You don't have to accept an OTA to be on 10N.
If you are rooted and have TWRP, you can go here and follow the easy instructions to flash 10N over 10H:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-g4/development/rom-g4-h811-10n-stock-rooted-rom-t3188858
If you are currently on rooted 10H and you just don't want to keep root and want to return to 10H full stock and just be able to accept an OTA 10N update, you'll need to flash back to unrooted full stock 10H. Follow the instructions here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-g4/general/restore-lg-g4-h811-return-to-stock-t3172970

Any way to root the device if you never rooted and updated OTA to Lollipop?
No, and yes.
To my knowledge, there isn't a root method for our device yet. I was able to follow these directions to downgrade back to 4.4.2 and update to Rooted lollipop:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/note-3-att/general/update-procedure-lollipop-5-0-oc1-t3063760
There's a lot of steps you must follow carefully, and you should probably back everything up before you begin as flashing back to the 4.4.2 will probably wipe.

I had NC2 and it didn't take too long for me to follow that easy method. Rooted on lollipop. So I'd suggest to reverting back to 4.4.2 and follow the easy method. PS xposed bootloops device on rooted lollipop!
I was coming from 4.4.2, a rooted/custom ROM. I actually was going through the keep root update process but I ran into a hiccup and couldn't get Safestrap working.
I'll see if I can muster up the strength to try again. Lollipop stock is nice, I was mainly going for xposed as well.
My LG-G4 is rooted and has no custom rom or anything like that.

I want to know if I'm able to unroot this safely without bricking it, im stuck on 10h but can I go to 10n?
I read autoprime warning but I was still pretty confused, so I'm not sure if I'm stuck with this root or if i can unroot safely.
If I can, please tell me what to do.

Follow the instructions in this link to install 10N if you're on 10H.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/tmobile-g4/development/rom-g4-h811-10n-stock-rooted-rom-t3188858
Warning:
You CANNOT Downgrade from 10N back to to 10H (BRICK), but you CAN install 10N if you're on 10H.
Hi all, I just got back from basic training at Fort Jackson, I had rooted my phone before leaving and now I want to go back to stock, looking around I haven't seen anything and the one I did see was taken down due to hard bricking. So is there any way to go back to full stock Unrooted.

I would recommend using the LG flash tool and flashing the 10n kdz.

Yes, you can upgrade from the 10h to 10n, but you should not downgrade from 10n to 10h as there is a rollback flag that will prevent loading the stagefright vulnerable 10h and brick your phone.
I'm on 4.4.2 ls995zvb I rooted with stump root but my phone is saying it isn't rooted, how can I go back to stock 4.4.2 and reroot and what should I use to reroot.. I don't wanna brick my phone as it's the only phone I have till my upgrade
The downgrade wont be necessary.
I inadvertently UNrooted my LS995 by allowing the ota from ZVA to ZVB. Got it rerooted with this:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/lg-g3/general/guide-root-lg-firmwares-kitkat-lollipop-t3056951
Don't worry that it says for G3 and such...it worked for me fine. Just follow the directions that come with it.
You'll need custom recovery. TWRP 2.8.5.0 is latest recommended for this phone. Use Flashify from PlayStore to flash JUST THE .IMG FILE, NOT THE WHOLE ZIP.
These methods got my Flex back on track with being rooted with custom recovery, and updating to ZVB.
Hope it helps...
Peace,
Sox
So that didnt work i need to go back to stock android how can i do this thankz in advance.
Hello. I have a rooted, bootloader unlocked and twrp installed lg g4 h811 20i. I want to know if i can use the official ota method to upgrade to 20o safely? Will it cause bootloop or brick? Coz my phone is rooted.
Do i need to flash stock unrooted kdz and then upgrade or i can just use the ota method safely?

from 20i to 20o ota or dirty flash will give you camera problems and no sound.... the best way is ...
download 20o KDZ then use LGUP. using the refurbished option so it wipes everything.. once you are on 20o then preoceed to.... install twrp and root.... there a guide in the rom seccion.. also flashing 20o will put you on antirollback V3 so you cant downgrade or youll brick phone... if you want freddom to go from LP to MM stay on 20i MM and could downgrade to 10n LP.
