If you can get into TWRP/CWM, then you can sideload a ROM to the phone. Tell me whether your recovery is working. Then ill tell you how to sideload

I'm not sure what you are trying to do. Do you want to get your bootloader "relocked"? Or do you need it to say "locked" with no sign of tampering?

You should remove your serial number of your phone.
Your request is not clear. You want to un-root your phone and relock it correct? Is your phone operating normally? If so, then you will need to find the stock recovery for your phone and install it like you installed the custom recovery. Then after the stock recovery is installed you can use the command fastboot oem lock to relock your phone.
If your phone is not operating normally then you need to explain what it is doing and possible what you were doing to the phone when it stopped operating properly.
I apologize very much,I have opened my title wrong sory
I want to make s-off and lock

Have you tried firewater?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2632351
bootloader: 1.57.0000 dont work
Hi ,
My phone is HTC one m7. When I get an OTA update for android 5.0.1, the update process stuck and after a reboot I cannot get into the system.
So I tried to recovery and even factory reset, both cannot work in my phone.
Following the unlock procedure, everything is fine but without a pop-up menu to let me unlock the phone at the last stage.
I have also tried the RUU, but it all reports the same problem (fail in signature verification) based on several roms I have downloaded.
Any help for this. Thanks a lot for your time and help.

does the bootloader say Locked or relocked ? did you buy this phone new ?
Hello folks,
I've been trying to update my evolution HD ROM lately, and it went wrong.
I can't tell you what happened exactly, but what I can tell you is that after a succession of bad repair maneuvers, my M7 is now relocked, and has no OS at all.
I tried to unlock it again, but nothing works until now.
Can someone help me?

First edit your post and remove your IMEI and serialno.
Did you relocked the bootloader with the custom recovery still installed on your phone? And now when you are trying to unlock, AFter selecting "yes" it hangs at the "entering recovery" screen?
I just solved the problem, while you were replying.
Yes, I locked the phone with the custom recovery still on it, causing the phone to reboot each time I wanted to go to recovery.
But I managed to unlock it using the HTC dev website.
Thank you for your help !
Btw, an honnest question: why is it important I don't display my Emei and SN?

Someone could potentially clone your phone. IMEI is unique to each phone. Its like a social security number but for a phone.
