PLEeeeeease! Deviceeee!! stuck On REcovery Mode!!!!!!!
I tried to download supersu because I had superuser and wanted see how good supersu was better than superuser. So I downloaded it and then it said update required and on the botom it gave so I did a stupid thing and pressed it, not knowing how to install it on cwm recovery. So I tried hard to install it so I gave up and rebooted it and it came back cwm recovery, I tried that several times and still it kept booting into recovery mode(cwm). I even factory resetted it and still it did not work. I even took the battery out, did not work. I cannot install zips or install updates with sd or external sd. All I can do is go on download mode and of course cwm recovery. My device is a galaxy mini 2 GT-S600D running 2.3.6 gingerbread. IT would be great if somebody could help.

I was trying to update to AOKP on my Captivate. I was running GB 2.3.5. I'm not sure what I did wrong, but I installed ClockWorkMod Recovery, then I added the zip file to the SD. Rebooted into recovery, and then tried "install zip from sdcard". It said that it was installed. I backed out and then tried to turn on the phone. Now I'm stuck at the AT&T logo. I finally turned the phone off after 2 hours of that. I can still get to the recovery menu, and still install zip from the sd, but I'm still stuck at the logo.
I've tried Odin, but it hangs at file analysis. Did I mention, I didn't back up anything? Only thing important to me is contacts, and they're backed up through Google.
Any ideas on how I can fix this. Point me to right thread if this is already covered.
Reboot into cwm recovery, Wipe Data/ Factory Reset, then install rom. If it boots afterwards to another cwm recovery, don't reboot the phone, just reinstall the rom from there and u should be good to go.

Still stuck at the at&t logo. According to CWM Recovery, SlimICS was installed. I'm really at a loss. Any other ideas?
Flash a stock, one-click, no bootloader, odin or heimdall package, and try again.
I was able to load stock ICS 4.0.3 Phone booted like normal. I was starting to freak out. Thanks for the help.
Hi,
i have GT-N7000 with RocketRom v1 and CWM 5.? recovery.
Today i installed ROM manager and clicked on flash CWM recovery (at the time i did not know i shouldnt do that). Phone worked ok. I tried to make phone image/backup but it failed twice.
Phone rebooted but did not go to recovery and i didn't get any new files. So i went to recovery and made backup from there. I rebooted and i had this image files. Then i wiped data and tried to install back this backup. All went fine except somewhere in the midle phone rebooted by itself. Since then phone only boots to the "logo screen". I left it like that for 30minutes and it was still the same. I can go to recovery and download mode but i can not flash rom from recovery. I tried and it starts instaling rom but after few minutes of inactiveity phone reboots. I flashed recovery via ODIN and it is still the same. I also tried to install stock rom but i get error that phone can not read from /sdcard/ROM.
I realy need your help because this is company phone and they will kill me :/
I just tried to install AlianceROM and it started it installed and all it allso sayed that install was sucsessful but still nothing. When i start phone i see Samsung Galaxy logo and nothing more.
use PC odin... put the phone in download mode and install a stock GB rom.. if successfull .. before it boots .. reboot into recovery and do a wipe data factory reset, wipe cache, and wip dalvik.. then reboot

I am sorry if this is asked earlier. couldnt find such a thread.
I have a samsung galaxy s i9000. i installed cm 10.0.0 stable on it yesterday upgrading from stock 2.3.5.
but because i could not connect to internet via network, i decided on restoring my backup of stock which was made in different version of cwm and while recovering it, it asked me that the "device seems to have root problems. try fixing it?" i selected yes.. after that the phone rebooted and stuck at boot screen. then i tried to go to recovery mode and their it wasnt detecting my internal sd card, boot, system etc i .e. i couldnt mount anytthing. so i tried flashing recovery again.
now finally, i am having a phone which goes only to download mode, or the bootscreen. doesnt even boot to recovery. i guess the kernel is still of cwm 10.
please tell me what should i do?
thanks.

So i just rooted my galaxy s plus, and tried installing CM10 using CWM 6.0.1.4. Now after i have done that and want to reboot, it keeps rebooting into clockworkmod. I tried getting the battery out and reboot still the same. i havent made a backup which is stupid. I dont know how to get it in download mode so i can try doing it with odin. Anyone help, im gettigne edgy
i got it out of CWM by installing TWR, trying it with this now...
worked
I´ve a issue with my S5570.
I installed cyanogen and the phone works nearly fine. But I cant install anything from Playstore and had ha "not enough memory" message. So I tried diffrent versions. I installed them with CWM v6.0.4.6, wiped data, cache and dalvik, and it worked (as the instructions want).
But with the last try my Galaxy Mini starts and goes only in the CWM Recovery, not in the Firmware. I tried to install some cyanogen versions, that worked before, but this issue still happens, only boot into recovery.
My question now, what can I try to get a working firmware on this phone? I tried to recover the OFW with Odin, but I cant, because Odin cant find my S5570. Is there a way to recover it with the recovery?
Thank you
