downgrading to 4.2

Can i go back to 4.2 from 4.3. just by flashing 4.2 stock rom with flashtool ?

does anyone know if I have to update my Xperia Z to 4.4.2 before updating to 4.4.4?
Or can I update directly to 4.4.4 from my current version 4.3?

Downgrade from Lollipop to KitKat

I already did a search but got results for different phone brands ie. samsung etc but nothing for sony, please help me out for the same i am using rooted xperia z ( http://forum.xda-developers.com/xperia-z/development/rom-cyanogenmod-12-unofficial-t2975458 ) using this rom, which is lollipop want to downgrade to kitkat. please help

Download FW 4.4.4 for you device and region (you can found link easily on forum) and flash it using Flashtool. Done..

For downgrade to the last version of KK just flash the .157 ftf via flashtool
And there is instruction topics for using flashtool and rooting
