Unrooting to 10n? - T-Mobile LG G4

My LG-G4 is rooted and has no custom rom or anything like that.
LGH-811
I want to know if I'm able to unroot this safely without bricking it, im stuck on 10h but can I go to 10n?
I read autoprime warning but I was still pretty confused, so I'm not sure if I'm stuck with this root or if i can unroot safely.
If I can, please tell me what to do.

You don't have to accept an OTA to be on 10N.
If you are rooted and have TWRP, you can go here and follow the easy instructions to flash 10N over 10H:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-g4/development/rom-g4-h811-10n-stock-rooted-rom-t3188858
If you are currently on rooted 10H and you just don't want to keep root and want to return to 10H full stock and just be able to accept an OTA 10N update, you'll need to flash back to unrooted full stock 10H. Follow the instructions here:

Stock Unrooted?

Hi all, I just got back from basic training at Fort Jackson, I had rooted my phone before leaving and now I want to go back to stock, looking around I haven't seen anything and the one I did see was taken down due to hard bricking. So is there any way to go back to full stock Unrooted.

I would recommend using the LG flash tool and flashing the 10n kdz.

Yes, you can upgrade from the 10h to 10n, but you should not downgrade from 10n to 10h as there is a rollback flag that will prevent loading the stagefright vulnerable 10h and brick your phone.

How do I unroot my g4? h81120i

I rooted my device but want to unroot it so I can return it as it is broken. How do I do this? It's not bricked or anything the screen is just cracked. I followed this guide if it matters: http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-g4/development/stock-h811-20i-images-kdz-flashable-t3308227
If possible can you give me specific and detailed easy to understand instructions? I don't know what flashing ROM means.

i think if you flash stock and chose refurbished on LG UP.
here its the forth one that ends on KDZ.
http://downloads.codefi.re/autoprime/LG/LG_G4/H811/H81120i/
H81120i_00_0201.kdz
on the link you provided thers LGUP use that to flash stock.
IF you flash root, i think you can delete root files and you'll be set

LG repaired my phone...and upgraded it to ZVC

So as the title suggests, I lost my files, root, xposed, everything.
When I first got my phone it was on like ZV5 or something, whichever one you could dd an image after injecting root. This one came loaded with ZVC, so I'm unable to stay on the easily rooted version obviously. Am I basically stuck now? Or is there a way to root ZVB after rolling back (as I understand it, trying to roll back further results in hard brick) ?

You cannot downgrade past ZVB on the LS991. You can flash ZVB, but nothing earlier. ZVB and ZVC has anti-rollback, and if it sees anything older than ZVB it will brick.

... Yeah. That's not what I was asking. I know (as I said) that I can't roll back past ZVB. I was asking if ZVB can be rooted if I roll back to it, or if I'm stuck with unrooted ZVC because LG decided to update my phone without asking?

You cannot root your phone. There is no root for it on ZVB or ZVC.

yes since 20i-20o-20p-20q-20r-20v all are the same. procedure.. we use the 20i procedure it came first.. BUT dont flash 20i when it ask you to.. since you already in 20r you will be doing this same procedure in 20r so step that says to flash 20i skip you have 20r firmware already... make sure you have LG drivers and for fastboot i used mininal fastboot adb.
