Hi Arif,
I am also facing same problem after upgrading lolipop in my Z2, i went to Sony Center they enabled Hearing Aids option in call settings
now my voice is clear to the callers. I am not sure weather it's an hardware issue or software issue.
Go to Settings then Call there you can find Hearing Aids
Thank you,
Raam.
Comrades, I need your support for the following, a fellow has a Xperia Z3 compact, wants to buy a headset bluetooth Sony but I said you can not configure the phone to when entering the call is answered only the phone without removing it from its bag my question is if this is possible, say, when you enter the call is automatically answered in 2 or 3 seconds, someone tell me if you can do this, thanks in advance, greetings !!
If you want your phone to auto-answere calls if a bluetooth headset is connected, this seems to be possible
Please note that I haven't tested any of these myself (and if you run the device with STAMINA Mode On you may need to put the app under the whitelist)

I have Skoda Octavia 2008 (withou facelift) + Columbus (RNS 510) navi + Bluetooth handsfree module 1Z0 035 729 B + Sony Xperia Z3 Compact (Android 4.4.4)
Phone can be paired with my car. I can answer incoming calls and call to others.
But I have these problems
1) I can browse the contact list on MaxiDot but can't see it on the Columbus screen (it says "Contact list is not available"),
2) I can't see Speed dial buttons on Columbus navi screen
PS: If I pair an older phone (HTC Desire S) with the same car unit it works without any problem. This could mean there is a problem with Sony Xperia Z3 Compact bluetooth compatibility Is there any way to change/fix Sony's default bluetooth implementation to fix it?
Or any other ideas? Thank you!
I'd like to know if the z3 compact supports features such as "Always On" in Google Now/Search app even if the screen is off and not charging. (Similar to "Always Listening" from Moto X, where your phone is always listening for a command without draining too much battery).
It is of my understanding that the hardware-technology is available in the z3 compact since in EVERY Snapdragon from the series 8xx there is a dedicated chip that is always listening, but I don't know whether it's a licensed feature or not and If it is available in current roms of the Z3 compact.
If it's not available, then why?

I wasn't aware about such feature in Z3C...
If true, would be interesting.
Any application that has 'camera' permissions can access the microphone. If google now is running on your phone, then in theory it will hear you calling.
But why not install it and find out?
I can't install it because I don't have one.. You see I opened this thread to clarify my doubt so that I could buy one then. I simply love every inch of engineering that was put into this device. The z5c is even better, no doubt, but I can't afford it atm. It will have to be the z3c.
Mine does it while its charging. but it used to do it all the time. Now i just sit in my bed yelling at google, noone replies :/
I have rooted Xperia XZ1 compact with regular Whatsapp installed. Is there a way to record voice calls? I know some apps claim to do this but when I tried they said my device was not supported.
