Does anyone else that use Instagram have glitchy pictures and videos like this? I just got the Note 4 and I'm not sure if it's the phone or the app. Can anyone else check please?

I downloaded a few camera apps and same thing.. finally I download Google Photos and I can play the videos...
I recently noticed that when I use Instagram mode in camera app it adds a hashtag #withgalaxy to the videos in stories, has anyone else noticed this. Is there a way to turn this off?

Serios jaggy corrupt video on Instagram for a few months now. Used to be on pyxisos now I flashed arrow both android 10 both have the same problem with Instagram video.
Or rather Instagram has a problem here. Can anyone help ?
