here do we will get ota updates of lollipop and after flashing the rom then we can relock the bootloader.

No,The OTA Support mentioned here is for the ROM only.However the ROM is discontinued.
Talking about the official OTA there is no news from Google about that.

This ROM is not discontinued. Yes it will get lollipop updates. I'm going to reupload it later. I accidentally deleted it because it seems like no one used it. It uses a special method of getting Google updates directly

Some bug fixes I think. And compatibility patches for apps

Fix for problems while installing OTA through stock recovery
Those who are experiencing Status 7 error, do not need to panic !!
1. Download the Lollipop 5.1 OTA (LMY47O) and place it on SD card's root.
2. Download the Lollipop 5.1.1 OTA (LMY47V) from this forum and place it on SD card's root.
3. Switch off the phone.
4. Boot into recovery mode ( I used stock recovery. Not sure about custom recovery).
5. Select "Install update from sd card".
6. Navigate to the Lollipop 5.1 OTA zip and install it.
7. Without rebooting, install the Lollipop 5.1.1 OTA zip. It will install without any error.
8. Reboot the phone.
9. Boot will take time. Android will upgrade !!

Nope. I flashed the official OTA using stock recovery.

You said about status 7 error what is it can you please explain it.

When I tried to install the latest OTA, the installation failed saying that there is something wrong in the package ( Error code 7 ).
So, I experimented with it after knowing that in some devices, flashing stock rom solves the issue. Therefore, I did that. If you do not encounter any error, then it is excellent.

I can't flash it.. It shows some error. I was in CM12.1 Beta3 now I restored my stock 5.1 backup and tried to flash the 5.1.1 update zip. But it shows error. Does flashing the stock 5.1 ROM and the flashing 5.1.1 solve the problem

But I encountered problem in sign in in various Google apps such as Google+, Google Play Games(this was the most irritating one), and viewing my apps with Google+ sign-in after first boot and the subsequent reboot. Has anybody faced this problem here? Will i face this problem if I flash your Zip file?

Try hard reset bro. If the problem persist try to redownload the SPROUT8 OTA LMY47V, I just updated it a while ago.... now its based on Nexian Journey ONE OTA. The old one was based on symphony roar and I just found out today that although symphony is an 8gb variant, its LP rom is an SPROUT4 version. Again, I apologize bro...

It worked from me in my Micromax Canvas A1, bro.
Even if you had delete any useless system app, it's not working since patching for that app fails and aborts with error.
But as @Sudipto_Ghosh said, if you have official 5.1 OTA, then flash it first, then flash this 5.1.1 OTA.
Don't worry, nothing will be deleted.

Yes, flash the 4GB variant zip only if u have 5.1, flash it.
No one posted link for official OTA for Spice Dream Uno. Anyway, you'll get it soon even if you don't do this

Yeah I flashed OTA of Canvas A1 given by you @GokulNC and @1cefire LOL you didn't recognize i was using A1. But meanwhile another problem surfaced. Now also I'm not able to sign in into Clash of Clans and other games using Google Play Games even after updating the apps. What should be the root cause of problem? Do you guys have any ideas?

If you can't flash from TWRP, try Philz or stock.

Hey guys I have successfully ported VIBE UI 2.5 build 1524 from lenovo LEMO k3 Note to our device...So enjoy the Rom.The rom Is CN version of lenovo roms,It means u can access lenovo theme centre official store of lenovo and download unlimited themes,lockscreen,call screens to customise our phone in many ways.
Note-1. 3g/4g is working in both sims. Thanks to lenovo they have used same hardware of k3 mpte,but have locked 4g in second sim using rom.You can unlock it by using this custom rom.
2.No gapps included so pls search "gapps for android 5.0" in google and flash it

3.Few apps are in chinease. Just uninstall them.
Procedure of flashing:
1.Place the zip in the root of your SD card.
2.Backup your current rom first(optional) using cwm/twrp.

4.Get back to mounts/storage and select mount system.it should now show unmount system.
5.select install zip>choose zip from sdcard1(if u have placed in your sd card).
6.Select VIBEUI_2.5_1524.zip and install.
7.Reboot System.

2.No gapps included so pls search "gapps for android 5.0" in google and flash it.
3.Few apps are in chinease. Just uninstall them.
Procedure of flashing:
1.Place the zip in the root of your SD card.
2.Backup your current rom first(optional) using cwm/twrp.
3.Go to wipe menu and select wipe data/factory reset.
4.Get back to mounts/storage and select mount system.it should now show unmount system.
5.select install zip>choose zip from sdcard1(if u have placed in your sd card).
6.Select VIBEUI_2.5_1524.zip and install.
7.Reboot System.

If you want to try latest android 6.0 and maintain your custom recovery and possible root permission this is for you!
* REQUIREMENTS:
- sprout4 device
- custom recovery installed ( i personally use TWRP)
- 30 minutes of free time
*INSTALLATION
First DO A BACKUP! just in case.......
Download and do a clean flash of stock LMY48M ROM:
LMY48M STOCK ROM
After installing stock rom install this official update edited by me:
6.0 UPDATE
*NOTES:
- this update is official. I just edit it to be flashed on any sprout4 device
- doesn't contain root!
- personally i recommend TWRP 2.8.7.0 recovery.

Don't know if this will work on sprout8.... I know that lollipop works so....
You can give it a try!
Just make a backup first. To be sure that you can recover your device easy

Nope it fails tried both restoring stock backup n installing stock ROM with clean installition got error failed verifying app/photobeam

Same here. Getting the same error though I have flashed stock 5.1.1 with no modifications on the rom.

what about root,is marshmallow rootable yet? if yes,please provide link for root package.

Apparently it works on sprout 4 only or OEM issue I guess...

does not flash on my sparkle V with clean LMY48M :crying:

I tried to root with latest su zip but the only thing I got is a bootloop....

root only works on custom kernels with M right now

I think may be v3.10 based custom kernel would work on 6.0 as it's infidel linitial release and be using that kernel version
