It allows you to edit the quick settings tiles to anything you like. I tested it with this build of cm13 and it works great.

How long do I need to wait for it to load? I've waited over ten minutes. I flashed the rom and the gapps, but it's stuck on the boot animation. Do I need a certain kernel?

Yeah I did regular wipe and tried the advanced wipe with system, data, cache and dalvik. Makes me sad I can't seem to get this awesome rom to work.
Don't feel sad its buggy AF its unusable
Their really should make a thread for this I tried this on my unlock Sprint s5 and its not as buggy as people say Im using build 10302015 klte version and it pretty smooth now on tap doesn't work but everything else so far does. For those having trouble installing or it getting stuck booting just power off reboot recovery and factory reset again and it should work

Where to get info:
A good place to discuss in real-time is IRC at channel #lg-gpad on freenode

Twitter: @dalingrin
Google+ is preferred but I will cross post to twitter as well.
Known issues:
-While LG's knock on feature works, knock off does not work yet.(A simple work around is go to the settings and add a "go to sleep" quick settings tile)
-Currently only for v500. GPE v510 support coming soon.
Installation:
Instructions will be up soon at http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org
Must have latest recoveries installed. If you installed your recovery prior to December 6th 2013 then you need to update it.
If flashing from a LG based rom then you must wipe the /data

My CWM build should work as it was updated with the same kernel that TWRP was updated from. I'll test it myself when the nightly is available and let you know.
I don't see the ROM for the LG G Pad.

Is the only known issue right now the lack of Knock Off? Otherwise, is it pretty much rock solid, or is it still a work-in-progress?

Fantastic, great news. Nice to hear there are no camera, wifi, or other issues!
Now I'd be curious to hear user feedback once it is live. I'll probably flash it this weekend.
I hope we do not see a huge decrease in battery. Good to see roms coming!
The Moto X bionic libs should work for this, right? It's a Qualcomm chip and Android 4.4. I'm using them on my DROID DNA and they make things much snappier.

Yes my understanding is that works the best right now. Hopefully better, more ART compatible, gapps will come soon.
PA Gapps are compatible with ART but they have several other issues.
I'm assuming this will not work on the Google Play Edition version because of Loki, and if i'm correct do you know how hard it'd be to make it work with the GPE? Just kernel I'm assuming? Thanks for your work!

Just the kernel will need to change. It will take a couple of days but we will have unified builds for both GPE V510 and V500 so it will be seamless.
It's up! Downloading now. I'll let you know what happens with CWM as well.
EDIT: Flashed just fine with my CWM build. Booting up now!
EDIT2: Things are going well. First thing I noticed is that auto rotate isn't working for me. Is it working for you, @dalingrin?
I've just built AOSP from master branch.
The most interesting thing is the optimized ART runtime. It's enabled by default and works with much more apps now.
I didn't try it on N4 yet, but on a similar device which basically is hardware compatible.

basically it's a mix between 4.4.3 and 4.5.
Google pushes core changes to master branch and hobby devs can use gerrit to merge changes into that branch.
The new features and UI changes are still closed source until google releases a new android update.

Pretty good
I flashed if pretty early this morning and it's stable-ish.
The only issue I've found is that the camera refuses to take pictures, it'll act like it took one and will freeze on the moment it took the picture but won't save it. The app doesn't freeze, only the camera.

Have you tried downloading any 3rd party camera apps to see if they work?
The very first picture taken after a reboot works. Exit the camera and try again? Error. Doesn't matter if a different app is used.

Yup, same thing here. Both with 27 and 29 builds
In addition to the camera issue I've also noticed that the music app seems to have trouble if I try to fast forward within a single track and Hangouts notifications seem to be broken for me.
I'm excited that it seems to be pretty stable. I might actually keep it as my daily driver and just deal with the bugs. With that said, do I have to do a wipe if I flash a new nightly over the one I'm running now?

So far so good. Thanks @ashyx
Thanks ashyx!
Just wondering, will it be possible for you to port it to T705? Think if it is possible, a lot of T705 users will be thrilled...
Can you please tell me a step by step in installing?
Which do I install first?
The rom or the img?
Thanks.

Doesn't matter. But I'd install the rom first let it fully boot then flash the boot image.

Installed the ROM this afternoon and so far it's working fine. I just have a question and an observation.
The question is how can I root the ROM so I can use Xposed. The observation is that besides the network sign and other things that got removed because they don't make sense on the WiFi rom, there's still a "Download booster" option in Settings (which requires LTE) and the Messages app, which also doesn't work on SM-T800 - I think it's also tied with the Contacts app so it's not as simple as just removing it.
Besides that, thank you so much for this port! Even if there are no big changes and new features, it still feels good to have stock Marshmallow, after waiting so much time for it. But tbh I'm just waiting for an AOSP Nougat ROM so I can enjoy decent Android with split screen.

Just flash supersu with twrp.
Regarding the other stuff you mentioned.
It would be a waste of my time to do a full port of the rom by removing everything T805 related when the official rom will be out soon enough.
This is just so everyone can test it out.

Just installed ROM and it took over 10 mins to boot up first time.
I'm a new to this but i got it to twrp and selected install and selected the ROM and flashed it. The Tab S wont do anything, it been stuck in the black screen mode. Its been like 20 mins. I tried to repeat the same steps and I'm stuck here again. Help please?

Did you actually reboot?
You may need to wipe dalvik cache. If that doesn't work the DATA partition itself.
