Hey all,
I am not going to take any credits for this.

Pretty good
I flashed if pretty early this morning and it's stable-ish.
The only issue I've found is that the camera refuses to take pictures, it'll act like it took one and will freeze on the moment it took the picture but won't save it. The app doesn't freeze, only the camera.

just pointing out there is already a CM13 thread in G2 Android Development... until there is a dev/maintainer officially for vs980 it may make more sense to post there

Have you tried downloading any 3rd party camera apps to see if they work?
The very first picture taken after a reboot works. Exit the camera and try again? Error. Doesn't matter if a different app is used.

Yup, same thing here. Both with 27 and 29 builds
In addition to the camera issue I've also noticed that the music app seems to have trouble if I try to fast forward within a single track and Hangouts notifications seem to be broken for me.
I'm excited that it seems to be pretty stable. I might actually keep it as my daily driver and just deal with the bugs. With that said, do I have to do a wipe if I flash a new nightly over the one I'm running now?

Any LTE issues with CM13 on vs980?
Also, can it be flashed on the 39a bootstack from the resources thread or must rashed's 5.0.2 Bootstack with KitKat (Bump) bootloader mentioned in this thread be used?

Google+ is preferred but I will cross post to twitter as well.
Known issues:
-While LG's knock on feature works, knock off does not work yet.(A simple work around is go to the settings and add a "go to sleep" quick settings tile)
-Currently only for v500. GPE v510 support coming soon.
Installation:
Instructions will be up soon at http://wiki.cyanogenmod.org
Must have latest recoveries installed. If you installed your recovery prior to December 6th 2013 then you need to update it.
If flashing from a LG based rom then you must wipe the /data

My CWM build should work as it was updated with the same kernel that TWRP was updated from. I'll test it myself when the nightly is available and let you know.
I don't see the ROM for the LG G Pad.

Fantastic, great news. Nice to hear there are no camera, wifi, or other issues!
Now I'd be curious to hear user feedback once it is live. I'll probably flash it this weekend.
I hope we do not see a huge decrease in battery. Good to see roms coming!
The Moto X bionic libs should work for this, right? It's a Qualcomm chip and Android 4.4. I'm using them on my DROID DNA and they make things much snappier.

Yes my understanding is that works the best right now. Hopefully better, more ART compatible, gapps will come soon.
PA Gapps are compatible with ART but they have several other issues.
I'm assuming this will not work on the Google Play Edition version because of Loki, and if i'm correct do you know how hard it'd be to make it work with the GPE? Just kernel I'm assuming? Thanks for your work!

Just the kernel will need to change. It will take a couple of days but we will have unified builds for both GPE V510 and V500 so it will be seamless.
It's up! Downloading now. I'll let you know what happens with CWM as well.
EDIT: Flashed just fine with my CWM build. Booting up now!
EDIT2: Things are going well. First thing I noticed is that auto rotate isn't working for me. Is it working for you, @dalingrin?
The below information is obsolete. Please use the official obake version of CM12 for support on 2013 Droid devices.
A small patch I put together to make the new CM11 Ghost builds work (kinda) on the 2013 Droid Ultra series phones (Mini, Ultra, Maxx). It may also work for other Ghost based ROMs, but I haven't tested this.
So far, it's been lightly tested on the Droid Ultra M (Mini), and Droid Ultra Maxx. No guarantees, but it's been working okay so far for me.
Thanks to @an21281 for testing, and @mainbord for the original Droid Mini bins. Thanks also to the CM team for supporting us without even knowing it. =)
YOU ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RISKS BY CHOOSING TO USE THIS PATCH
- If it breaks your phone, you get to keep both halves. If it eats your data, not my problem. Etc, etc.
- If you are lazy or like to take shortcuts, definitely don't use this.
Requirements:
- Unlocked bootloader. Phone should be on newest stock bootloader, radio, etc. (4.4.4 currently)
- Philz recovery for ghost: https://goo.im/devs/philz_touch/CWM_Advanced_Edition/ghost/
- CM11 Ghost: CM11 Ghost
- GApps. I use the PA Nano package: PA Gapps
Instructions:
- Boot to recovery, and wipe data and cache.
- Install CM11 Ghost, then GApps, then the patch
Notes:
- This is done in my free time, and isn't something I plan on supporting. If I have time, I may make updates.
- I'm not actually using CM11 on my phone at the moment, so can't test things currently.
- TWRP for ghost doesn't set the right properties. Go bug them.
- The huge "full" GApps packages can fill up /system and break ****.
Changelog:
0.6 - 4.4 bins
0.8 - 4.4.4 bins
** Please search the forum or Google your question before posting. Thanks! **
Thank you so much!!
Man, i kept trying to figure out how to rewrite the build.prop and change the binaries to be able to flash the ones that switched to the ghost source. I really, really, appreciate this patch. Maybe with the present state of BL unlock and the super cheap price on the maxx we will actually (for once) see a large amount of development for the msm8960dt branch and not just be limited to the ghost builds. thank you for this, again.
Thanks for taking the time to make this patch, everything has been working perfectly so far!

Glad to hear it's working for you.
At least as far as the Maxx goes, all the heavy lifting was done by the CM11 folks.
The patch for the maxx is one binary file for the button lights, two simple configs, and a few lines in build.prop.
I'll be curious if the patch works for the plain Ultra.

Droid mini CM, keys and sound works!
This patch is going to be very useful if Lollipop is going to integrate the best of Motorola. This means I'll be able to flash CM ghost and still have native active display or whatever it is called in the Nexus 6. At that point, the customs ROMs will actually be relevant to the Moto X and Droid Maxx.

So when CM has a lollipop build (CM12?), we might be able to use this patch and have the Google version of Active (Ambient) Display? The only thing that keeps me from running CM is lack of a smooth working Active Display. This would be great news!

I asked the mods to clean up the off topic posts. The posts removed were requests for information either already contained in the first post, or easily found with a quick Google search. Unfortunately, these sorts of posts contribute nothing to the discussion, and make it hard for readers to find actual data when/if they have problems.

I take no credit for the resources linked here and no responsibility for anything bad that may happen by following them and jumping into a ROM flashing rabbit hole.
This thread was started when some creative Devs from China found a way to get Lollipop running on the Atrix HD (MB886) with Jellybean Bootloader . Thanks @ZangMo for posting the original link http://tieba.baidu.com/p/3477700786 here http://forum.xda-developers.com/show...php?p=57750430 and thanks to Miiju (who is one of the Devs) for doing this and stimulating interest and momentum for L JBBL on AHD.
As this thread has not been dedicated to any one ROM the discussions have covered variants of the aforementioned miiju ROM and some MoKey versions as well as a new one from dhacker. Not to leave out Validus which now has a nice JBBL AHD Lollipop ROM. That one could certainly be discussed here but has it's own thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2564418. I tested that one and it runs quite well (no surprise ). Thanks @TecknoFreak.
Since these are new and changing ROMs from different Devs; specifying which ROM build and version will help connect questions to answers and glitches to the ROM/version in which they occur.
[EDIT 1/11/15 - modify OP to reflect multiple ROMS being discussed.

Did you do the factory reset first?

Yeah I did regular wipe and tried the advanced wipe with system, data, cache and dalvik. Makes me sad I can't seem to get this awesome rom to work.
Don't feel sad its buggy AF its unusable
Their really should make a thread for this I tried this on my unlock Sprint s5 and its not as buggy as people say Im using build 10302015 klte version and it pretty smooth now on tap doesn't work but everything else so far does. For those having trouble installing or it getting stuck booting just power off reboot recovery and factory reset again and it should work

After so much hardwork and efforts of our beloved superhero uncle @ketut.kumajaya and his supporter @emfox, we finally have official CM support for our beloved RedMi 2!
Original development thread is located HERE
NOTE:-
If you are coming from lollipop MIUI, no problem to flash CM13 directly as uncle Kuma made it lollipop firmware compatible!
_____
If you are on Kitkat bootlader (as me) and face no issues with it, stick to it.
_____
Further if you want to upgrade to lollipop firmware, see these posts below:-
FOR 2014813 ONLY:- See THIS and follow as given.
FOR OTHER MODELS:- Download THIS flashable zip and put in your sdcard and flash it after ROM and GApps

6. After ROM flashing is complete, flash GApps by same method.
7. Wipe cache again.
8. Reboot.
Let the phone boot. It doesn't take so much time to boot.

don't know either, some people with aroma report that it affect the pull down menu.
But I'm always ok with micro and haven't tried others.

Use ARM nano gapps always.
We do have a 64 bit SOC but not 64 bit kernel. Still running 32 bit MM.

No. Blue flashes are reported but they're very are rare. You can avoid them by turning off the force gpu rendering in developer option

So can i use this ROM as my daily driver? Hows the battery life?
also do all the basic features like the camera, bluetooth, wifi, etc work perfectly?
Is this using x64?

No x64 support until xiaomi releases lollipop sources.
Best as daily driver.
Everything works best. Wifi is strong.
I get approx 5.30 hrs of SOT.
Camera is good too.
